I used Liberty today to tow my truck to the dealership for some work today. The communication was A+, Matt the driver was on time, professional, and friendly, it was a great overall experience. Highly recommended!!

Matt was super quick and helpful. He got my car unlocked super fast in the rain. Called when on his way and once he got to my location so I didn't have to wait in the rain.

A salute to the driver Tim of Liberty Towing. A true professional. Long story short. I ordered lunch to go from my favorite burger joint “blue ocean” (shout to to them.) When I came out to my surprise, my car spewing out coolant. Tim was there with the quickness to hook me up and tow me home. And, when all was said and done, my lunch was still piping hot. *He also then came back to give me a tow from my house to the automotive shop in town. If you ever need a tow. Call Liberty and request Tim.

My van broke down on the side of the road the other night. Liberty toe was called out by my insurance company Allstate. Not only did they come very quickly, they allowed me to leave the key in the vehicle and go home. They delivered the vehicle very quickly and we're very courteous about how they dropped the car off. They also gave me a rebate where Allstate was overcharging me. I would highly recommend using Liberty tow. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Rich was very helpful and knowledgeable. He loaded my car onto the flat bed in a way to avoid further damage to my vehicle. Definitely recommend.

Matt came to our rescue a few days ago, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Our property has a long, steep, and winding driveway—it’s definitely not an easy place to maneuver, especially with the massive tow truck his company sent. But Matt handled it like a pro. He navigated the tricky terrain with skill and a smile, making a stressful situation so much easier. Friendly, capable, and clearly experienced—we’re grateful for the help and highly recommend his service.

We called and got a quote, they came and did the job then proceeded to charge us an extra $72. They told us the person who gave us our quote was wrong and honestly didn't sound surprised about the changes to the bill they made without disclosing that to us. They unnecessarily used a dolly on our car which they didn't disclose to us or even need for the type of vehicle I have. They were willing to give us back the dolly price but still made off with the extra $20 up charge they conveniently "miss quoted" I think this is what they do they quote you, get your card info, take more than they quoted and refuse to refund you. There are multiple comments with similar occurrences. I plan to report to the BBB and another place a different comment recommended. They are a scam do not give them your card info. They will charge you more than they quote.

Liberty Towing will be my go to from here on out, They were able to schedule a tow for me a couple hours in advance for when i was off work as my truck had a big mechanical failure when i was on my lunch break. Elijah is a very hard worker and he was able to get my lowered truck onto his flatbed with no hassle and than drop it off in my horrible driveway. Great customer service and great skills.

I recently found myself stuck on the side of the road and Liberty was dispatched to help me out, through my insurance company. Originally, I was quoted 65-90+ minutes until help would arrive. Shortly thereafter though, Elijah called me and was on-site in about 30-40 minutes. It was a precarious situation with my car sunk in heavily saturated mud, hanging on by a thread above a 20'+ drop into a ditch, and he showed up and was meticulous, careful, kind, engaging, and knowledgeable about how to approach the situation. While it was extremely nerve-racking and I was on edge that I was about to lose my car, he stayed calm and slowly but surely pulled me up into safety with no damage to my car. With all of the negatives these days I just wanted to make sure that Elijah was recognized for the stellar and efficient work allowing me to eventually continue on with my day. YOU'RE THE MAN, ELIJAH!

Unforseen circumstances had Tim coming to repair my flat tire in the early morning. He was fast efficient and polite. Recommended liberty and Tim at that. Thank you

New Years Eve and Customer Service was great in promptly getting a driver to my location earlier than expected for either a jump start or tow depending. Huge shout out to the driver Matt who quickly got my car jump started and we found it has an alternator issue. Super thankful for the help getting my car back home, and I will be using them again to get it towed to the auto shop for a scheduled appointment and for any future towing needs. If your pull I out rate is 125.00. How come I was charged 250.00 for about 45 seconds of work? I was high centered took less than 3 minutes to pull me out where i could drive again. I feel I was was ripped off. Also they did not even quote job.

Beware of the newbies! Very disappointing experience with a newbie tow truck driver. Please train your guys better before setting them off on their own. First, we were given a quote to tow our camper van without the tax so we felt misled about what to expect financially. Not cool. Then the boy who helped us was incompetent and nearly damaged our property before unloading the van, knocking down our internet cable. Now I have to call the cable company to come and fix it. He didn't listen to any of my husband's instructions on where we wanted it and backed it up 10 feet from where we showed him we wanted it and guess what? He did actually back it into our other trailer because he wasn't listening to our instructions to stop (like he asked us to!). We demanded that he file an incident report, he wasn't going to. Then to top it off, he took nearly two hours to leave our driveway because he couldn't figure out how to unhook the cable from our van and had to call someone else out to help him. Then they stood in our driveway for another 20 minutes just talking shop or should I say shouting shop because I could hear everything they were saying while their trucks made noise and air pollution in our driveway. Thanks for that. Awful customer service and incompetent tow truck drivers equals a very bad review on Google which is rare for me. We could have saved $30 and gone with a more competent driver if they had been upfront about their fees. Did they offer us a discount? Or anything other than a weak apology from an incompetent boy? Nope. Nothing to make up for this poor service. Very disappointed.

RICHARD was super helpful, professional, and all about safety. He also made sure there was no damage done to my vehicle during the loading and offloading. Definitely a great experience during a hectic situation. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE NOW!!

My insurance company connected me with Liberty Towing through their roadside assistance. My driver was prompt and courteous, giving a call when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him and to verify I was alright. Once on the scene, he was immediately helpful. If I ever happen to need a hand in that neck of the woods, I wouldn't hesitate to call Liberty Towing.

Had a very friendly gentleman come and tow my Subaru Outback very, very quickly! Gary showed up in a timely matter, and he was super friendly and easy going. He turned what I had anticipated being a miserable day into a day of hope. I've been very upset all day because of my car troubles, but now, I'm feeling a little bit better. Plus, the 5-mile tow from the gas station to my house only cost me $100.55. So all in all, it was an excellent deal. Great customer service and a reasonable price. For the future, if I ever need a tow in Port Orchard, I definitely know who to call. S K Towing for the win!
