When you go in and you have a price match from another auto parts store and they say that they price match and then refused the price match well at least Chris there refuses to price match you shop at the competitors..
Nate is awesome! I had flat tire on a friday night in Clearview but didn’t have a jack in my car. Nate came out of the store and let me use his and he even helped me change the tire. he was really friendly. His 10 minutes of kindness saved my whole night. Thank you Nate!
Hi, this is Francisco Zamudio and my complaint is about my trip to buy a tail light for my car. I went to the store since it was closest to my house and there were 6 employees working at the time, but none of them were doing their job and instead were chatting about other topics. I have trouble seeing letters up close, so I was disappointed to find that I wasn't given any customer service. I just moved over to this town a year ago and for the times I've visited that store I've been given help in finding the car parts I need, though nowadays it seems that this kind of service is too much for the employees working over there now and they seem to not care for any of their customers.
Very smooth refund transaction today at O'Reilly's here in sultan. Purchased a battery for my truck on 6/23, with a three year warranty that came with the purchase. Never had any problems with the battery when starting my truck. Unfortunately yesterday on 10/10/25 the battery failed. I still had my warranty that was still valid, and O Rileys refunded me a new Battery, and put me back on the road.It saved me over $200.00 Dollars. Big shout out to Nic who handled the transaction, thank you again, will always patronize O Riley's.
Had a flat rear tire and was having a hardtime changing with my spare tire. Nate who work at sultan oreilly came to rescue and help me removed and stalled my spare tire without even asking him for help. He willingly help me and even gave his spare air pump. I am so blessed to meet him. Thank you for your kindness Nate. You made my day!
Ya the web site says they are open till 8:00 pm it is7:34 pm and they are closed, and there are three others here also not to happy, they should change their hours on the website!
Excellent management and personnel. Knowledged, professional, courteous, and informative. The store is always clean, and shelves are well stocked. If a part isn't in their inventory, it will be within 24 hrs. Many times, less than 24 hours Monday thru Friday.
For me, it's my go-to store, so I don't have to fight traffic to Monroe and back( up to a 2 hrs drive r/t). Check out their website. You can search, find, or order parts and pay online. Then it will be pulled and put in will call so you know it's there when you get there. Just give your name, get your part, and get back to fix your vehicle. Because your time is important.
It’s a nice place, good addition to our town. They usually have the parts that I need and appear to be pretty well stocked. My only complaint would be that when there is other customers in line they don’t make any type of rush to get to the next person. And I don’t mean by cutting their buying short they are just casually chitchatting. I don’t mind waiting a few seconds for a quick, “good talking to you” and leave but, to continue on a conversation for a few minutes is very rude. Otherwise great guys.
I stopped for new windshield wipers for my honda 2023 CRV. There were 4 staff members and they were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Called in to confirm what I needed was in stock. When I got there, they didn't have it. One of the employees proceeds to argue with me about how I don't need it and it doesn't exist. I just ordered it from Amazon. Wasted my time and ruined my day.
This place has super friendly, knowledgeable workers. Came in and got our alternator tested, got a new one. Happy they had one in stock. Easy peasy lemon squeezey.
I have good luck finding what I need at this store. Associates are friendly and willing to help. I have noticed that they are getting busier all the time. But if someone else is in back, they come up and help. Great store.
My Jeep needed a new Parking Socket so I called and see if they had one in stocked. The lady ordered it for pick up the next day. Found out that it was $60, so they gave me a better deal than what it was listed. I would highly recommend them
I’ve been here a couple of times each time I was helped by the assistant manager TJ. He was so incredibly friendly and helpful each time even when he had a line of customers. He went above and beyond to assist with my needs and I’m very grateful. Nice to see good customer service still exists.
Our car died while on a trip. Had enough juice left to get to this store. Super friendly staff; helped test and diagnose a battery issue; they even had tools we could borrow to put a new battery in. Couldn’t have asked for a better scenario. Thanks for all your help!!
Stopped by on the way to Wenatchee to get a bolt to fix the car's hood that the dealership couldn't help us with.
The staff were very helpful finding the right not and bolt and lent us the wrench to attach it securely to the hood.
Cannot heap high praises enough for this O'Reilly, five stars all the way!
You won't be so happy to find out how much more the parts cost, highway auto is better on the pricing. They open a parts store in sultan and think they can charge whatever
