It's a Sunday afternoon and I needed to get my car from East Bellevue all the way to the Burien. Corey answered and we set everything up in less than 10 minutes. No pressure, reasonable pricing, and a great attitude.

The driver Ivan & his boss went above and beyond. After initially coming out to help via AAA. He didn’t have the right equipment. I got passed off to other drivers and then forgotten about by AAA. Ivan originally had called me to let me know that he was coming and so I had his number from that. I sent him a text informing him of my dilemma and he called his boss and they got right on it and had my home within squared away within 60 minutes. After waiting on AAA for five full hours. If you need help. Call these dudes. They will help you out and treat you right.

Corey saved the day - or should I say night since it was past midnight! He responded and arrived within 5-6 minutes of our call to AAA and had us up and running within minutes with a battery jump. Amazing service and speed on a cold, rainy night - thanks Corey!
Wonderful and friendly service from Corey this afternoon. He arrived in under 15 minutes and found a loose battery cable left by my mechanic. Charged up the dead battery and everything was good to go. Wish I could have all my breakdowns in Kirkland!
College student had a tire mishap and AK was out to him in a very reasonable amount of time. Scheduler was really helpful on the phone and the tow driver was great. Ended up towing to a tire shop for repair. Super great and easy to work with from a remote location.
After waiting hours for other roadside services, we reached out to AK Roadside. Even though it was a busy night, nick was able to locate someone for us to fix our flat on the side of the highway. The agent that was dispatched knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. So grateful for their service!!

I don’t like to g e 5 stars because I expect great service as a standard from a company. However, Rocky from AK towing was the most professional and fastest tow truck driver I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to work with! My car was loaded and we are on our way within less than five minutes and drop off was the same. Plus he has an epic beard straight from Viking GODS!! Highly recommend this company and if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be stuck on the side of the road, definitely give Rocky a call!

Rocky was wonderful! Called us before arriving. Verified my ID and confirmed AAA dispatch details. Very patient and communicative while our hybrid’s security alarm kept going off. Answered all my questions and explained how the drop off would work. Texted me a picture confirming the drop off. Rocky, my tow truck driver was great. He showed up, loaded the car onto his flatbed and headed to my auto repair shop. He was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I hope my car doesn't break down again but if it does I know who to call.

I'm writing to thank David Evans from AK Roadside for his fantastic service the other day. My car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking garage. It was a little complicated to get into the garage, and David coordinated with me beautifully to find the correct entrance. Once inside, his cheerful and open manner was soothing after my long and difficult day. He diagnosed and fixed the battery issue in mere moments, plus gave me a reading of my battery health that he explained and sent to me. He also advised me on what to do next. It was like having Firestone come to me :-). I'm grateful to David for his help and his amazing attitude. Thank you!
