Nice man. Just confusing because it's called Ed's automotive & machine shop. So when I call about my car, the immediate response is "I don't do car work, only machine work." May wanna change the name.

Gentleman answering the phone appears to know what he's doing and have the experience to get the job done. As far as customer service and over the phone communication I feel his experience is lacking in that department.
