I have been coming here since 2021 when i bought my very first Mazda. The service team is fast and attentive and I love the videos you get to provide proper transparency. The recently remodelled waiting room was very nice as well.
The check in was seamless, service prompt and completed within the time frame stated. Accommodating waiting area and they washed a vacuumed the car...A delightful experience.
Got my CX5 serviced here. They diagnosed my issue (faulty headlamp) and replaced it in only a couple hours. Also performed an oil change for a reasonable price. Will definitely come here again for my Mazda services.
David and Tony were very easy to deal with and this was as pleasant as it could’ve been and they were very personable. We worked through a few kinks that were beyond either of our controls very nicely.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record; just as with my previous reviews, the people and the service is outstanding. Timely, courteous and very professional. Working with Tim & Jorge has been a pleasure. The parts are outlandishly over-priced, even for a dealer.
I had questions regarding the type of Oil I should use for my turbo CX-50 and my low milage driving. All questions were answered in depth. I really appreciated that. I was in and out for my oil and maintenance fairly quickly. I like the video over-view at the end of the service!
The service went great. While I understand the dealership is currently dealing with a lot of construction, it would have been nice if someone had met me or told me what to do with my car, so I didn't sit in it for 15 minutes before someone came. Also, the people in the sales office should understand there are customers sitting near them. Their rather loud banter was very annoying.
Impeccable work, impeccable customer service. The service desk team are so refreshingly pleasant and knowledgeable. Also, the recent remodel the customer service desk and adjacent lounge has undergone looks wonderful! I am a very happy customer and a proud owner of my Mazda.

My experience was great. Michael who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not too pushy. I really like how he showed me how my vehicle works. Answered all my questions. I would go back and buy another car from him. I love my new car.
Brought my car in due to a few issues and Scott and his team were great in going through and addressing all those issues. A hard-to-find problem was missed, but as soon as I brought it up, they did another inspection, found the issue, and it was immediately addressed. The service was quick, efficient, and now my car is running great. I can't recommend them enough.
