They were quick considering they were over 30 miles away from our vehicle. The service was friendly and professional.

Was helped by Levi. Very quick getting to us in the snow and actually helped us leave before the pass closed. Very appreciative despite the circumstances. Reasonable price too.

Just had my transmission go out middle of nowhere heading to Yakima. Levi went above and beyond and helped out SO much! Really appreciated both the service and the kindness towards my kids in the 3 or so hours we were in your truck!

Cascade helped me out incredibly when my suv broke down on Snoqualmie Summit. Robert was quick and helpful on the phone and then the towing experience w Levi was tho not enjoyable due to the circumstances, was made FAR better due to his professional and positive approach. These guys are genuinely the best ever. One of the tires on our 5th wheel blew on the freeway- we had the right size socket but not the tool to use it to remove the tire. I pulled up to Cascade in my truck, told them (literally) “I needed something this size that fits this tool” and they found a socket that fit the bill immediately. They let me borrow it on only the promise to bring it back! I’m so impressed, I’m writing this review parked on the side of I-90 while my husband is attaching the spare to the RV!! Assuming there won’t be a “return fee” (haha), this gesture will have saved us hours of headache and who knows how much money. They’ve taken an event I don’t wish on anyone into a positive situation, and I am SO grateful for them!!! Thank you thank you!!

Our pick-up truck broke down by the coffee stand, right in front of Cascade towing. I just walked over with Riley from the coffee stand, and It was so easy to arrange to get the truck towed home. Levi was quick, friendly, and nice to deal with.

Robert helped me out when I was tight spot. Truck broke down on way home. He towed it and fixed it. Also helped me find parts that I needed for truck. I had a Pickup Towing 5th wheel

Got a flat tire in the middle of the pass and we were lucky enough to come across Cascade! Levi helped us put on a spare, fix the tire pressure, and recommended where to get our tires patched as close as possible. He helped us free of charge. Super friendly and saved the day, couldn’t recommend more! Thank you so much Levi!

Super quick, friendly and helpful service when we had a flat tire on our rental car en route to the Gorge. They even stored our tire for the weekend when we couldn’t fit the flat back in the car. Thank you!!

At 9:15 we were driving over the passes to Seattle and hit a full grown elk near Easton at 80 mph. The car was, undisputably, totaled and still halfway in the left lane as dark hit. Cascade towing was there in less than half an hour and had us towed and back at the yard with all of our belongings from the car by 10:45. The tow driver from Cascade Towing was fast and efficient, professional, and was back on the road so fast we almost didn't get to thank him. Nobody looks forward to having to get towed, but almost everyone will have to deal with it at some point in life. If you're anywhere near Easton, definitely give Cascade Towing and Auto Repair a call.

This guy came and helped my friend and I on one of our worst days EVER! He was HONEST, and kind. The BEST experience EVER! We are so thankful for him and his help and for not charging an outrageous amount. He really went above and beyond and we will continue to use him and his services anytime we need a tow. can't get through. they towed my car and used a key to latch onto the back. then they did not replace it. do not know what they did with it. I hope I don't have to be towed again before I get it back or if i get it back

We broke down just north of these guys on the i90 in a rental campervan, after having days of mechanical issues with it. I ran back to their shop along the highway as our international phones had no cell service and they were extremely kind to me. They were so efficient, getting the tow ready asap and rescuing my partner from the side of the highway. They towed us all the way to the Canadian border, and our driver Gerard was lovely to talk to, offering as much mechanical advice as he could and even letting us borrow his private phone/internet. He then stayed at the border with us, speaking to border guards and attempting to help us get the van over the border. His service was above and beyond and we wont forget his kindness in what was the end of a horrible ordeal for us. Highly recommended.

Levi saved my daughters day after her car broke down. Arrived very quickly, loaded up and took back to their shop. He treated my daughter and her friend well and made sure both they and the car were well taken care of. I brought a trailer to grab the car and Levi made sure I was able to load the car up safely. I would definitely recommend these guys.

My old 1988 bus turned motor home broke down outside Easton. Like others mentioned, there was no after hours response but the next morning, they went overboard with their service, towing me to the shop and troubleshooting the problem despite being swamped with other work. Ultimately, they were unable to fix the problem but were incredibly helpful in helping me think through the options. And in the end, didn’t charge me anything. Good people!

Friendly and I thought they were reasonably priced. Towed my suburu from mile marker 41 on I-90 east bound all the to yakima for around $750 and I dont think many places can beat that with gas prices the way they are.

The service driver made our drive (they were able to pick up all 4 of us) as comfortable as he could, offering frequent bathroom breaks on our 3 our journey and temp adjustments. He quickly got to us, loaded our suv pretty swiftly and had us home in a few hours.

These guys were absolutely amazing. We called them when we were stuck in the mud out at Lake Kachess at about 7 p.m. on a Sunday night. They were already on their way out to a call to Issaquah but arranged to come straight to us within 20 minutes. When the tow truck was unable to pull us out because of how far we were in the mud they called in a backup Jeep and use the both vehicles and a winch to pull us out. It only took about an hour and 20 minutes and total from the time that we called. Saved us from sleeping in the cold with our daughter and dog. Amazing friendly service, reasonable price. Clearly committed to their work and invested in their customers. Would highly recommend

Unfortunately, we broke down on Sunday afternoon during a Seahawks game. We were not able to reach anyone on the phone and the business was closed. We left several messages and did not get a response. We finally reached another tow company in the area who came to us at Cascade Tow and fixed us to get back on the road.

These people are a life saver when you are off road and stuck but they pad their time so make sure you clock him and ask when the meter starts because when the tow is almost 200 an hour the half hour he padded on to mine while I was waiting for him to show up, have conversations with other people and get gas cost me another 100. He was very kind and courteous though.

Great service. Owner showed up as stated and had me loaded in no time. Dropped me off in Cle Elum after recommending lodging and a place to eat. Rates are reasonable.

Nice place. We ran down our camper battery Brought it in and they cheerfully charged it for us. No cost. Highly recommend!

We Broke down and needed a Tow of our jeep wrangler due to a seized caliper. I called the towing company and said they would be on site within a hour or so. We where heading to a campground and was not to worried about our jeep so we had it towed to Ephrata, WA the driver was polite and said he could get it there that evening. later that evening he said he would drop it off at the auto shop in the morning which was fine. I made the Mistake of assuming that the tow rates per mile would be in the middle and not at the Top end. I was shocked at what I paid for this tow. I have had tows in eastern WA that where in the 100 mile range it was under 300.00 after tax. To my surprise when I saw the Charge on my card I was bill just under $600.00 to tow a Jeep 102 miles If you use this company ask what they charge since the average rate per mile in WA for a tow is under $3.00 per mile. I will be sure to call around next time.

Pulled over to this shop after my car was running poorly over Snoqualmie pass. The shop was going to close at 5:00 and I arrived at 4:45 asking if there was anything the owner could do or recommend. He stopped what he was doing to come out and hook up his diagnostics machine to my vehicle (which had a cylinder misfiring) and fixed it up at no cost. Could have just sent me on my way and said he was about to close, but took the time to help me out.

I was stuck by lake Kachess where I couldn't get any cell coverage. They came up the side of the mountain and not only pulled me out of the ditch, but another group as well. It maybe took them an hour to get there (and I was in a remote area.) They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, either. Very grateful for their help, and not letting this idiot feel too bad for getting his car stuck in a ditch.
