I received a tire change while at work today from Junior. If you have even been in a situation like this you know it can be stressful. However Junior was very professional, it only took 7 min literally I couldn't believe it. Junior was very kind and understanding even though I was crazy and stressed out. My car was dead in Shelton with apparent computer problems. Kat and her truck happened to be in the same parking lot so I asked about a tow to the Olympia area where I live. Kat offered to hook up her code reader and reset the codes to see if that would solve the problem, no charge. She did that but it still wouldn't start. She put the truck in position and was about to lower the ramps but I decided to try it again and it started! Kat then offered to follow me home to make sure the problem didn't pop up again since she was going back to Olympia anyway - once again no charge. She then followed me all the way home. Next time I need a tow I will definitely call Ready Set Tow!
HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Driver was extremely rude argumentative and dishonest. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I am a woman because they surely didn't behave like that once my husband arrived.

Helps you and listens to what’s wrong with your car instead of assuming and trynna get more money out of you Andrew was the one that helped me at 3 in the morning and did not have any problem helping with what I needed to do to get my car started if you have any need to tow a car I would suggest going through this company and requesting Andrew if possible
I highly recommend this company had a company driver Miguel on his day off go out of his way to help my family and me out on the freeway with a flat tire on his way to church wanted to pay him for it but he wouldn’t accept the cash I highly recommend you go through READY SET TOW very kind and polite ask for Miguel
I was in a real bind with a blown out tire on a busy part of I-5. Kat got there very fast and navigated a dangerous situation to get me off the road. She then helped me get my spare tire on and gave me some advice on general car care. Her professionalism and empathy are top notch. It seems that this business retains their team members for years, which means it is a well run organization delivering fantastic value to customers. Thank you to Kat for saving my bacon. Also, I called in with a question and the dispatcher was incredibly helpful and kind.
They got there pretty quick, called and said 15 minutes.! Was a new guy John. Guy said he hopped in the truck an was willing to come help. Got my car to the mechanics safely much appreciated John and Mike both thank you

Our car broke down on I-5. After waiting nearly 2 hours for AAA we needed to look at other options when we found Ready Set Tow. Steve was there within 30 minutes and was very kind and very quick. We greatly appreciated it!
The ball joint on my truck broke in the middle of the road. I was stressing out a lot trying to find a tow truck then Vincent pull up like a hero and did everything he could to help. He pulled me off the road and made sure I had a tow truck on the way and also just gave an extremely good vibe and turned a really bad situation into a lot less of a stressful one. Vincent definitely goes above and beyond his job description, he’s more than just a tow truck driver he’s a hero and great guy.

Patrick of Ready Set Tow really saved our bacon today. We were hauling 3 horses home from the Emerald Downs Racetrack in Auburn, Washington when we had a blowout in our right front truck tire. We limped down the shoulder to the nearest exit and found a safe place to pull over. By now the tire was in shreds. We have US Rider insurance and they dispatched Ready Set Tow and Patrick and Ken. They arrived promptly (as promptly as heavy traffic allowed) and changed our tire efficiently and were very kind in helping us get back on the freeway and headed home to Oregon. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
We are very satisfied with the service we received this morning from Patrick at Ready Set Tow. I called them expecting them to be Capitol Towing and was informed that they have taken over for them. They were super friendly both on the phone and in person. We had our vehicle towed and needed asap service and they were fast to respond. This is the best tow service we have experienced in our area. We are located in old East Oly and they had a very quit respond time. They delivered our vehicle safely to the shop where it was being waited on. Absolutely great service and affordable. We will undoubtedly be using them again if need be in the future!
I was really impressed with the team at Ready Set Tow! My teenage son fell asleep at the wheel resulting in a roll over accident, he was OK but the vehicle was a total loss. We live in Oregon and I was about 4 hours away from Tacoma when everything happened. Their team transported my son with the vehicle, and helped him remove his property from the car while giving him a safe place to wait for me. Once everything was under control Ready Set Tow! provided great customer service and worked with us over the weekend to coordinate the bill and scrapping of our car. They even worked with us remotely saving us another trip to Tacoma to handle the paperwork. Thank you guys again for such a smooth and responsive process after such a scary incident.
Jeff and Taylor came out that and got me taken care of quickly. They even moved the truck halfway through so the neighbors could leave. Definitely recommend!

Patrick showed up on time with a trainee. Patrick was great not only as a tow truck driver but also as a mentor to his trainee. It took a bit longer to get my van towed to my shop, but it was worth it to witness the amount of training the new guy was receiving. They obviously care about their business and their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Was stranded on 512 and their operator was “cold calling” the area where he saw me stranded. Quoted $115 plus tax. When time came to pay they added multiple fees to my invoice which I was not quoted for before I agreed to their services.
With all of this, the only reason I am giving a 3 star, because the operator worked very diligently to get me towed, and for that I am thankful. However, the office gal was very rude and abrasive when confronted with discrepancies.
My car broke down on the highway during a heat wave, and Ready Set Tow rescued me! Doyle was so great… he made sure I was safe, and worked quickly and efficiently. My insurance originally dispatched a tow truck that was going to take 1.5 to 2 hours, but these guys only took like 35 minutes to get to me, despite a huge crash on the highway and bad traffic. I was grateful for Doyle’s speediness and friendliness, especially given the heat that day. Thank you!
I didn't contact them directly, I went through towtruckservicenearme.info and they sent Ready Set Tow my way. I never caught the name of the driver, but he was fantastic! He cared about the car as if it were his own!
I needed my car towed to a buddy's house to do some clutch work. My car is low so he needed some help to make it easier, which was perfect because I wanted to be involved anyways. Took some creative use of some wood blocks to get it on without scraping. On the offload my buddy said, "He was perfect getting it off!" Best part, the price for the tow was like half of what I was expecting. This was my first experience having a car towed and I'm glad it was a positive one!
