this is my first experience with Napa of Stanwood.
I have to give a shout out to Ryan. His knowledge and customer service was excellent. I purchase some wiper blade's on his recommendation he installed them and they were perfect. Now I can see better than ever in the rain .
needless to say I will continue doing my shopping.
I love Napa. I’ve always been in Napa customer but this location will not be one for me.
Several times now when I go in, there’s people with babies behind the counter, Food all over the counters. Unprofessional courtesy every single time I’ve been in even just by being blatantly, ignored with a guy who just wanted to chat up his friend instead of helping customers. It sucks with how great a reputation Napa has for this location to be bringing you down.
Website says open on Sundays then you drive in and they post on the door closed on sundays, very unprofessional, not to mention they sold me the wrong part. Very inconsistent, do better.
I had a issue with my Volkswagen and the guy didn't look at me when talking to me. And the guy was looking at the YouTube videos and then proceeds to look under my hood and says nothing. He took out a part and never retuned it. I said why did you do that and he says he fixed it. No he didn't it. And he wouldnt give me my part back. I went in looking for help with my car and came out with a unprofessional worker stealing a part and claiming he fixed it. I'll never return. And that was my first time there.
Helpful employees, and a great selection. And if they don't have what you need picking, order it and get it in very quickly. Our go to auto parts store!
I was $2 short for my part and they covered it and said I could bring it in on Tuesday they are awesome and they had parts that other stores didn't have
Love the guys that work at the Stanwood store! There are so helpful and knowledgeable. They always put my window wipers on when I buy them and their prices are good. I will go nowhere else!
Been coming here for 30 years...but yesterday I had a startling conversation with the manager. We were talking about the price of gas at the station across the parking lot. I was told that people were commenting on it, and this guy said that he was telling folks that they should maybe vote differently next time. I said that the price of gas has more to do with Russia invading Ukraine, and he said that if Biden allowed the pipeline we would be in this mess. I realized that all his info comes from Fox news and I left and made note that there are many more auto parts stores in my area.
Do not buy a car battery from here!!!! They sold me a battery that had been sitting on the shelf for 7 years!!! They didn’t scratch the date indicator on the top so I didn’t find this out until I was left stranded due to a dead battery and had to call a tow truck to come get me and take me back to my house. I moved out of the area so when I went to another Napa to do an exchange (because I only had this battery for a year) is when I found out how old this battery is. The Napa I went to that is closest to my new home told me that they only keep batteries on the shelf for a maximum of 5 years so customers don’t get already defective batteries. So if you like purchasing old batteries that are only going to last a year...for sure go here, but if not definitely go somewhere else.
Great employees, considerate and very helpful! Had to sit in their parking lot for a couple hours while waiting on a tow truck and they came out to make sure I was okay.
Was very helpful. Even though they were currently out of stock on an item, which I could have gotten the next day from them, he called another store in town (competitor) to see if they had that item in stock which they did. He put it on hold for me until I got there. I consider that great customer service!
These folks ALWAYS have gone above and beyond the call of duty every time I've shopped with them. It feels like an old school auto parts shops with people that know what they're doing and talking about, endless enthusiasm about your projects and a super nice owner. Thank you, Napa of Stanwood for always helping keep my cars cars long beyond when they would have stopped otherwise :)
Napa Jim is one of the best salesman in the auto part's business I've ever dealt with... so if you need to know anything or need help diagnosing something give him a call he works at the Stanwood location but it is well worth your time as well as your money!!! One very friendly environment and very kind people to deal with as well as work with on a one-on-one basis or as a group...
Great store, anyone smart always prefers NAPA AUTO PARTS, do it right so it can last....far far smarter personnel than the fast parts and car freshener stores. I am going in to buy a car battery, so I will see how this goes, as my Back is Shot and I need help carrying it out.. Update trouble with a return battery being sold to me as new. Pending outcome to re-evaluate this over the week....Update Rachel did not believe me at first, but did the great thing and set me up with a new battery with the adapter plate needed to complete my older Chevy battery installation and conversion. All is well, thanks to all of you for doing the right thing.
Too many Chinese parts even at Napa, that said I had a high priced turn signal that came from this store, it was NAPA , not the stores fault at all , the cancel spring kept falling off and I will have to epoxie the thing. China does suck...think twice!
Not like the other auto parts stores~ they're all a hit and miss with the people who work there. At Napa I feel I can trust whom ever helps me 😁 Always a Happy Customer~
Just before closing time I realized I grabbed the wrong car oil and so called to see if they could stay open a little later by chance. And they did! They stayed open for 15 more minutes, and were so very very kind.
