I don’t know why there is any 1 stars truthfully. I was going to pay someone to take my car and they came and gave me cash for my car! 6/5 stars minimum!!!
Unreliable tow yard that will tow your vehicle, not be there to release it to you hand then sell it because they see a profit to be made. I want to just take care of my responsibilities but when there is only one person working and they are always in a tow truck you have no option to get your vehicle or pay your bill. This has to be the worst tow company in the valley!
After having a bit of a pain dealing with Pick and Pull and another national cash for car chain, my friend recommended Happy Hooker towing. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!
Left message to find out about hauling a travel trailer out of my driveway. I did call during the weekend, but I never received a call back. That's pretty bad customer service.
Very professional and on time, would recommend over all the others which would include Fife towing, Bills towing, Gene's towing and A+ towing., if you need it moved sized doesn't matter, the happy hooker can make it happen.
