I accidentally locked myself out of my car (my own fault! lol), so I called this company for assistance. They responded quickly and took care of everything efficiently. The technician was very friendly and helpful, with a really positive attitude. I didn’t know anything about this company before, but I’m glad they were available when I needed them!
I didn’t receive towing but I had a great experience with the business. I purchased a part from a car and Tomy was able to stay after hours for me to travel 2 hours to the shop after work. The part I was grabbing took more time than expected and Tomy went over and beyond to help us with an optimistic and positive attitude! He brought a shop light out to make it easier, I felt so bad about the lack of preparation on my end but he made the experience much better! I appreciate how he went over and beyond for us, it was a very comfortable environment! Thank you!

Sshhhiiii I was hoping to see the great customer service all the reviews were raving about, but damn was I severely mislead. From the awful reception who sounds like she hates her job, to the tow drivers who don't know how to say hello or goodbye when answering the phone. My husband suffered a stroke this morning while he was driving out on 410. A passerby saw that he was struggling and called for help. After the police had my husband's truck towed we ran into the issue of getting his truck out of impound. Because my husband suffered a deep brain bleed he won't be driving anytime soon., therefore we thought we wouldn't be able to get his truck out if tow. Thanks to Tommy making himself available and coming to my husband's hospital room we were able to get a notarized statement releasing the truck to my son. Tommy was gentle and patient with my husband and we are so thankful for his help! So in short, we had 2 angels intervene today, the passer by and Tommy from nerd towing (Tommy is also a notary and we are so thankful for him). Anyone who reads this, please take care and let the ones you love know what they mean to you!

Jared was exceptionally fantastic! He loaded and unloaded our non running 89 Suburban with ease! He is super friendly and hard working. I have used this company before and I was as equally impressed. Can't beat the prices either. I work for a collision center and I will be passing out his business card from now on.
My driver, Fresh, was phenomenal. He was punctual, super quick, and really friendly. I felt very comfortable riding back home with my dead car. And when we got there, Fresh rolled it right off the flatbed into the driveway.
Their rates were extremely competetive, and their booking/dispatch service was the only customer forward and friendly one of the five I called.

I finally have a moment to thank your driver Fresh. I was broke down with a flat tire outside his home when he was just returning from a call and he seen me and my kids upset with no help to change our tire. He came and talked to me and asked if he could help as he to has children and wouldn't want to be stuck on the side of the road with his kids. Because of his generous help I will tell everyone I know about nerd towing and how great he is.
This was the first time I needed my car towed, I was anxious about my situation and was calling around. I am so glad I ended up going with NERD Towing because it was a really great experience! Tommy who I talked to on the phone was helpful and patient with all of my questions. And my tow truck driver, Bubba, was very kind and amazing! He arrived in less than an hour and made sure I stayed warm in the truck while he carefully loaded my car. My house was a bit far from where my car was towed, so I appreciated the conversation with Bubba during the ride. He answered my questions and concerns I had about my car and was able to park it exactly where I wanted, despite my driveway being unusual. Thank youu!!

Super flexible and easy to work with! They helped with a forklift. The whole thing took about 90 minutes and they were competitively priced. Bubba, the gentleman driving the truck, was a ninja with the tow truck and all-around awesome to work with. Appreciated the company while we waited for the forklift. I'd definitely recommend them!

Had Jared move my 2021 challenger. My ridiculous race that was nearly stolen.
It was in a tough spot with multiple problems but he was able to expertly move my vehicle with doing any damage, even had to change his approach and equipment to make it a work. And it did. It was a tricky one and he nailed it.
I've also seen his welds. They are good. Just need to relax a little more.

Daniel was the tow truck driver who picked up my Ford Explorer from the mechanics and delivered it with ease! He even was able to place it at our house exactly where we wanted it to be! Very fast and efficient at helping me get in the car. Very thorough. Thanks sooo much for your help! 10/10 recommend. Definitely will be using them for any services moving forward.
Tomy showed up get this transported and it got done really quickly. It's a 10x18 foot shed. It was pretty heavy but he had no problems getting it onto his truck and to its destination. It was a 10 mile drive, and we were done in an hour!!!

I unfortunately needed a tow for my Ford diesel so i called Nerd towing.
They dispatched out their driver Jared who showed up quickly.
Jared was very caring and made sure my 8 yr old son was warm and comfortable out of the rain then loaded the truck very professionally and cautiously making sure not to do any damage to my rim since the tire popped off it's bead. I appreciate that he treated my vehicle as it was his own making sure it doesn't get damaged while loading. That was a big thing for me!
He got me, my family, and my truck home safely and efficiently without breaking the bank and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience.
I highly recommend Nerd towing and will be calling them again if I ever need another tow.
Nerd Towing offers excellent service. They were prompt and professional. We called in need of a tow and they showed up in less than an hour. Our tow truck driver was Jared and he was amazing, very thorough and knowledgeable. A 5 star review is not enough. Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Tommy was great. He said this was on the the trickier sheds he’s moved and I believe it. Took us half the day working to get it up onto the truck. Even though he’s done this dozens of times before, he was very humble and willing to try new things. He was patient with my questions and addressed all my concerns. If this shed ever needs to be moved again, I’ll be calling them again. Tommy, tacos will always be on me when I call you.
I had such a great experience. They sent out the best truck for the job the girl was fast and loaded the car and took care of it as it was her own. I will always use Nerds for anything I need towed. Tommy and his crew is great. She made the tow seem like it was nothing and made me so comfortable.
