We had a strange event where our tire came off the ball joint of my truck in a parking lot at 1am on a sunday. Tire was completely sideway and we couldn't even move the truck to a parking spot to be out of the way. Fircrest towing answered right away and had a Driver named Alex onsite within 20 minutes. He was amazing, had us hooked up and home in no time. He was very patient getting our vehicle parked in an awkward driveway and on jack stands. We had concerned neighbors getting in the way, doordash showed up for another neighbor and blocked his truck for a moment. And Alex handled it all with the utmost class. So i promised i would leave a 5 star review and tell his boss to give him a raise, so hear i am. Thank you Alex

Great Service! Very easy to schedule for my car to be picked up to take to the dealership. Nick was awesome, right on time and called to let me know he was on his way. Dealership was busy but he was able to get the car dropped off quickly and safely. Definitely would do business with again!

We are moving to Hawaii and needed a flatbed tow truck to get the cars loaded onto the container. I was able to connect with Fircrest towing very easily via text, they were always super responsive and were also the cheapest service that I was able to get ahold of. I scheduled the tow truck 24 hrs in advance - Rachel was on time and eased my stress about how we were going to achieve this. We loaded two cars on, was able to do a little bit of bracing in between loading them up and she was out of here in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Fircrest towing!!!!!!!
I am totally satisfied with Fircrest Towing! The office promptly answered my call and scheduled my towing within 20 minutes. Rachel was our driver and she is awesome! My car is a classic and needs extra attention, without even asking she let me know she would be very careful with loading the car. When we got to the house Rachel took extra care to safely drop the car into the garage. My experience was far more than I expected! Thanks Rachel 😊
Jason, the guy I spoke with was very helpful in getting me a quote. Quick & painless. He also struck a deal with me to make it more affordable, which I absolutely appreciate in these times. He also understood my situation & tried his best to accommodate it. Unfortunately I ended up not going with them because my finances fell through. Otherwise I was ready to say YES right then & there. Go with these guys. I guarentee you won't be disappointed.
This place is nothing but an illegal scam chop shop. They towed my car because they said my tabs were expired, which is no reason to tow even if so but the amazing thing is they werent expired. Absolutely the least professional towing company ive ever used. A joke
The guy there was really nice he let us take the stuff out of our car he was real cool about it so overall four stars it would be five stars but they took our car so yeah
I never had the urge to give a review for a business until now. Jason not only did his job, he made sure that I understood what the next steps were, answered all of my questions in a highly positive manner and offered additional help to make sure that I was satisfied. If I ever need towing assistance again, he will be the first one I'm calling.
This towing business is amazing and like no other compared to other tow companies around. What is typically a stressful experience when needing to do business with a tow company; Fircrest towing was very helpful and considerate of our situation and went above and beyond to take good care of us and help out and not create any unnecessary distress. I'm very thankful and lucky to have ended up using Fircrest towing! I've had such bad luck and experiences with other towing companies and never thought there were actually any good ones in business but this one isn't like the rest and they treated my husband and I like people and not just dollar signs at mercy to them!
If you are looking for for a good business to use for any of the services they provide I wouldn't hesitate to use this place!
This company is horrible. They randomly dropped of a vehicle in a Walmart parking lot and abandoned it for multiple days after contacting them to see why they left the vehicle here they denied doing it. However the truck is on camera. The guy on the phone was rude disrespectful and hung up on me multiple times after trying to find out why the car was left here.
I purchased a car sight unseen and needed someone to pick up the car and store it while I arranged shipping to Florida. After calling a few tow companies in Tacoma and getting no response I called Fircrest and had the pleasure to speak with Jason. He arranged to get the car, bring it back to their location and store it until I was able to have it picked up. I would definitely recommend this company if you ever need a tow company. First time I have rented a U-Haul truck and received a vehicle with a fuel gauge reading empty.
1. Indications are a 46 gal. tank, I had to put in 40 gal. so at most there was an 8th of a tank not a quarter.
2. This review was placed where the Google program directed it to go. If this isn't the right place for it your complaint is with Google not me. I do reviews when requested by Google and I press post and Google does the rest.
Got a uhaul rental here. Was very easy, didn't try to scam us, was in great condition! Can't really say much more about a truck rental but I'd go here again!
Amazing service for the best price. Adrian drove all the way out to snoqualmie pass when my friend and I got stuck out there for less than the local companies were going to charge to take us around the corner. Bad situation ended up being a fun experience!

our daughter was in an accident and the state police called fircrest towing for her. We weren't aware the company is required to charge higher rates for removal of vehicles after a collision on the interstate than base rate towing which I have had before. The owner responded politely to my frustration and took the time to explain how towing rates work. The company was helpful and gave my daughter a ride to where she could pick up an uber home. This was very helpful as she couldn't reach anyone to get a lift home. Accidents are so very stressful. It's nice to have a company reach out and explain things.
I came to Fircrest Towing to drop off a U-Haul rental and every bit of my experience was enjoyable. The gal I talked to fixed every problem that uhaul had caused, and substantially improved my mood. Top notch service and business.

As a Fire Captain, I have worked a lot with different tow companies and their drivers on collisions. I have come across a lot of incompetent and rude tow truck drivers and do not want to work with other public safety agencies. However, I have also on a professional basis have worked with Fircrest Towing on collisions. They demonstrate a very high and ethical behavior, no matter what the situation is. They are always very professional, unbiased and very courteous to drivers when their vehicle is being impounded by Law Enforcement. They separate their personal feelings to make sure you and your vehicle is safe.
These guys were prompt and very professional which goes a long way in the towing industry. From the second they showed up to help me with their new trucks and clean attire, I knew I was in good hands. I also think the lady who took my call was very informative and friendly. Thanks again.
