This place is the best. First time bringing in my Mazda, bought next store on the sales side. People at the front desk were incredibly kind. While I waited for my car to be serviced, they have an entire coffee shop filled equipped with a very sweet barista, many snacks and lots of seating. Everything you could want while you wait for your car. While you are enjoying the lovely hospitality, the employees working on the car send videos with explanations on how the car is looking. Then send a link with what they are doing/recommend, and allow you to accept/deny any work that would cost extra at just a click. Super easy, and really appreciated. Especially as someone who forgets what work is done to their car, this is super helpful o review back to. THANK YOU!

Excellent friendly knowledgeable service advisors. Especially kenzie Clayton. She cares about her clients, and take care of her clients, and advice them well on their repairs. You could feel the integrity, and the honesty Scheduling ,& checking the car in & out was done very professionally, and without any unnecessary delays. Prices, and fees are reasonable. Highly recommend this dealer for all Mazda services & repairs Thank you

I've been coming here for years but I don't think I'll be back. I went in yesterday to get my oil changed and battery checked. Turned out the battery needed to be replaced, which I expected. The price I was quoted and agreed to was about $389 for everything but when I went in to pay it was well over $500 because they forgot to add something on. They gave me $10 off for the mistake but it was still way more than I had been expecting to pay. Maybe I should have fought it harder but they were nice and I felt bad so I just paid it and left. Idk. I trusted them in the past but I'll try somewhere else next time.

Had to come back after routine service for an issue with a tire pressure module in the computer system but they were very kind and replaced my windshield wipers for free for the trouble. I had asked for it when I first came in but decided against it due to cost.

1st time there for my oils change service. car is 1.5 years old and had been going to there dealership where I purchased it but that was always terrible experience. This is a bit closer to home and no appointment necessary. The entire staff at LJ was great, did not cross sell me on anything! I also was had to make an appointment at the other dealership (just an oil change/tire rotation) and even thought there was a few cars in line ahead of me at LJ I was still out in 1/2 the time I was a the other dealership! Oh, and did I mention the full service coffeeshop you can enjoy while you wait?! And they washed my car! So glad I made the switch!

Their service department grossly overcharged me, not coming here again. $810 ($900 with tax) for replacing my trunk latch which costs $180 and took 2.5 hours of work (at most). It makes no sense. Pro tip: this place has more accurate ratings/reviews on Yelp rather than here. Update: They reached out asking me for feedback. I talked to the service manager who was very rude and kept gaslighting me. When I told him I knew they had overcharged me, he started asking me to apologize to him

The “service due” setting on my car was set to 4 months after service even though the owners Manual says service is due every 6 months. This shop tries to con you into paying for service 3x a year instead of 2x. I only drive about 4k miles per year so needing service every 4 months is insane

I recently had my oil changed here, and I’m super impressed with the service! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was good to go. A big shoutout to Casey in the Parts Department - he is awesome! The waiting area was comfortable, and the whole process was quick - didn’t even have to wait long. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!

The service was great, the people were great, it was on time, and it was comfortable while I waited. Strangely, I had booked this recall service online more than a month in advance, but when I showed up they had no record of my appointment. They got it all done anyway. So, I am super happy with the service department, but whoever is in charge of their online system should be fired. Next time I'll just call them to make the appointment.

I have been coming here since 2021 when i bought my very first Mazda. The service team is fast and attentive and I love the videos you get to provide proper transparency. The recently remodelled waiting room was very nice as well.

Got my CX5 serviced here. They diagnosed my issue (faulty headlamp) and replaced it in only a couple hours. Also performed an oil change for a reasonable price. Will definitely come here again for my Mazda services.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record; just as with my previous reviews, the people and the service is outstanding. Timely, courteous and very professional. Working with Tim & Jorge has been a pleasure. The parts are outlandishly over-priced, even for a dealer.

I had questions regarding the type of Oil I should use for my turbo CX-50 and my low milage driving. All questions were answered in depth. I really appreciated that. I was in and out for my oil and maintenance fairly quickly. I like the video over-view at the end of the service!

The service went great. While I understand the dealership is currently dealing with a lot of construction, it would have been nice if someone had met me or told me what to do with my car, so I didn't sit in it for 15 minutes before someone came. Also, the people in the sales office should understand there are customers sitting near them. Their rather loud banter was very annoying.

Good service on the car, lousy vacuuming job on the interior, but that's not a big deal. Did not appreciate the upsell tactic employed by your sales people "your car is particularly in demand at this time. Let us make you an offer, etc." If we want to trade the car in at some point, we'll contact you. We don't need to be reminded there are many more, and considerably more expensive, cars available to purchase.

Awful experience at Lee Johnson Mazda Service. Brought my Mazda 6 in for it’s 90k mile service and also mentioned that the vehicle was making a loud noise under the hood however none of my warning lights were turning on so I hoped the issue would be resolved or a diagnostic could be run. I also mentioned that I would appreciate if they took the time to see If a power cord for a dash cam could be removed while they were performing the service. About 30 mins later, I received a text alert with a video for my vehicle and then a littler later received a text stating there was 2 different options for estimates on my rear brakes. I then clicked the link to review the estimate for repairs to my vehicle which included completely replacing the rear brake pads and rotors and another option that replaces brake pads and resurfaces the rotors instead of replacing AND an estimate for a new water pump that was listed on Back order at the time. There were other items under recommended work. I selected a complete replacement for the brake pads and rotors. After my vehicle was finished, I started my car and it was still making the noise under the hood so I had to go back into the service department and ask them if they could ask the technician if he/she knew what was making the noise and the service agent informed me that it was the water pump that needed to be replaced and if I ordered it through them, that they would be able to order it priority shipping and get me in to replace it quickly. At this point after noticing that nobody mentioned or tried to remove the power cord from the dash cam that was installed in the dashboard that I would be better off taking my car elsewhere to have the water pump serviced. I took my vehicle to another auto mechanic in Bellevue who got my car in the next day and ran a diagnostic that showed it was the AC compressor, and Drive belt that were causing the noise. They were able to get the parts ordered and my car returned to me in less than 24 hours and it no longer makes the noise and drives smoothly. Also the other auto mechanic noticed that my spark plugs and brake fluid needed to be replaced which one would anticipate had been mentioned in my 50k or 75k mile service appointments at Lee Johnson previously. Why would I continue to bring my vehicle to a dealership for service and repairs when they are charging a premium and misdiagnosing issues on my vehicle?

Brought my car in due to a few issues and Scott and his team were great in going through and addressing all those issues. A hard-to-find problem was missed, but as soon as I brought it up, they did another inspection, found the issue, and it was immediately addressed. The service was quick, efficient, and now my car is running great. I can't recommend them enough.
