Randall was the last tow truck driver I had take my vehicle home. He was able to back into my driveway and parked my dually underneath the carport. He was also very friendly when he picked up my truck - we commiserated with each other about working on old cars. And, my mother said he was friendly when he dropped it off at home; I was still working on the job site.
He wasn't the first quality driver from Kitsap Towing I've had take my vehicles home or to shops. Everytime they impress me with their skill and leave me with a smile on my face from the interaction.
I would highly recommend Kitsap Towing, or at least let you know that you're in good hands!
Kevin was quick, friendly and super helpful!! I popped my tire and he replaced it with my spare. He remounted my popped tire where the spare was, inflated my new tire and I was on my merry way! I am grateful Super Heroes like Kevin exist!!

Ive had SO many issues with tow drivers, this dude was SPOT ON. Accurate and executed instructions clearly. When I call Kitsap towing, I will ONLY request Luis from here on out. This driver rescued my sister's car from a bad spot on Highway 16.
This driver definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I've never been so impressed with a tow, and I worked in the auto industry (collision repair) for 7 years.
We got stuck at Klahowya schools. Fob for Honda would not start car. Mark Moore at Kitsap came and towed our car home; noticed that it might be more than the key fob (it was also the battery had run down). Mark was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and entertaining. Kitsap Towing showed up quickly. My husband is handicapped so couldn't get in the truck, but we got the car problem resolved quickly. From start to finish Kitsap Towing was responsive and very helpful!!!

Fabulous service! Friendly and helpful…It was covered by AAA so I’m not sure on how price. It’s a wheelchair accessible van and they took very good care loading it.

The gentleman was on time. I was waiting for him to finish loading my vehicle to the flatbed when he probably stepped on the gas too much and bump the rear window into the truck's frame. Thankfully, there has been no damage. Other than that, everything went fine.

Called triple A and got Warren, he was amazing! The military base made it hard for them to get on base but they still came and got me. He gave me a lot of tips for future car repairs. I will definitely call them for all future needs.
Fantastic drivers! Their response time was the best I’ve ever had. I am a fleet manager and we have several tows a week. These guys were very professional and it was a very hairy tow out.
Contacted via AAA. The driver was nearby so service was fast. He was very professional, friendly, got my car started and reassured me it was ok to drive to appointment then have it towed. My car made it to the appointment, its being looked at and my day is better.

Kitsap Towing Always rocks. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly, communicative, and understanding and the young man that towed my car was quick and friendly. I asked them to call me when they were on their way and they did so promptly. Quick, easy, and efficient. Would recommend!
Sadly, I needed their services on multiple occasions over the past few years. The one consistent thing I can count on but these folks is they are prompt, courteous, and professional.
Bottom line they're real good at their jobs.
Exceptional communication and service. Arrived in 45 min. My vehicle was on side of highway in very dangerous location. David was dispatched and kept in touch until he arrived. I needed to ride with to shop. He made sure I safely got to and in/out of tow truck. Very thoughtful and experienced. Did you know according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, an estimated 1,280 tow truck workers are injured each year. We need to drive slow, be cautious and considerate when there is a tow truck assisting others nearby. Blessings to our tow truck drivers. And I highly recommend Chico.
Tow truck driver was fantastic! He was conscientious, efficient, and very polite. My electric car got battery failure and temporarily locked gear but he knows a quickly battery trick and load the car in a second!! Tow truck was well maintained and great condition which made it very easy to load up and go. Great experience under the worse situation - thank you!
Professional thru and thru! Unfortunately I had to wait about 3 hrs because i was on base to get a tow but class act none the less! Towed to my mechanics spot for a reasonable price!.
Cody was my driver and he was amazing. He got my car up on the trailer quickly and even helped a bicyclist who asked for a wrench to fix his tire. When he dropped the vehicle onto the ground, he was perfect in how he did it. No front or rear damage to my car body. Great guy. Make sure you let him know he is awesome.
Quick response, friendly tow truck driver. Picked up my Ford F150 within 30 minutes from the time I called AAA. The text messaging alerts were fantastic and let me know exactly when they would arrive. My Alternator died while driving through the Gorst just south of Bremerton, heading towards Port Orchard. I had to park along the edge of the road under a very tight quarters. Driver took the keys and let me go home. He delivered the vehicle to the auto shop of my choice. The keys off with the front desk. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs towing.
The Driver was very kind and understanding, and also helped me know what questions to ask my mechanic as well as a place where I can buy the parts needed for my vehicle. He arrived quickly, and helped assure me that it would be okay. Very helpful, I felt at ease with their service, thank you so much. The lady on the customer service line who helped me get a tow was very sweet too and was up front about the pricing and how long until a driver would be at my location. He also helped make sure my 2012 black VW beetle was parked within the lines when it just didn’t want to move at all. Great communication before arrival, during car loading and after the car was dropped at the shop. We had to get our car towed from inside our garage, on a slope, with very little space to maneuver the truck. Our tow truck driver carefully aligned the truck bed, backed it straight into our garage with mere inches to spare, loaded my car and delivered it safely.
Scheduling pick up was effortless and they were able to accommodate the exact day I wanted the towing done. I received a call from dispatch with a 2 hr window of when I would hear from the driver, and he called in the first 15 min of that window and my car was towed no less than 30 min later! The driver was super friendly as well. Great job! Will use them again!
