Don’t do business with them!!!! Company is scandalous daughter was in an accident I was told I had no choice but to have them tow it. Had to pay $843.43 for them to release to my car.
Broke down in the middle of Isaacs Ave today--not a proud moment. Jeff came VERY quickly (5 minutes, maybe??) and picked me up, and delivered the old car where it needed to go. Really nice guy, fun convos, FAST service. I felt the price was more than reasonable. Much appreciated!!
Everyone there has been super nice and helpful. I was able to get belongings out of the vehicle and take pics for the insurance company. I know it was the middle of the night on a Sunday and the car was probably still hot since it had been on fire, but I don't understand how tow fees are so high, not these guys specifically but just in general. That being said, the daily storage fee is very reasonable compared to other places. If I was having a vehicle towed intentionally, I would call these guys first.
They charged me very over price for the towing fee and any extra fees they wanted to slap in, on top of that they wouldn’t let me take my car out of there tow yard unless I paid the total amount I owed them even tho they said I could do payments on the charges which they didn’t tell me that my car needed to be in there yard to do payments. ONTOP OF THAT they were charging me about $48 plus tax ever 12 hours that my car was there so it would of added even more to the total cost. I fully recommend that if you get into an accident to not let the police call in a tow truck because they most likely will call Anderson to come get your car and rather try and find another towing company that’s cheaper and near by or someone with a trailer and truck to come pick it up because there is more cheaper options then going with Anderson towing. What didn’t make sense was that my accident with my car happened in Milton freewater but yet the police contacted Anderson’s which is over in walla walla to come pick up my car, when there were more towing company’s near me and cheaper. In total I had to pay over $885 which is wack. Last time I pay for a towing, save your money. P.s to add on top of that they have a after hours late fee of $127 if you are wanting to pick up the car later in the day AND ON TOP OF THAT they charge you to view your own car ?
The guys who came out to tow away for us during a WRIT were extremely helpful! I called only the day before and they were out the next day not only on time but early. Very nice, great service and they went above and beyond for us.
Sold an SUV to someone, they took it up the mountain and wrecked it. I sent the bill of sale to Anderson towing and one day the guy said yeah I got it, next day they said they never received it. The person that bought the SUV took responsibility for the incident and Anderson towing still held my unlicensed fiance responsible. Shady, greedy and extremely unprofessional towing company. Now me and my pregnant fiance are being garnished and struggling because we have an almost 2000$ bill that went to collections from Anderson towing. It would be better if these guys went bankrupt and disappeared
When my car broke down I called Anderson towing and Eric arrived within 30 minutes. He was kind, careful and courteous and had my car to the dealer for repair quickly. He worked with the service department at the dealership when he arrived and they called me right away to sort out details for the repair. I highly recommend Eric and Anderson Towing!
I was out of town, in the pouring rain and my headlights had been left on so I had a dead battery! My car insurance dispatched Anderson Towing for roadside assistance. They literally arrived in under 15 minutes to jumpstart my battery and I was back on the road immediately. Thank you to the friendly father and daughter team that came to our rescue so fast!!
I called in because I had a problem and could only think of a tow truck on a Friday evening. While I never ended up needing a tow, it was because of the guy that answered the phone. I needed a mechanic, not a tow, but the information he gave me let me figure it out so I didn't need to get towed on a Friday night, it was very helpful. Thank You!
Anderson Towing was the best when my roommates truck broke down. Since I was borrowing it, I called them to come tow it home and they got to me super fast, loaded the truck and had it home in less than an hour! Super fast service, smiles on the tow truck drivers face. Paperwork was done super fast too!!!! I highly recommend them for any towing needs!
