So two stories here, the first wasn't a great experience and the second was. The first was when I had to come in a week ish ago for some break pads and to talk about my check engine light code, I was approached by this gal and I explained what was going on, but she procced to nag at me for clearing my check engine light (I couldn't control weather my engine light was on or off) I didn't appreacite that. Also without being so blunt but she could use some deodorant. The second story was today, Robert was the one who helped me with the same check engine light and who I had voiced my concern too about the gal being rude and nagging at me. He was professional and got me what I needed! He needs to be promoted or something of that nature, beacuse of his amazing customer service I will be back! :)

Went in for a quick trip to get an engine air filter. Nicole was incredibly helpful and professional and she was able to easily locate the part number. Her colleague upfront was very kind. Wonderful customer service experience! Keep up the good work, folks!

Robert is THE BEST. He helped me install two new headlights and he even helped me fix my battery installation, which was a bit of a disaster on my end. He literally saved my day and I could not be more appreciative. Give that guy a raise—he deserves it! Will be coming back here for all my car-part needs. Thank you!!!

One staff member was helping me look for a filter in back, walked up front and went on to the next customer without saying anything to me and continued to help other customers. The second employee had no clue what i was talking about and said she didn't know how to help. Customer service is extremely bad at this O'Reilly in Monroe. I won't be going back.

I can't remember when Oriellys became my autoparts (and other things) store, but ever since, i rarely go anywhere else looking for them. From a store, to a person, they have always gone above and beyond to help me. This time it was Dave in the Sultan WA store. He made three trips outside, one to his own car, to check for the right products I needed. Dont worry , there are always plenty of knowledgable staff to help inside when the do this, and they do it happily and willngly. And yet again, they had everything i needed. I leave for Florida (driving) in a week. Thanks Dave, i also went to discount tire to get what you suggested. So glad I did. IYKYK

Needed some trailer axle seals. Mine were shot. Not exactly what you’d expect to find in an auto parts store on a Sunday but Tyler went out of his way to match mine up with some they had in stock. Much appreciated.

I went in to get a keyfob battery replaced today (very basic and simple thing to do). The older gentelman behind the counter started taking a hunting knife to it. I thought he was going to stab himself. He walked in the back and asked for help. After 5 mins both employees could not open the key fob. They did successful scratch up my keyfob though... I went to Autozone and the guy openes it with a small screwdriver in 3 seconds. I went back and confonted them about my keyfob, and they were full of excusses until I verbally backed them into a corner. Only then did they apolpgize. They lost my business to Autozone.

Let me first and foremost state that the extremely competent service counter parts assistance that I received today from Shilah was unmatchable in both professionalism and courtesy, along with the generous patience displayed by her while I was attempting to purchase the correct parts for my ‘99 Ford Ranger … of which I did not have all of the answers. Shilah is truly a benefit to your store’s staff and the confidence that I experienced after making my choices was a breath of fresh air having been somewhat anxious before I arrived. The stellar work ethic she demonstrated is both reflective of her personal character and integrity, along with her training in customer service. Hiring her was a very wise decision that will surely pay significant dividends in the future. My experience today at the Monroe, Washington O’Reilly’s branch was comforting to know that I had the correct parts in hand when I completed my business. Thank you. Brian K.

The staff in O'Reilly were awesome I brought it in a battery that is a year-and-a-half old and it didn't hold a charge and the young lady helped me out with 100% customer service unfortunately I don't remember the young lady's name but she was awesome thank you again

Those girls need some serious customer service training. Leaving me, who was only buying one small item, standing at the register for 20+ mins while they chat and do nothing, take phone calls and ignore me after I had already been standing there for awhile, even though they are right behind the register. Not to mention the line behind me waiting too.If you can't do simple multi tasking you shouldn't be in customer service.

Solid place with interested staff. Though one seems like he's a graffiti artist with possibly bad nite if not kept in a short leash. Battery I purchased was relatively expensive but they said it would last longer than my ticket.

Shilah was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist me at the store. A simple thank you doesn't feel like enough. The staff here is incredibly friendly, always greeting everyone with a smile and offering top-notch service.

Cashier Kimberly keyboarded so fast she kept making errors and ignored my repeated requests for a FRONT bulb. Jeff, on the other hand, took over from her, checked and removed the bad bulb, and installed the new one while I was inside still paying for it!!! I told him he should be the manager. Jeff saved what started as a very frustrating experience.

Sad the last update was 5 yrs ago and I gave them 4 stars. Now they get a 2. Ask for help and all i get was it's over there. The young guy that kinda took care of me failed to offer his hand in finding what I needed. All he said was over there. Then he started helping someone else and yelled at someone else to take care of me. So both team members are yelling back and forth. Bad customer service. The young guy was not in uniform but behind the desk. This place is really going to have to wow me in order to go back to 4.

My Husband and I had the pleasure to work with George on my truck parts needed. George was thorough, very knowledgeable and answered many (I mean many) of my questions. He kept his composure and did not seem disturbed with all my questions that I had asked. I was quite pleased with my transactions with getting the right parts and as well making me feel good about my purchases. Now to get down and dirty and fix my power steering pump. Return the core and get back to driving.

I have had one to many issues when I've used this store, last being I thought I needed a fuel filter so the guy ordered it for me. Got call when part arrived and found out from AutoZone that the fuel filter IS NOT serviceable on my car. What part did I almost buy?

The manager at this store went way out of his way to help me. Thanks to him, we finally have the correct bearing and can tow our trailer once again. He is a really down to earth kinda guy. I would use this store over all others.

The young lady who helped us at the counter was amazing. We needed to top off the oil in my daughter's daughter's mini Cooper and neither of us had a clue about what oil to get. The young woman said 'Oh, no problem, what's the license number?', and from that she told us exactly what we needed. Worth five stars every day of the week.

I have to say the employees at this location are awesome, especially Max. I didn't have a clue what type of oil my car took and Max was extremely helpful. He didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know. He really deserves 10 stars. Thank you, Max!!!!

Car wouldn't start, jump started it. Headed over to this location. Was met by welcome from Gavin. Don't know anything about batteries. Gavin took the time to test battery, alternator, and eventually recommendation on which battery to buy. After I purchased, Gavin was nice enough to offer to help me install it in the parking lot (in the rain might I add) so I could head home without issues. Gavin saved my evening!

They were very helpful and quick. My car had a problem starting and I needed a jump start. After letting my battery charge for a while, I drove to O'Reilly. They tested my battery, alternator, and starter for free. I'm guessing I saved about $200. I didn't need to make an appointment or wait.
