Best Tow experience I’ve had. My car broke down in Fife and Junior was quick to show up and tow my car to Everett. He was very polite and professional and we didn’t have to wait hours for someone to show up.

Very professional. They came and took out my RV. That’s been sitting there for over 20 years. They took it down a hill around a hairpin turn and out a skinny gate with no problems. He had a plan and made it happen. Very precise on Exactly how to get it out of there. It was a huge job and he did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. And his wife was very sweet too. I honestly got on here to leave a 1 star rating for Richport Towing but I was just looking through all their reviews and thinking seeing as it’s the holiday season and everything I must have contacted them on a bad day or something so I am leaving a 3 star and will use them again in the future but if next time turns out like last time then my review will be more accurate as far as my personal experience.

Triple A dropped the ball after over an hour on I5 and having 3 state troopers stop by to see if we were ok. We finally cancelled Triple A and called Richport Towing they were there within 20 minutes and the spouse went above and beyond and even found an open tire shop for us and called them on their way to tow our car. This husband and wife are an amazing team super kind, saved our night, thank you for being awesome!!!

Called the company at 12:30 for a tow and got told they would call me when they are 20 min. away from the car. I texted them all the info that they needed before 1pm. I attempted to call them back and got no answer so I left a voicemail and got a text back "sorry missed you. call you back asap. meantime faster if you text your year make and model. also services you need. if a tow from location to location address." I already provided all the information you guys needed in a prior text so they haven't read my texts from before. Bad customer service after this I contacted another company that starts with B towing and they got someone out immediately for me.
We have roadside assistance, after calling Safeco, being assigned BT towing, and then waiting over four hours for a tow truck that never came, we called Richport. They said they would be there in 45 minutes. They were there on the dot. I’m pretty sure they did us a solid and the driver came on his way home as he had family members with him and it was after 6 p.m. at that point. They were fast, efficient, and we will definitely be using them again if we find ourselves in need of a tow. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience! I was so worried about having anyone tow my new 45 foot fifth wheel, but when the team from Richport arrived they immediately put me at ease. They were professional and experienced. They put my trailer into its small new space so easily and quickly! I appreciated they were so nice and personable too. I would hire them again in a second. Being a member I called AAA. They told me it would be a hour. An hour later they called to say it would be another hour. I called Richport towing and the driver junior said he'd be there in thirty minutes. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job for me. My truck had a big 800lb load of fence post in the back. It was ugly. The driver looked it over and determined that it was heavy but safe. This company did a great job for me and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks Richport towing.

They moved my tiny house. We were able to call them and they came out the same day no problem. They were very responsive and professional. They were also really nice. I’ve found a lot of tow truck drivers are kind of aggressive and mean, they were so incredibly nice and respectful. They were careful, but moved our house in a very timely manner. They were also affordable. I am very happy with their service and will use them again for my towing needs. They also offered to take a broken down truck on the property for free. I highly recommend them.
If you need something hauled, call Junior. He made our tow happen on a day that every other tow company told us they were too busy. He was upfront, accommodating, and the haul went without issue. I have had over 100 tows in my lifetime, and Junior definitely stands out amongst all of them.
Very Professional, personable, and compassionate. He guaranteed my grandmother a safe voyage on the back of his towing truck. She was stuck in the middle of the road as cars passed by but no him, he stopped offered his services even after a days work and even offered to come out to our residents the next day to check on her battery. Overall amazing services and personality, definitely recommend if you're needing a tow at respectable and reasonable price
My SUV wouldn’t start today so I called Richport Towing to tow my car to the service station. Josh scheduled my tow which he explained would be more cost efficient than an emergency tow. He was ahead of schedule so he was able to come to my car sooner and once I explained what happened with the car, he said he would check the battery for me since that’s what the problem sounded like. He jumped my battery, car started. I was really hesitant to drive my car to the service station so Josh followed me all the way to the service station. Not just follow to the nearest exit but Josh followed me right to their driveway!! I can’t say enough about Josh & Richport Towing! Josh was on time, professional, friendly, helpful and honest. He could have just towed my car for a larger rate but he was honest and saved me money. Also who would follow a customer to the service station if he didn’t need to? JOSH would and did!! I would definitely use Richport Towing again and highly highly recommend Josh to all my family and friends and anyone that needs his devices!!
