25 stars!!! My daughter’s car wouldn’t start during the cyclone bomb (11/19-20/2024). To further complicate matters, her phone died before we could fully resolve the situation. I’m three hours away, so I called Zizo. I explained the situation, telling them I wasn’t exactly sure where she’d be waiting. I gave them three locations, all within 250 feet. When he got there, the driver found her and was totally sweet. He told her that her mom was really worried about her, and after the car was started, had her use his phone to call me that all was good!

Operator, Ahmed, was polite, professional, and patient as we tried to sort out exactly how to manage the job. EV car towing is not always straightforward and the car was in a parking garage with little clearance as well. Would recommend Zizo (and Ahmed) to my friends and family.
I don’t know how people are getting sick nice drivers. My experience was awful and I am never using this company again. Was getting irritated at me for his mistakes. Do not use this company if you have a choice.

Highly recommend them. My insurance company dispatched my towing request to them, after the first towing company came and left unprofessionally due to the car in parking garage with clearance of 6ft 8in. They came over to jump start my car but it failed. This was expected as that’s the reason I need a towing service. They examined my car carefully and figured out the issue was the engine starter. They got it working so I can start the engine and drive to a car shop. The towing service became a roadside assistance. Amazing service from them!
I had good experience here! They helped me during night time in wind as well. This is affordable and quick service that i got after inquiring at many places!
I called through BMW to book the service, the guy has no idea what it means for ‘I5 express’, and did not call me to confirm. When they found they are ‘not able to arrive my location’ (which is also not true because they can), they cancel the service without notifying anyone. And called me saying ‘someone will pick you up’. I’m waiting aside of the road for over an hour and had to book another towing company. Do not use them if you have a choice.
My alternator died and I used Life360’s roadside assistance on their app to request a tow. Zizo sent a flatbed truck and the nicest driver. He was really careful with my van (and his truck). While I didn’t need to go very far - I felt very safe, and enjoyed chatting with him. Thanks, Zizo!
Extremely reckless driving. A Zizo tow truck spotted by Marymoor Park in Redmond and was swerving in and out of traffic, "shooting the gap" of nonexistent gaps. One instance, a car had to slam on their breaks and slightly swerve to the left to allow the Zizo Truck to aggressively/recklessly merge.
Driving 15mph over the speed limit in a 35mph zone is extremely dangerous and does not get you anywhere faster. Drivers like you should have your driver ID permanently revoked.
I took a photo of the licenses plate and reported you to the Redmond Police Department.
Super fast and very knowledgeable with getting our beast of a van out of our driveway, loaded and towed without being able to start it. We can only hope the repair goes as smoothly!
Wow, I am so impressed. Zizo came when I was stranded with my car that wouldn't start and he was honest and so helpful - even gave me a recommendation for using another solution to save money even though he could have charged me more to do it himself. You don't find many honest professionals like this anymore! Highly recommend.
A hundred stars are not enough for what John did for me. I was stuck at the Costco gas station and no other company was available. He came all the way and saved me from disaster. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and sweet. I can't thank him enough.

My car broke and I had towing coverage on my insurance. My insurance contacted Zizo towing to respond. About 15 minutes later I received a phone call from the tow truck drive, Robbie, who stated he was on his way. 20 minutes later Robbie arrived. I thought I would be waiting several hours for a tow to arrive. Waiting 35 minutes was a blessing. Robbie hooked up my truck with car and drove it to my mechanic. We had a great conversation during the ride and I learned a lot about the tow business. He unloaded it and all I needed to do was sign paperwork. Zizo towing handles the rest of the billing through the insurance agency. I can't recommend Robbie and Zizo towing enough.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a confirmation call from John at Zizo Towing shortly after requesting service through my extended warranty.
John called to communicate his ETA and upon arrival was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. He reassured me and helped me understand the process and helped me set expectations. He went above and beyond by following up with me after delivering my car to its destination.
I felt very comfortable and safe with John.

I wish I could remember the person's name who helped me. I had been trying to get a tow for over 24 hours and no one would help due to the spot it was in. He came out and got the car out and towed it to my home. He was so so so nice and helpful and I can never thank him enough for his help. Thank you so much again.
John helped tow my friend’s car today. It was an especially difficult job since the car wouldn’t start and wheels wouldn’t move. John had some tricks up his sleeve to get my friend’s car to maneuver onto his truck that were impressive! He took great care of our vehicle and was so kind after an exhausting day stressing about our situation (because of a break-in). A true delight working with this company!

Very quick, competent, and friendly service. Our car wouldn't start late at night while we were away from home. The Zizo dispatcher got us in touch with one of their tow truck drivers right off; the driver gave a very accurate estimate of their (quick!) arrival time; and it all went very smoothly from there. Would use again.
SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WAS IMMACULATE. The communication with Ahmed made me feel more secure about what is going on! This was my first accident and Ahmed broke down the process of everything over the phone! To stating a claim, to being the individual who physically came to tow my car!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been doing double time at work to make payments my wreck and unable to be at my vehicle since my accident. Ahmed and his team have been really great with communication back and forth and even gave recommendations for donation/organizations to be able to take my car in. I cant thank this company enough for all that they do and communicate to their customers. They really do put you at ease in what can be the most stressful time. 1000000✨ Stars
