Best customer service they really will tell you the honest truth when selling your call if they are keeping it or scrapping it cause its to old like 25yrs or older and offered me double of what pick n pull offered which with pick n pull practically was almost nothing
If they tell you they do cash be careful something kind of shady about this place! They got my address and said they did cash and never showed up for the appointment. 🧐 asking about my car and then never answered the phone! So be careful I definitely will be reporting this to the authorities to keep an eye on. A lot of catalytic converter thieves out here and you got to be careful with these scam businesses ‼️
My experience working with this company started
off good but ended very poorly on their part. I was
in contact with a manager, Luis, and he was very
helpful in the beginning. We had agreed that the car
would be picked up on the day of between the
hours of 8AM-12PM. I was told to pick up the
phone for unknown number as it may be the tow
truck driver, & also told they call 1 hour before they
will arrive. Well pretty soon it was almost 12PM &
had not yet received a phone call. So I reached out
to Luis to ask if they were still coming & he never
replied even though he had just messaged me that
same morning. So 20-30 minutes after no reply-
called the company & the only person who was
genuinely trying to help was Josh. He called the
tow company dispatch and we got it settled they
would be coming at 2:30PM for an unattended pickup. My mother lives at the location where the
car was being picked up and called me around
3:45ish saying that they had still not yet picked up
the car. So I call the company back again, I am
talking with a manager, Samantha, she is trying to
help but lets me know they have a tow truck driver
in route & to "be patient". In my opinion this was
very rude considering I had been waiting since 8AM
for them to come pick up the car. No one had
called, every time I needed information, I had to be
the one to call to get information. There was no
communication on their end. They didn't even
come to pick up the car until almost 7PM. I work 12
hour shifts at a hospital, this was my only day off
and this company wasted my entire day. 2 stars-
for Josh, the only helpful employee, and 1 for the
fact they FINALLY came to pick up the car AT
LEAST. Next review will go to that tow truck
company. There are moving pieces to every story.
Wouldn't sell another car to this company OR go
through "IAA" Tow Truck company.
After not getting anywhere with a very well known local company, I came up in JJ Sell Your Car and I am very glad I did! Quick response, easy pick up of my old car, check handed over when they came to tow. Very professional, courteous and well worth it.
They paid me to take my dead car, the extra income was great. The best part though was They were super nice! I had a problem with my title they walked me through it all, answered all my questions, they were super fast! I am in sequim they came all the way from Seattle, they gave me an hour ahead notice from the tow driver picking up the car it was amazing truley awesome experience! Recommended 1000000! Everyone I talked to was sweet and cared about everything being on the up and up! If you need a company like that, I found them! 100/100🥰🥰🥰🥰
There was a transcription error between the offer and the check and they made it right with no hassle. Tow driver was on time, and a nice guy. Would totally do business with again!

I contacted them and inquired about selling my car and they came the next day and were efficient check in hand. I cashed the check the same day at my bank. I worked with a guy named Christian he was very professional and contact between us was excellent any questions I asked he got back to me ASAP. Christian is a stand out employee if you do business with them ask for Christian! Overall great business I would definitely go through them again to sell any future car. Not to mention I asked for a price and we were able to get that price thanks to Christian.
