My car had broken down in the mall parking lot. Through my insurance they dispatched Right away towing. They were able to pick up my car within an hour. The driver Eiven was professional and empathetic. Was thorough and could tell he knew what he was doing. Had my car on the truck loaded within minutes! Would definitely use again in the future. We got a flat tire and after another company cancelled on us Right Away Towing responded right away and was there very quick. They gave us excellent service and were very good at communication! Highly recommend! Our driver LA was very helpful and went out of his way to help.
These guys were awesome. Showed up 25 minutes before the quote time, and went through a lot to get my damaged car on and off the truck in tight spaces. L.A. (like the hat) and Stiven really did a great job! To top it all off, they provided their excellent services in the pouring rain like it was nothing. Would definitely use their services again.
came within 10 minutes and took 30 seconds to give me a jump with a portable jumper. He gave me information on where and what size to get. Those jumpers at costco are useless.
Maaaaaan Right Away Towing is second to NONE! My mans L.A. is the God of emergency roadside assistance!! I’m a little late with this review so my apologies to the Right Away Towing team but here’s a little back story… I was having the worst of days and we all have days like that here and there. I mean everything that could go wrong, actually went wrong. So here I am at the end of work on my way home from Issaquah (I live in Auburn btw) and I saw that my gas tank was low but I felt like I could make it. Haha Boy was I wrong! I started to putt out on highway 18 and ran out of gas right on the 304 st off ramp exit. Luckily I was able to make it to the narrow shoulder of the exit (the only luck I had that day prior to L.A. showing up). So I’m literally stuck there for about two hours because my phone had gotten wet that day as well. I’m a tradesman(carpenter) and yes we work in the rain. Every time I’d try to call someone for help on my phone, it would shut off and turn back on rapidly. Just my luck. So I finally got a hold of my insurance and they connected me to Right Away Towing. After I had already been there for two hours soaked and wet(if you live in WA you already know how disrespectful the rain is here lol), I was thinking that the tow company would take another hour or two to come… not at all. The emergency roadside assistance God, L.A.,was there in 30 mins!! By this time it was dark and all traffic was coming home from work I assume so you know those mfs were speeding by us like they were in a rush or something lol. L.A. immediately took control of the situation and made sure we were both safe. I felt completely comfortable around him while he gave me enough fuel to make it to the nearest gas station and helped me get back on the road. I know the story seems long but L.A. was rather quick about getting me back on the road. Very efficient!! Who knows? Maybe I bypass my insurance company next time and give Right Away Towing the first call? We’ll see. Hopefully I’m never in that position again but then again, never say never! Thank you much L.A.!!!!

Awesome Tow company. I honestly thought we would be waiting for several hours for a tow truck, but then I received the call from Stiven the driver within minutes of requesting service. He verified the location and that we were safe. When he arrived, Stiven was very professional, courteous and was easy to talk to. He took great care loading the vehicle and getting it to the drop off location. Would definitely recommend and use this tow company again...

This was my first experience having my car towed. The driver was very nice and found my apartment quickly, even after going to the wrong complex by mistake. He communicated with me clearly and even took photos of the car before he loaded it onto the truck. As a whole the experience was pleasant. I trust this company with my vehicle.
