Called JBT on Friday at 2pm in Tacoma because our 45' Newmar Class A RV had the "STOP ENGINE" light come on. We needed a two to the Freightliner shop 20 miles away. Kyle answered our call and was at our RV within the hour and safely towed our massive RV to the Freightliner shop. Kyle was professional and had great communication as well as a super attitude. When unplanned mechanical issues happen it's so refreshing to have a positive person on the line when you call the tow company. Huge PRAISE for JBT Towing and their team. Highly recommend if you need a team that can do the big jobs!
Top notch service. I went through the ringer trying to find a heavy-duty wrecker that could come get my diesel pusher RV. I'm glad that I found my way to JBT, as their service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Many of the estimates that I received were expecting 6 hours, and JBT got it done in 4. The driver and dispatch kept great communication and if I ever have a need for towing, especially for a specialty/big rig, this will be the first number that I call.
After sitting in my car for 2 hours waiting for my roadside assistance company to rescue me. Plus calling several towing company's myself only be to told they are to busy or closed, they were there in less than an hour, friendly and professional.
The guy that answered said he couldn't help me till the morning but informed me that I should call someone else to get it done tonight. The area I'm in it's a good possibility that it could be broken into and I am so glad he was an honorable person because i was down to just leave it. So thank you man on the phone I appreciate you and applaud your humanity! It isn't seen as often anymore :)
It says specifically that they can tow an RV. When I called the guy said they don't do that kind of thing? Might want to update your business description then because it's misleading.
