Hey buddy, got stuck in the mountains with his key locked and the car was in reverse running, Call them and they were on their way with a short ETA. I got it all figured out though. I called back to cancel. They didn’t have a problem with it at all. Very efficient and fast Towing company. Only one that would answer in the area.
Young couple got bad directions from Google Maps and got stuck in the mud on my property. The driver came all the way down to Thorp to help get them out in the dark when no one else could. Big thanks and high recommend!
I have never written a negative review before, But the horrible service that we received deserves mention. We were in an accident on i90 and were told by WSP that we had to use their towing service and have our car taken to their impound lot. From the very start the guy who picked up the car was very short with us. He didn’t say one word to us until we were back to Easton and only talked to the WSP officer. We where told that if we wanted items from the car to come back during the week and call before we came.Then when we went back during the week to retrieve our belongings as we had been told to do, we called to inform them that were on our way. When we arrived no one was there and we had to wait for three hours for someone to show up. Everyone was very rude both in person and on the phone. I would never use this service of my own free will. If you have any choice at all I recommend anyone else.
My battery was dead at home, and roadside sent Easton. They couldn't jump start it. But he spent like 15 minutes trying to get it working rather than just towing it (which I wanted to avoid). Then gave me some advice to just totally disconnect it and recharge it. And I did that and it worked fine the next day.
This family is absolutely incredible. Last week our right leaf spring on our travel trailer busted in half heading west on the first turn going around the lake heading up to Snoqualmie Pass. To say it was a bad spot is an understatement. Denise came out and did what he needed to do to get us off the road and even took it to there shop. I got the parts and ran them back up to them in Easton the following day to be fixed. As they were fixing our trailer there was a 7 car accident that they had to go to but they still got our trailer back up and going safely. This family is incredible and if anyone has a problem wish I hope you don't please call them. I have the upmost respect for them all. Safe travels to all.

I was charged almost $5000 to have my car towed, and then when I was trying to take the valuables out of my car because I don’t trust these shady types to not steal my stuff, the jerk working the office threw a fit about me wanting to take things that were not even bolted to the car. By all means if you need a tow find a different company to tow you because Easton towing is just thieves allowed to work for the WSP.
After calling eight different places, these guys came up to the pass in a blizzard in the middle of the night to unlock our car. Quick, kind, efficient. Thank you very much!
broke down on the east side of Snoqualmie Dennis and his son came and got us and our oversize boat, it was late they pulled both rigs into their shop and put us up for the night as there was no place to stay in Easton, next day we had coffee and a sandwich for breakfast provided by them, and they helped us out to try and get the truck running, these are the best people and I would not hesitate to call them if I ever had issues again
If I could put negative stars I would. Dennis the owner I assume when I spoke to him about his employee’s leaving broken glass all over my parking lot basically told me to F off and clean myself that they were not responsible for that. He swore at me threatened to block me from calling him just an evil person. As you see in the pictures just left it in the middle of lot..
My experience dealing with this owner was just horrible. I was in an accident in a family member's car while I was at the hospital the vehicle was taken to this tow yard. I reached out in hopes of retrieving my belongings from the vehicle but the owner only stated the cars owner could get the belongings from the car. I explained to him the owner and I lived hours away and he didn't seem to care. There were letters I later discovered sent to the wrong address to tell us the car would be discarded as it would be considered abandoned and all accrued fees would still have to be paid. When talking to the owner I was given poor information about what I was allowed to do with the owners written permission to retrieve my belongings. While on my way to the tow yard with what I was told I needed I tried to get information on hours of business to make my visit, when I called he refused to give me the hours and questioned why I wanted them. I then explained I was on my way with written permission from owner I was then questioned about the permission and told the information I thought I recieved was wrong and he never said it. The owner eventually was able to make the trip down there but I must say communication overall was horrible and information given was unreliable. I apologize for the long story but wanted to share my experience. I truly believe this should have been handled more professionally considering all circumstances someone else was going through.
Thank you for getting us to safety!!! Dennis went above and beyond to help get us off of one of the busiest and narrow stretches of I-90 AND found a place to get us new tires after being stranded for nearly five hours. So incredibly grateful!
They bailed me out on Sunday night. But I lost the key to unlock a lock to unhitch from the tow truck when he towed my trailer to the house I feel bad that I made him upset.
Called to get pulled out, and got a rude response. Just trying to get home for the holidays. The man sounded as if he just woke up, and when I explained our location responded as if we were lost in Kansas.
Tire blew out on the highway, while we were moving... worst nightmare. This guy helped me figure out a good plan on the phone. Then showed up in 20 minutes, toed us back to his shop and changed the tire out with a used one he had on hand. Cost about $260 at the end of it all. Great service, thank you for being there!
