These guys were absolutely amazing! I needed a windshield wiper after a failure. The person working the counter made sure I got the right one and put in on the car for me. 10/10!!

The clerk couldn't be bothered to help me. Typical behavior for a man working in a "manly store," I guess. But I usually get some service when I stop here. Asked for a fuse checker aka multimeter. I have had other clerks check the fuses for me, but not him!!!

Pablo helped us immensely when we went in to have our battery checked. We had just come from another auto store who couldn't help us and told us to take the car to a mechanic. Pablo was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We will always go to O'Reilly's first from now on.

Someone broke Ford wheel covers I can't afford to replace. Pablo saved me big by selling me an extra-strengh adhesive to repair covers and keep those wheels clean.

NEVER buy here save yourself a headache and shop at auto zone I bought an fm radio transmitter and 12 hrs later I go to return it with the receipt and they WOULDNT do it the box is in mint condition and the device is in good condition. These guys wouldn't return it even with receipt and I've spent thousands here. They'll never get another dollar out of me

I am so very thankful for the kindness and great service I received from Lonte. He helped me with my car battery and installed a new one on the spot. It genuinely felt like it was his pleasure to do so. His superior customer service is hard to come by these days. So grateful I chose this location!!

Love o'Reileys, they are always helpful and will special order what I need if they do not have it on hand and it's quick to be deliver3d to my local store. I will never go to auto zone again management did me wrong even after emailing customer service I got ignored ..well autozone my loyalty will now always reside with O'Reillys. Avoid! Terrible customer service! Zero product knowledge. I tell the guy what I need has to be matched up directly on my car, it can’t be looked up. He ignores this and begins looking up my car, he selects the wrong car type and can’t find mine, once we get the info right, he blames me. I told him I never said that model, he selected the wrong one. Guy gives me the passive aggressive ‘it is what it is man’, not an apology. He’s looking though the parts list and can’t doing what I need, so he asks the one employee who probably knows anything. The other employee tells him he has to match it up on my car and he needs to take a picture, just like I said at the start. So the guy turns to me before I even have a chance to move and he says, ‘so where is your car’? Like it’s in my pocket or in the store. It’s seemed obvious and like forced incompetence that I had to tell the guy it’s in the parking lot. Half way back to my car I told the guy to forget it, I could already tell this was going to be a giant waste of time, he didn’t know what he was doing and already had an attitude over something that should take 5 minutes.

O'Reilly really helped us out when our car battery died. After purchasing a new one there, they were super helpful and helped to install it at no charge. Much appreciated.

I have spent a good amount of time and money at O'Reilly. I am very disappointed in this particular transaction. I had purchased a set of break pads for a vehicle, and it turns out I didn't have the tool I needed to complete the job. I had to take it somewhere to get them done. Where I took it, they would not use the break pads I purchased so I had to return them. When I repacked the pads, I forgot to take half of the clips off, and they would not return them without them. I asked them if I could return them if I purchased a new set of clips to replace the ones that were missing. They told me that it was not the ones that came with them, so no they would not return them. So now I'm out $80 and a set of pads I can't use. This is why I will not return to O'Reilly for future purchases, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I wish I can rate 10 stars instead of five! I bought a headlight bulb from AutoZone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and could not be bothered to help me put in my new light when I have never done it before. And my other headlight wasn't installed properly so I couldn't even see the road and was frantic. I am from out of town so I don't know anyone that could help me so my last bet was to just go to this O'Reilly's and I am so glad I did. The gentleman working, Max was so helpful and nice and with no hesitation helped me fix both of my bulbs at no charge. He was fast and efficient and the whole thing seemed effortless. Max totally made my night and definitely saved me from getting pulled over. So happy I'm able to see the road clearly again thank you again Max you are the best give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!

The best way I can describe my experience at O’Reilly’s is above and beyond. Rebecca, seriously saved my life and that isn’t an over exaggeration. I needed to have my car battery installed. Over the weekend I had gone to 4 different places and no one could help me. They all sold batteries but did not install batteries. I was having to jump my car every time I got into it. I had to drive to the airport that Monday morning. So, I was pretty desperate when I showed up. She opened the door precisely at 7:30am, which I always appreciate punctuality. She was the only one currently at the store and she wasn’t sure if she was going to be able to help me, she called over to the other O’Reilly’s in Kirkland they were unable to help. She could have told me that should couldn’t help and sent me somewhere else but she took the extra time and care and installed my battery. Rebecca was super personable, efficient, friendly and her customer service skills were exceptional. She turned my stressful morning around by just doing a little extra and I was extremely appreciative her help. On top of installing my battery she also saved me money. She informed me that O’Reilly’s actually gives you more money back for turning in your battery than Costco does. So, she installed my battery and I got some extra money back. If you need anything auto related I would 100% recommend coming to this O’Reilly’s in Kirkland. If I ever need anything for my car you can bet, I will go here first. Rebecca thanks for being AWESOME! I went to this location last night because my car battery had died. I jumped it then headed over so I could test my battery and purchase a new one if needed. Long story short I ended up needing to have my car jumped again so I could leave, but the employees (who weren’t doing anything but talking to eachother) told me they couldn’t help me. I simply needed one of them to help jump my car. I parked by one of the only two cars in the lot, which I assume were both of the employees cars. They told me they could sell me cables but I told them I had my own I just needed another car to help. They said they couldn’t help me. So I had to get family to drive all the way over to help. It was dark and I am a young woman to add context. So safe to say I’m extremely disappointed that they refused to help me with something that feels so basic. My boyfriend and I work on cars often and always bring our business here, but unfortunately I will refuse to in the future due to this treatment.

Never experienced more blatant racism. Honestly can't believe this place. Cam in to replace a faulty battery I had bought 4 days earlier from a different O'Reilly. Called the other store they confirmed every franchise can do returns and replacements. FIRST of all, I'm being stared at by both the guys behind the counter the second I walk in. I tell the guy what I'm there for. He says, "We don't do that. It's not company policy." I pull up the O'Reilly website and show him the company policy. He says "Well you probably stole that." I showed him the receipt. Asked for his name so I could report him to corporate. He says, "I don't need to tell you that," AND COVERS HIS NAME TAG. Then tells me his supervisors name is Michael. Which was probably a lie. Guy had black hair so maybe someone else knows who this guy is. Anyway, he proceeds to yell at me to leave, which I did immediately. I've been shopping at O'Reilly my whole life and man when I tell you one bad experience is all it takes for me to go to auto zone now. Fire that guy.

I had the best experience a costumer could ask for. I don't speak english too well, but thankfully Peter was there and he is fluent in portuguese, so helped finding the blink light for my 2010 Honda Fit. It's always nice when someone can speak the same language as you, and provide us with such great help as he did! Will be coming here whenever need car stuff.

The nice woman and her coworker went above and beyond. Spent 20 minutes on us for a single transaction and called around to find additional information. The team helped us find the brake shoes we needed and all the tools to make it possible.

Amazing customer service!!! I called this morning to see if they had a bulb for my headlight on my Rav4, Matt answered the phone and was on it! He gave me multiple options to choose from. When I walked in the store he knew exactly why I was there, grabbed the part and even installed it for me! The other gentlemen who was working immediately came out when another customer walked in. Clearly this location takes pride in their customer service and it shows! Will definitely only be using this store for any automotive parts needs in the future! Thank you!!! 9/19/22 Updating to say that I had another amazing customer experience today. Zheer was attentive and friendly and showed me how to fix my issue for the next time it happens. Won’t go anywhere else!

This is my is my "go to" parts store for all of my automotive needs. I pass 3 other competitors auto part stores on the way to this O'Reilly location. I always get what I need and if it's not in stock at the store, the staff makes sure I will get the part I need. The part will arrive in less than two days, sometime less than 24 hours or even better, later the same day picked up.grom another store. Top notch service and priced right, what more can a shade tree mechanic ask for. I have two older rides that always seem to need parts. A 1965 F250 and a 1984 Jeep CJ7 and the store keep both of them running strong on the road. Thank O'Reilly's team for keep me going.
