It was a great experience today, and all the employees were very helpful Specially Manager Vishal in addressing my car issue and he has a good knowledge. I recommend going to the Autozone Kirkland Location.

Vishal from this shop was very proactive, enthusiastic, paying attention to my problem, and pointed out the right tool and battery for me. He was acting totally different from some other folks who either ignored me or refused to help. Finally I was able to replace battery successfully instead of desperately waiting at the parking lot for a tow. Thank you, Vishal!

This AutoZone location is excellent. Honestly they are the representation of what customer care is. The manager along with all the employees were very kind, friendly and really supportive. Not only did I witness this with myself but with about 4 different customers. I literally saw the satisfaction from each one of the customers and their amazement at how helpful they were. The most amazing and important quality is that they didn’t try to upsell their customers but they really supported them and gave them honest feedback. It made me feel like AutoZone (Specifically this Kirkland, WA location) should my first stop for any vehicle parts I need and questions. Manager Name: Amjadkhan k.

I placed an order for in store pick up at 2:23 pm on 10/17/2025 order number 201660570390 totaling $ 389.28 Went into store to pick up order , never received any update on my end. While both employees were sitting playing on their phones due to no other customers in at that time I was greeted and I said hi I am here to pick up my parts I ordered gave my name and she told me oh I had to order your parts from our lynnwood store due to only having 1 spark plug in their store out of my whole of 8 items. I received no call from either of the 2 employees that afternoon to even find out if I wanted to keep my order with them , didn’t know that the parts that stated we’re available in your on line order were not available but 1 , I found out an hour to an hour and a half later when I walked in store to pick up. This was truly poorly done….Lynnwood store is 9.7 miles and opened an hour later than totem lake store. Made a call to the store today for any update around 1 pm on order again I was told order was not there and that it could be delivered anywhere between 10am and 5pm. Here I am still with no parts that I ordered over 24 hrs later. This is poor service from both stores but primarily the one I ordered from. Something needs to be done here Poor poor poor service , communication, or options.

AutoZone Totem Lake fried my car, lied to me about why, then told me to buy parts on Amazon. Avoid AutoZone at all costs! AutoZone advertises "expert help," but what I received at the Totem Lake store was a nightmare of incompetence, deception, and staggering unprofessionalism. They fried my car's electrical system, tried to cover it up, and then had the audacity to tell me to fix their mistake with parts from Amazon. This was a complete and avoidable disaster. It started as a simple battery replacement for my 2019 Honda Accord. The employee installed the new battery with reversed polarity, and my car's electronics immediately went haywire before going completely dead. Instead of owning the mistake, the employee played dumb and offered other excuses for why the car wouldn't start. He only admitted to his critical error when I confronted him directly and told him I had watched him do it. From there, management refused to take any professional responsibility. They denied my request to have the car towed to a real dealership and instead suggested an unknown, non-employee "mechanic friend" poke around the now-fried electronics. The kicker? After all that, they admitted they didn't even stock the parts to fix the damage they had just caused and told me to order them on Amazon myself. The sad thing is this entire situation was avoidable. If the employee wasn't 100% comfortable with the job, all he had to do was say so. Instead, AutoZone's negligence, matched only by their dishonesty, has left me with a damaged vehicle and a significant repair bill. Do not let AutoZone touch your vehicle. This was a nightmare from start to finish. I had to pay for my own tow & repairs to get my car away from them. AutoZone's negligence is only matched by their dishonesty.

Today 06/09/25 I walked into this shope and not one of the staff acknowledged my presence. Although they all seemed to be occupied, most businesses will at least address the customer. After one of two were or appeared to be available to seek help, again nothing transpired. I ended up asking the supervisor, if he was free to assist, and he replied " No, not at the moment ." He could of at least, assured me that he would be with me shortly, or ask one of his employees to acknowledged me. Very bad customer service! If there was an option to select no stars, I would have!

I came in to get a new cabin air filter. I knew what kind I needed but it was not on the shelf where it was supposed to be. I asked one employee for help, and he said he would get back to me after helping another customer. Great. Well I waited for about 5-10 minutes, the customer he was helping left, and he never came back. So I went to the front and asked the same question. This employee asked if I was sure I had the right air filter picked out. I assured him I did. He then insisted on looking it up in the computer (spoiler alert: I was right) and then walked over to the shelf where the air filters are to see if it was actually there (it was not). He finally went to the back and found one for me, and then instead of ringing me up, insisted I use the self-checkout which DIDN’T WORK. Another nice employee came to help me and rung me up on his computer. I will not be returning to this store, especially when so many other auto parts stores exist and are much friendlier and helpful than this one.

Vishal at AutoZone was very helpful regarding getting my Brembo rotors ordered; however, he only ordered 3 of 4 rotors I needed. No disrespect intended but how do you only order 3 when I clearly stated I needed 4. It’s a car, common sense should tell you I need 4. I had to go back to the store and have him order the 4th rotor. He did discount the 2 day shipping fee so I appreciated that part but nonetheless I would have preferred to have all my parts ordered and received on the same day.

I came into this AutoZone location around 4PM with a simple request: charge a car battery that had been sitting for about two months. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I walked in, the clerk barely acknowledged me - he was busy chatting with a coworker, gave me a dismissive side glance, and muttered that he’d “be right with me.” Not a great first impression. Bear in mind, there were no other customers in the store at this time. When I asked about charging the battery, he told me I’d need to bring it inside, which I expected. However, at other AutoZone locations, staff have helped me disconnect and bring the battery in—something I assumed was standard customer service. This time, the clerk came out to glance at the battery, then told me he couldn’t charge it because “it had already been charged before and wouldn’t hold a charge.” Keep in mind—they never tested the battery. I explained that even a partial charge would help, as I needed to jump-start my car that morning. He reluctantly said I could bring it in and then casually asked if I needed tools to remove it myself. Then he just disappeared. Never came back out, never followed up. I ended up going to a different AutoZone where they immediately tested the battery (it was perfectly fine), didn’t question me, and had it fully charged in about an hour. If you’re looking for reliable help, I’d recommend avoiding this location. Customer service here was dismissive, unhelpful, and not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from AutoZone.

Vishal was working today. What a great job he did, taught me a couple things and was very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely above and beyond service. He was working alone handling multiple tasks simultaneously keeping the store running.

New employees here are rude. And snappy. One was helping three people taking a long time while the other one kept making several random phone calls asking people if they are still interested in having their coolant system refreshed instead of ringing up customers that are there. Response to you message. How about instead of making me do work to make your company run good you do something about it?

The manager Vishal P, was very rude and unprofessional. He was on his cellphone the whole time while the store was busy and only a teenage worker happened to be was helping multiple customers and taking calls. The manager then came up front (still talking on his phone) barely let me speak and interrupted me the times I did try and talk. He also told me that I can’t do returns if the parts I needed didn’t fit, so I wonder why he’d sell me parts that wouldn’t fit. It was a very unpleasant experience. The management need to figure out staffing issues because summer is here and it’s going to get busy, and someone needs to send the manager back to training so he can learn to be more professional and courteous.

Do not come here unless you want to support a bunch of scam artist. I've been calling around to try to find some snow chains and was told one price on the phone so l immediately came in to purchase them. However, when I got there, I was told that the price I was told was wrong and that they would be $100 more. Before I could even talk to someone who can only assume as one of the managers was incredibly combative and rude and spoke over me the entire time. I tried to explain myself multiple times and he would not even let me finish talking. I finally had a demand for the employee who helped me on the phone to come over. He then all of a sudden played completely dumb and tried to say that he couldn't really understand me on the phone so he just basically made something up. I'm not sure what kind of shady business practices they have there but the fact that they wouldn't even let me speak is very telling. I will absolutely not support this business and caution you against it as well.. I will say the men in there that seem to be treated with a lot of respect, so maybe it's the fact that I was a single woman in their alone maybe it's just discriminatory business practices against women.

I could write a novel about how helpful the staff at this location were, namely Ashley (+ her husband Robert) & Aakarsh. All 3 of these awesome individuals went above & beyond to help me with a task that was seemingly more complicated than it needed to be. Everyone was patient, hard working, demonstrated superb problem solving skills, and after about an hour of their time I was back on the road and driving safely. I can't speak more highly of this crew - and for it being a right before close - they didn't have to offer the high level of customer service that they did but it is GREATLY appreciated. I told everyone - gratitude goes beyond this google review. THANK YOU!!!

Super unhelpful staff. I took my mom's motor scooter for a battery replacement. A young fellow was about to help me to do that, but his supervisor came in and asked not to help because they don't want any liability. I requested them to help (or give me guidance and I will do it myself) as I am not very handy, offered to pay for any tools that may need to be used for doing this.. and also offered to sign any waiver, if helpful. The supervisor lady simply ignored and asked me to do it myself. It was almost as if she did not even try to help.. or gave it a consideration. Horrible experience. Will never go there again.

Thank you Jack and Crew! My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in 2 weeks and I found myself with a dead battery after my Dr appointment yesterday! We have one of the most complex battery changing systems ever and had zero idea how we were going to swap out our new battery. Not only did this crew come to our aid, they walked my hubby step by step through the changing process for the future! We appreciate you all and are so grateful for your time!
