These guys are great, I don't have a reason to visit very frequently but over the last decade every time I've needed a body part they were at least 30% cheaper than anywhere else I can find

It was my first time here today at 10:35am , and when I asked the person at the counter for the price with and without the sensors, he responded, “Do you know what you want? This is wasting time.” Very bad customer service.

Lmao so painter gave me a free service on a smaller part and didn’t charge for the extra work he has to deal with to leave an accurate review for the parts provider of a Fender, Certifit; bought a fender for a Chevy and the part was scratched, showing bare metal when the parts are suppose to be primed, causing the painter to have to take an extra step (which is a problem because I specifically need it ASAP, which is what I asked for) that will take additional work/time all because certifit sent a damaged/scratched part, so be careful getting your exterior panels from here, check both sides, and don’t let some parts people tell you “oh no, that’s not a big deal, we refuse to exchange it” when it’s clear damage that’s going to maybe end up costing YOU extra money. Glad I had a decent service shop not charge me for the additional work because of a parts center ignorance and refusal to provide a non damaged part. Careful Y’all!!!!

The manager at this place is unprofessional and incompetent at its finest I bought a part and was handed the wrong part and tried to argue about the package it was in and tried my best with videos and pictures that it was handed in a clear plastic bag talks over the customer and starts insulting not only do you wait forever for your parts but when they mess up no one to help you no wonder this place runs through employees no one cares won’t spend a roller again here ever and will tell all my friends no to Certifit is more like Mayfit

I purchased a hood and, upon arriving home and opening the box, I noticed visible defects. When I brought it back to the store to request a return or exchange, they refused and blamed me for the damage. I will be filing complaints against the store and definitely do not recommend buying from them. At the very least, they should inspect parts before selling them.

Very professional staff. They were enduring accusations of racism from another customer, even though all the staff help were black themselves. They maintained composure and professionalism. When they helped me, they provided all the information I needed.

If you buy anything think twice because they will find some issue that you can’t return 👎🏼 And don’t believe dispatch said only receipt and item to be present when I came from far away they ask they need exact card that used for payment. It’s last option to give I could choose one star I wish there’s zero

We are dealership that buys from certifit for a long time, they have been doing terrible job in customer service... We would call to have the part shipped to us and it wouldn't be shipped to us, when we call to have the part ready we go to the store and have to wait customers go ahead of us just for them to tell me they don't have that part which is supposed to be ready, and that keeps happening. so until they improve their customer service, my review stays at a one because it's simply unacceptable

I purchased a chrome bumper for my 02 Chev Silverado and it was less $$ than the wrecking yards plus no dents or scratched. It's kind of hit and miss with Certifit , just got to be patient and hope you get the correct part and not damaged in shipping. I would go back and do business with them in the future.

My experience with this Auto body parts place was okay, the pricing is definitely better option than the dealership. I definitely think they can prioritize the customer as opposed to getting paperwork done. I got there in the morning and there was only one guy at the counter and he was doing paperwork, a stack of it that was left over from yesterday and he didn't get to help any of us customers until he got through that. I think that is one area that could use improvement.

Not sure what was worse, the parts or the service. I called to see about exchanging a part that was damaged. I had my receipt and the original packaging. They told me to bring it in and they would exchange part. I even called a second time to confirm availability of the replacement part and was again told to come in and they would take care of the issue. However, upon arrival the manager refused to exchange part and told me that “I should’ve checked more thoroughly because they have a strict return policy”. I reluctantly agreed to buy the same part again because I was told that I was “stuck with the damaged one”. Ironically, the new part they brought out had similar damage to the one I was attempting to return. So they brought out a second one in equally poor condition. I find it incredibly frustrating that they would not honor my exchange but were more than willing to sell me another damaged part. Really disappointing experience considering how nice they were when I called. They’re pretty friendly but I would still be very careful about purchasing parts here.

It took a 50 minutes to get waited on but that completely notunderstandable since there was only one person waiting . They do not talk with customer nice. So bad service. Just was here to pick up staff for some one. Never come again in this place. Not respectfully to customer.

Bought a headlight for my car. It overheated by itself and melted the plastic around it after driving 1.5 miles. The lightbulb did not burn out- it literally heated out and melted plastic around it. Called in to get an exchange/refund and guess what? THEY DO NOT HELP THIER CUSTOMERS. They told me that since I used it- they won't do anything. When item arrived it looked fine- how on earth was I suppose to know it was defected by the manufacturer before using it? Also, it was she shop who installed the part- not me. I wasted over $200 for NOTHING! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Trax hood and was bended I went back to return it the next morning and they didn't took it back I asked for on other one instead of bended one they said No ,we don't do refunds or exchanges. I lost $200 for nothing. The worse and slow customer service I ever met in me life. Don't waste your time and money.

Parts were sitting in front of me for 49 minuets and Nick wouldn’t let me inspect them or pay for them until other people’s orders were pulled first. This guy has some control issues. Not sure how a large corporation can tolerate this poor behavior to their customers. Other customers even tried talking to him to let me pay while they wait and he ignored us and sat there with a disgruntled look on his face like he was above us and we were just a bunch of low life foreigners and not worthy of any decency. Hopefully they can find some quality people to hire that don’t discriminate and treat customers with respect and a nice positive attitude as they should deserve for shopping here.

Good place. Quick service - out within 15 minutes. Bought a hood for a 2009 Nissan Altima for $120. Cant beat that price anywhere including Amazon or any of the wrecking yards in the area. Call in advance to make sure they have the part you are looking for.

Great pricing and they had exactly what I needed (in my case S10 grill) in stock. They had virtually everything I would have needed to completely rebuild the front end of my vehicle if needed and at surprising prices.. As far as I can tell, part quality seems pretty good. Easy in, easy out.

Some great prices but these multi-millionaire owners pay their staff as little as possible. Looks like they lost one of their best employees making promises that they had no intention of keeping. If your pics are taking a long time..just remember the old adage..you get what you pay for; and that includes the ' employers ' too !!

This place was awesome. Quick service, best prices I could find. They were out of stock on a couple fenders I needed, so I bought what I needed that they had, and left. They called me five minutes after I left to tell me they found them and would I like them to put them aside for me. I said yes, and picked them up twenty minutes later. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

Bought a hood there, inspected quickly and didn't notice anything major, got home took it out of the box, 2 big softball size dents on the edge, shallow and hard to spot without feeling. Took back following Monday, wouldn't accept the return, started making up some bs story that the hood came from part channel or some bullshit. I made a mistake not inspecting it well but the bullshit that I got from them when I tried to return is just unacceptable.

this company is a joke. i ordered two bumpers for my business. i was told they have it in stock but couldn't deliver until thursday. Friday rolls around and I still have no bumpers. I call back and they guy says everyone got sick thats why it couldn't be delivered. but then he also says a driver called me multiple times and couldn't get a hold of me for delivery. which one is it? cuz all calls gets forwarded to my cell phone which is on me 24/7. so i send my lot attendant down for pick up and they won't take a card over the phone. this will be the last time i deal with CertiFit. Parts Channel has cheaper pricing anyways.
