Called for a tow when my car would start when being jumped. They were quick, maybe 20 minutes. He didn't just hook up and tow, he checked my battery and used his portable charger and it worked. Only charged for jump and saved me a tow. Was super friendly and helpful.

Communication from first call to contact with driver was clear, precise, and professional. Driver arrived well before the time window making the wait very short. My son’s car was in a public parking lot and the driver took great care of maneuvering the tow to still allow the patrons in the parking lot to get into and out of the parking lot while she hooked up our car. Clean, courteous and kind! Transaction to pay was secure and quick. Highly recommend

It's pretty stressful when your vehicle breaks down in the middle of the night. Dicks Towing answered the phone right away and a very skilled and courteous driver showed up quickly and towed my truck home, making things better.

Lincoln was awesome, he made every effort to get my truck camper back on the road before resorting to towing it. Hope I don’t ever need to call them again but will in a minute if needed!

State car is undrivable. Guy proceeds to drive it to back it out for the tow truck. It had destroyed connections making the wheel have no support and the car resting on it. When he pulled the car onto the ramp it dragged my left muffle across the parking lot pavement. Good thing it was a tow to the repair shop and I recorded the entire thing on video.

I call them maybe 8 minutes later He's there everything's all good hooked up my rig gives me a ride to the house drops my truck in front of my house in front of my garage I couldn't have asked for better service Awesome at a very reasonable price

Service was provided on time and cost agreed to estimate provided on the phone. Both the customer service agent on the phone and the driver communicated expectations and provided great service.

Summer who works in the office at Dick‘s towing sultan Is amazing. My car was towed There and she was so helpful helped me figure out how much it was gonna cost to get the car out and working with me during her lunchtime when she really didn’t have to help me . her attitude is so positive She really made a crappy situation not so horrible very kind. Great customer service. A smile and kindness goes such a far way. Summer is a great employee.

Kamryn is not only a professional and timely communicator but she went above and beyond in providing the service. Her excellent work was such a big relief after having been so stressed about my car, and I am so grateful she was my tow driver! The car was in a very inconvenient space and she worked tirelessly until we were able to get it out. Definitely will become a returning customer!!

Patrick was an expert with “big Pete” the heavy rotator. I needed some massive cedar logs loaded into my trailer and he made quick work of it. Reasonable pricing and fast, these are the people you want!
