I have been doing metal recycling with many different recycling companies in the Tacoma area and this is by far the best in town and probably best in state. The employees actually know what they are doing and you don't leave feeling as if you where scammed out of your metals. I've been here about 20 or more times and I have no complaints so far. Good people deserve good reviews.
Wonderful staff, fast, friendly, cash from atm system, staff seems to really like there jobs which makes them happy to help us novices out, etc..they don't make you feel ignorant!
I’ve been to tons of recycling plants and this was myFirst time visiting this facility.. two things I did not like… I pick up 75 pound spools of insulated copper wire every single day for a living and I had a 50 gallon trashcan filled to the brim full of wire that I could barely move by myself and they said it weighed 79 pounds so not only was I robbed or they made a huge mistake I was also told I have to wait three days to get the money… I have never heard of such a thing in my life, will never be back. But the staff was very nice. Haha
