When no one else was available, Lightfoot came to our rescue! It was a big job as I was stuck on a railroad track. He came at 11pm and worked until 12:30am to free our vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about their service! Thank you.
If I could give a zero I would light foot needs to put their workers in check. We just had a driver towing an old red ford ranger chase us down and harass us, swerving in and out of traffic, riding our ass for more than a mile down the road just for saying lightfoot sucks. If this company does nothing about it we will call the cops and do something about it.

Absolutely best tow I’ve had, he was very careful to not further the damage as my hub split and through me wheel off, super polite and absolutely trustworthy, I’m completely satisfied with everything possible, l will be using them for all my tow services from now on, they picked up quick and got me home quick, I didn’t have to sit around for 3 hours. Very knowledgeable with the actual tow but are WAY too expensive! $200 tow to go about 100 feet!! Talk about price gouging for people literally stuck in the snow!!
I had a Uhaul reservation here on August 1st. Despite the Uhaul reservation system and the sign on the from door both claiming the place was open, it was not. After calling the emergency tow line I learned that the only man who can help with Uhaul is named Tim, and he had been gone since Tuesday. I'm guessing he left for vacation and forgot to set his hours with Uhaul. Due to this negligence, my move was delayed, and I saw other people in the same situation. Bottom line: My house was set on fire, I needed to move all my stuff out of it, and all I needed from Tim was the most basic level of customer service. He couldn't even show up.
I am a owner of a tow company based out of Grandview WA. Lightfoot's towing driver Robert is awesome tow operator very honest and knowledgeable of Washington state tow laws. If I every need a tow in the Walla Walla area I will use Lightfoot's towing and Request Robert.
Returned a UHaul trailer within 24 hours, night drop 24 hour mark would have been 10.) Called in the morning before 9 to ensure that it was getting out in that morning. Recieved a receipt for the full 2 day use. Dishonest and unethical

Some money went missing during the tow from the glove compartment. Needed a tow because I got into an accident and this added insult to injury.
The salvage people said they did not take the money and the only person who had access to the car was them and the tow truck driver. Either they took the money (possible), or Lightfoot Towing did.
So proceed with caution. Certainly remove any valuables from your vehicle before letting them touch it.
