We took our Ford Expedition into Streamline for a belt replacement. If you are looking for a reliable business for your automotive needs, this is the place! Jackie and Al treated us with respect, clearly explaining what was being done. They charged half the price that Pep Boys quoted us. Just an aside, the waiting room is set up like a living room, very cozy. Love this business, had us in and out in under an hour. Great job! Follow up: we returned to have our window regulator/motor replaced. They gave us a great deal and again, had the service done while we waited. So pleased with this place!

Brought my bmw here. Streamline auto repair is awesome. These guys are fast paced and have great communication. Appreciate the honesty and kind service. Will be taking my car back here.

Found this shop this year after being very frustrated with a few other places. They are wonderful to work with as I have a long list of things on my wishlist to take care of. Al and Jackie have been great working with me as I budget and schedule what’s left on my list. Fair, dependable and honest. It hasn’t been easy for me to find a shop. So glad I found them!

Great prices. Great customer service. Ive recommended multiple friends, family members, coworkers, doesnt matter. I recommend everyone go to this shop, as a former dealership mechanic myself ive found that they do good honest work, hard to find these days. They dont charge an arm and a leg, and they arent out to gouge peoples pocket books. Seriously go to this place if you want quality work, and quality customer service for a fair price. They put an engine in my mitsubishi eclipse before i sold it and they did a fantastic job. Huge kudos to Al and the other mechanics there. Jackie, the front desk lady has always been quick to respond to my messages and phone calls. I love this place. Go here folks for unbeatable service and pricing.

So helpful and friendly. We had to stop during our road trip for an emergency fix, and the mechanics immediately took a look at our vehicle, found the problem, and fixed it then and there. Only took about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

I just called Streamline to set-up an appointment, I won't say here to whom l spoke, but I was treated as if he were doing me some big favor. Very rude on the phone. I will never go there, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Made a phone call for my brakes got me in right away and Jackie gave me a quote over the phone. Dropped off my car in the morning parts arrived and the car was finished 2 hours later and not for more than what I was quoted + tax. This business was recommended to me last year by a friend and this is the second time I have utilized them on 2 different vehicles and would refer them to other friends or family.

Had a bad oil leak causing my car to smoke as well as a noises from the transmission and a bad wheel bearing. So yeah I was in need of a mechanic. All I can say is relief! Not a penny above quoted price and actually was cheaper than originally expected. They got me in quickly even though they were slammed with business due to sky high vehicle market right now. The owner is honest and works with his guys out in the shop. They fix what needs to be fixed and that’s it. I was recommended this shop from my family and now I know why. I have a good friend back east that has been a mechanic for 40 years and I showed him the invoice and he said all the prices and hours were spot on. He gave me the green light. Thank you for making my Subaru Outback run better than ever! Definitely saved me!

We heard about streamline Auto Repair through our Napa dealership in Republic Washington. It was a good experience from the beginning. He provided a ride home that worked out really good for me since I had no car. The truck sounds great , has a lot more power and I'm hoping for better gas mileage time will tell.

I have used this repair shop twice. I would spend your money elsewhere. The first time I used them 2 or 3 years ago to replace my exhaust manifold I paid as I recall 830$ the shop told me I paid 900$ either way the part failed i contacted them. It seemed like they would make it "right" they were to get the part on the warrantee then split the labor. I went to pick up my truck the bill was 522$. Way more than I expected since the part cost 200$ but I paid it anyway. (900-200)/2= 350. I drove off. Immediately my AC was not working and pouring out hot air. I went directly back. They first told me the AC was no were near the part they fixed (not true) they grabbed a code reader and it said that the hot cold mixer wasn't working. Not surprisingly that is no where near what the worked on either. The owner talked about making it right but the last time he did that it cost 522$ and my AC no longer worked. I will take my truck to another shop to be repaired. I have heard several other similar stories now that I have talked to people I know.

Needed my starter replaced, entire experience was seamless and fairly priced. If I need any other auto repair I will definitely choose streamline first!

I've only dealt with the owner here great guy and honest it's hard to find honest mechanic these days but fyi if you do a after hours drop off make sure you read before you sign the paperwork and drop your key other than super great establishment great guy

Streamline made the transaction easy, open, and entertaining. I purchased a car and did research - I got a great deal. If Streamline has a car you are looking for, definitely check them out. They are friendly, have a clean office while you do paperwork, and managed to have me out of there after making a decision and doing paperwork in around 30-45 minutes. Very fast, very easy, very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great Place. Trustworthy. Reliable. We had a nice, clean and comfortable air conditioned waiting area with TV, complimentary coffee, tea and filtered cold water. Felt like a welcoming home. Al took good care of my Son's Mercedes-Benz. We will definitely be long time customers. Thank You again for the great service!

Was an hour and a half away from home when my check engine light came on and the car began to shudder. We checked and saw that Streamline was nearby. We called them and they encouraged us to drop in. The problem was quickly and professionally diagnosed. Some significant work was needed, but we were able to take this info back to the repair shop in my hometown. Streamline didn't ask for a single cent for this helpful consultation. Very courteous. If I were a Monroe resident, this is where I'd take my car.

Just was looking at my bill from a couple weeks ago and saw a mistake with the price I paid. I was originally told I would be charged 90 an hour labor and come to find out they charged me 120 an hour. With the math I got charged 60 over. They also tried to get me to fix things I know are brand new like my brakes. I fixed my brakes two months before my car Broke down. They also said I need a new battery but again I got it tested somewhere else and they said nothing wrong with it. It makes me wonder if my car even needed the pcv valve that cost me an extra $100. I just feel I was taken advantage of. Was my car savotaged?

LOVE THIS SHOP!! These guys truly go above and beyond. Great prices, outstanding service. I will be taking my current and any future cars here for all services and repairs.

I have been using Al and Streamline since I bought my Edge and he has always been fair and consistent. He has helped me with a friends car and his communication on both that and my own vehicles is excellent. I had bad situation happen this last week and he went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. Had one of his great staff give me a ride home and put my new battery in so that I could drive while he fixed the other car. AMAZING!

If I could give this crooked man zero stars I would. This shop accepted an Audi to have it diagnosed to figure out why it wouldn’t start. During the time that the car was in the shop the entire front assembly was taken apart. Parts were removed and stuck in the back seat of the car. There was no reason for them to dismantle the car let alone not return it to the condition that they received it. According to the shop the car needs a new engine. Ok. That’s no reason to treat the car like it’s never going to be repaired. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! They are disrespectful and don’t care about their customers or their car. He wanted to charge 7500.00 for a new engine. Maybe if we had agreed to get the engine he would have treated the car better.

A friend of mine dropped off her Audi a4 to have it looked at and get an estimate on what repairs it needed. They looked at it and gave her the quote for what it needed.$7500.for a engine replacement. She said she would wait to do anything to the car at this time . She was charged $400 to find this out. She picked up the car a few days later and when she did her car was completely torn apart,front bumper removed , spa plugs sitting on top of motor,coil packs removed . Dents in hood other engine parts removed. She dropped it off to get an estimate NOT HAVE IT TORN APART AND NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER.She was giving it back with the front bumper and engine parts in the trunk of the car. Misc parts taken off and left on top of motor. Tell me how can it be repaired by someone else when who knows what all has been removed from engine . Oh and did I mention the car ran and was parked because of a misfire when towed to this repair shop.. completely intact.

These folks are top notch! The shop is immaculate. Al does a great job communicating & is a straight shooter. No funny business or cloak & dagger here. Fairly priced & high integrity.

I dropped my ford ranger off Monday morning before work, and by noon I got a call saying the work on it was done. They also quoted me a reasonable price, and when it came time to pay, it ended up being 70 bucks cheaper.
