I had the pleasure of working with Brian to get my car towed from Walla Walla to Kirkland. He had a good sense of humor and helped to make the process easy! I highly recommend Towing-In in Walla Walla!
They towed my car, it cost me almost 460$ to go pick it up. We call to make sure they accept card and all they say is yes. So we get there. He tells us he forgot how much we owe them so they made us go back to our house to get the paper work (something THEY should already have) then we go to pay with card, he THEN tells us it will be 14$ card fee so I go back to the atm to get money. Come back expecting to get my cash back with CASH but nope, they give a check for the amount THEY OWED ME BACK IN CASH SINCE I PAID THEM IN CASH. It took me way longer than it should have to get my car back.
Very professional and helpful. I had a vehicle that had been sitting for years and instead of just yanking on it and damaging the vehicle, he took the time to make sure everything was lubed and freely spinning. Would recommend.
Give Victor A Raise. He came early and got me into my car I was locked out of with no issues! Victor you're the man. Thank you! I reccommend Towing In for lock outs.
We are traveling on vacation across Washington state in Walla Walla, WA we took a drive to Palouse Falls and got a flat tire driving on the horrible gravel and rock filled road leading into the falls. We have an EV vehicle with no spare or jack. We called AAA and Ford Roadside assistance and they could not find us a tow truck. I googled tow companies in Walla Walla and Towing in Walla Walla came up. We received amazing customer service from the owners son who answered my call to Edgar who left right away to come help us with his flatbed tow truck! We rode with Edgar all the way back to Walla Walla to Les Schwaab where we got our tire fixed. Thank you so much for helping us out! You were all very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! We appreciate you so very much.

They were outstanding! I was stranded and out of town headed on a move. They made accommodations to make it an easy tow with very reasonable pricing and got me to my destination swiftly. Would use them 10 times over again compared to anyone else in the Walla Walla area! This crew takes care of you!!!!
We were on a short weekend trip to Walla Walla this last weekend. I incurred not 1 but 2 flat tires. The owner of this business was super nice - super helpful and worked hard to problem for “me”. The spare underneath my undercarriage would not lower so no spare. The wonderful owner of this biz went back to his shop and came back w- a compressor and liquid “Fix a Flat”. He gave me enough air and enough Fix a Flat to have my tires in the morning (inflated enough) so I could get it to the Walmart and get new tires! I cannot THANK HIM enough and I would highly recommend him and his business to “help you” big time in your highest time of need. Super guy - Super helpful - Super kind. I want to thank him for his kindness & expertise.

After AAA failed to find me a tow truck for my 18’ travel trailer with a bad bearing Keven and Seth came to my rescue and repaired it on site. Won’t hesitate to call him again. Spent three hours on phone with AAA with no help. They fixed it in less than an hour and I was in my way. Thanks guys!!!
Brian was absolutely fantastic!! I got stranded outside of Walla Walla, and he went out of his way to get myself and my girlfriend to safety quickly, easily, and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure we were okay, safe, and happy with our service.
Very friendly! Rescued my daughter and I after my car broke down on me 2 hrs away from home. Offered to take us to nearest gas station due to hot weather without charge. Give them a call if you’re ever stuck on the side of the road or need your car to be towed.
Came in a decent amount of time, reasonable price, drove me and my car to where I requested it be towed. The person who came was very nice and lovely to conversate with during my drive. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for helping me out.

Minivan died just south of Touchet. Contacted insurance for roadside assistance / tow. Scarlett from Towing-In Walla Walla contacted me immediately to let me know they had received an order from my insurance company and confirmed the out of pocket expense [$24.50] matched what I was told by insurance company. Edgar was out in less than an hour with the truck, loaded it right up and secured it for travel. Arrived safely back home. Thank you Scarlett and Edgar!
I have had 2 vehicles towed with this company. I received a call from the dispatcher named Kevin to verify the details of the tow I needed. He gave me an ETA and explained everything I needed to know to put me at ease in this situation. The tow truck driver, Victor was very prompt and showed up to get my vehicles before the ETA and was very professional. I would recommend these guys above any other company. I am beyond satisfied with the services I received from them.
We were 25 miles from LaGrande & needing assistance. These guys were the closest service providers our insurance company could find on a Sunday afternoon. They came out as fast as they could & helped us out. Really nice people!
