In my opinion they are scam artists. They told us from a spot that the sign was hardly visible. We found out later that the person that manages this apartment complex calls frequently. Bethel should have rectified the sign situation before towing us. We were left stranded and had to take a ride from a stranger. We were charged over $600 even when we picked our car up within an hour of it being towed.
Had a vehicle go over the embankment at our apartment complex tonight, no one seriously injured thankfully.
Rex #35 showed up to get the vehicle out and did an outstanding job, fast and efficient, an artist at his craft for sure 10/10 professional.
I just wanna say they're one of the best towing companies in the area. They will always be there to help you and I would call them anytime I just wanna thank them so much, they've been such a big health.
Our son broke down at 12 am on his way back to his military station on a Tuesday morning. After calling multiple places, we had to call the Highway Patrol to help out, as we were 6.5 hours away. The Highway Patrolman called this towing company. He arrived at 3:30 am picked up the Jeep and My son. The cop asked if he'd be willing to drop him off at a hotel, the towing man said "I guess". He dropped him off at a disgusting hotel at 4:30am and left with the Jeep. My son had to walk to and rental company, then head to shop the next morning where the owner was rude, disrespectful, and acted as if my son was bothering him. Then he refused to take any payment over the phone because he felt he was being scammed, yet he was holding our sons $25,000 Jeep Wrangler hostage. My son tried multiple times to get him to take a payment from his dad and I also a grandparent as his card limit wouldn't allow for the almost $600 payment after renting a car and paying for a hotel. We offered to show and send ID do a video call and everything we could think of to get the payment made. He would not put in any card it had to be in person and swiped. He then told my son that he'd hold it for him there until he could pay(even though we tried to pay 5 times) then he'd take it to the Jeep dealership only after he came 4.5 hours back to pay in person. When our son arrived back to the towing company on Friday morning he was charged a holding fee on top of the $600. The tow guy dropped the Jeep off at the Jeep dealership and the guy was rude to my son about having things to do with his wife that day. If I could I'd give zero stars I would. He was rude and disrespectful to a young man who serves his country in that young man's time of need; Then charged him an outrageous amount and refused to take payment so he could charge a holding fee. Would never recommend to anyone. This took 5 days to take care of and cost far more than it should have.

Recently I had a very flat tire. AAA was contacted and recommended Bethel. I opted to make an appointment online the website was really easy to use, and they called me back right away. They asked if I had a spare tire, and being the car is only 18 months old, I assumed it was. Caleb drove the 14 miles to our house around 9:30pm, and to our surprise, there was no spare. Apparently many new cars don’t include them! He was really nice about it and called the office to arrange for a tow the next morning. I can’t remember the name of the next driver, but he arrived at 8:30 and hooked up the car, plus gave me a lift to the dealership. 5 stars for promptness and courtesy.
I cannot describe in words the incredible experience I had with JJ and the rest of Bethel Towing, but I’m going to try! My car decided to act up last Friday (8-8) on our way to a moto event, full of gear, teenagers and pure excitement. Barely making it into the rest stop near Federal Way, we called Bethel Towing. Without hesitation they were on their way, a 45 minute drive. JJ was extremely professional, personable and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend Bethel Towing if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. 10/10
Truck had a mechanical failure so we called Bethel Towing and our Tow truck was there within 20 minutes. JJ had the truck hooked up and on its way home in minutes. Considering the situation it was nice to have a true professional help us when we really needed it. Truck was spotless and AC was nice. Thanks again JJ- 5 star service. Recommend 100%
I had an unusually bad experience with Bethel Towing and AAA that I recently posted about after years of very good service from both. The owner of Bethel Towing called me, apologized and took responsibly. That’s what a good leader and business owner does. I now believe that this was just a hiccup and while I hope I don’t need their service I’m convinced it will be prompt and professional if I do. (PS. I you need AAA assistance in WA try to reach a local not national rep.)
Huge thank you to Levi for towing me off the ferry. After my car had died and completely froze up on our way to Seattle we had contacted two different tow companies that sent the wrong type of tow trucks. After almost 6 hours we found Bethel Towing. They sent Levi as he was on his way home. He came onto the ferry and secured my car in 15-20mins. He was professional throughout the whole ordeal and very friendly on our ride to the dealership. I'm grateful Bethel towing and Levi saved me from another round trip on the ferry.
We got the run around all day long, finally after 4 tow trucks canceled Scott came to the rescue and brought my RV. He was very nice and helpful. Couldn't have made it without him. GREAT PERSON...

I felt 100% confident in his skills as he prepared to tow my car. He gave me clear instructions and was very kind. Had a car towed tonight (April,25,25) the driver, Stephen showed up, guy had a great attitude. Real likable guy. Towed the car to the house, and I was amazed at how well he poked that car right in the driveway as though it had been drivin in the driveway. Small driveway with multiple cars. Guy had skills! Loved it! Grade A service!
Josh came out on a Saturday. He greeted me with a smile and firm hand shake. He surveyed the scope of towing my 43-foot fifth wheel. I was relocating my fifth wheel on the property. Even though it was a short distance, there were quite a few trees to navigate. He made sure he placed the fifth wheel where I wanted it. He deserves to have more than 5 stars.
Bethel towing was exceptional in their response to my AAA call. I received a call from Jake within minutes after I placed my order. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes, but he actually arrived sooner. Jake was capable, efficient and friendly. It was the best AAA response I’ve ever had. I would recommend Bethel Towing to anyone anytime.
Steve from Bethel Towing was above and beyond helpful. I have an old car and the battery died; Steve got me running, recommended a place to get a battery and even talked to the staff there to make sure they had what I needed. He really worked hard to try and replace my battery with the options he had available and ensure I didn’t have to get my car towed, and when the battery he had wouldn’t work, took the time to help me find a solution. Just a really good guy with a positive, can-do attitude. Highly recommend!
Ellie was friendly and very professional on the phone. Josh and Steve were awesome. Both went above and beyond to help us out of our situation. Would certainly use them again if needed, and will recommend them again and again. Thank you guys are life saver. The charge was less than we were quoted.
On March 12, I got a flat tire on my way to an appt. I called AAA and they sent out help. Steven, from Bethel Towing, arrived within 3 minutes! He was friendly and immediately got to business assessing the situation. He ended up having to put the spare tire on, but he assured me that it was a very good one. He was speedy and efficient and got me on my way very quickly. I appreciate his helpful and friendly attitude. Thank you, Steven!!
AAA sent Bethel to tow my car from the 76 station at the purdy bridge to les schwab in Gig Harbor. I hit the edge of the road at the end of the long driveway hard enough to blow both left tires at 6am. It's a pretty low car and the guy was able to get it up in the flat bed ?.
AAA directed us to Bethel Towing today when our truck started leaking brake fluid. Rex was there super quick (half an hour before the text the company sent said he would be) and got right to work getting our truck up into tow position. Normally large pickups are put on a flatbed, but Rex had the knowledge to make the job seem simple. He was friendly and professional. Definitely would call them and ask for him again #46 if I'm in need of a tow!
Henry at Bethel picked up our X3 in gig harbor and brought it back home, unloaded in record time. Absolutely professional and friendly the entire time. I have never in my life had a better experience with a tow in my life. Bethel has earned my business forever.
Our 32ft. Uhaul truck (FULL) slipped on a steep, muddy, gravel driveway in the rain at night ??♀️ We called for towing and 3 companies cancelled on us once they saw the photos of our situation. The next morning John came out nice and early to give us a hand, he was professional, polite and extremely helpful! I am so grateful to him and his boss for getting us out of there and with no damage to the uhaul or my stuff inside, I highly recommend this company!!!
