I stopped in looking to buy air filters for my car and ended up leaving without buying anything. The two employees in the store evidently were unaware there was a customer and started to speak very disrespectfully about a coworker who wasn’t present.

These guys have helped me out a few times. They're always very helpful and friendly, giving different options when available. Always try and get my parts from them first.

By far, worst experience I’ve ever had with Napa. Guess it’s back to AutoZone.

I wanna shoutout Dan for helping me! After work, my car wasn’t working and I was about to trek down to autozoen when I remembered Napa was across the street. I went in with questions and Dan helped me pick out everything I need, helped me with pricing & even let me know what I would need in the future for my make & model. Thanks Dan!

John spent extra time in finding the parts I needed and giving me the advice to take care of my car. Really appreciate it! Thank you!

Friendly staff and a good range of parts on hand. Didn't realize it was here until recently, so will definitely be using it more frequently.

Dan was extremely helpful in getting a new battery for my car. While we were here my car also needed a starter relay which Dan went and thoroughly researched. His extra effort is appreciated.

Had a problem and it was settled in a few minutes. Clean and organized store. The worker bees are a great bunch of guys. Never going back to O'Rilleys.

Apparently they won't let you return a $25 coolant sensor still in box unused, lost all my future business.

I've had decent exoeriences at other auto parts stores.... but this store and mainly its dedicated staff are a cut above. Each time I've needed something specific, they didn't just point me in the general direction like many others do. No, they found it and brought me to it or it to me and when they didn't have it available in their inventory... they put on their combined thinking caps and formulated a great work around. It's like my fix-it project became theirs as well. Kudos guys!

Poor service and follow up. Been waiting on them to correct their mistake that has prevented my refund for over 2 months. Repeatedly tried to resolve at the store and through their corporate offices. Still no response. Stay away from this location.

The staff at this Napa always take care of me as an example I had a jug of antifreeze I had purchased from them during their remodel, I did not have my receipt, but it was unopened and ended up being the wrong antifreeze for my particular vehicle, not only did they do an exchange for the correct one but the guy helping me wasn't even on the clock yet he had just walked in the door and was going the extra mile to make sure I got to my appointment in time. These actions and the effort put forth by the entire staff at this location is why I keep going back to Napa anywhere I am but particularly this one in Kirkland

How pathetic is the store manager from O'Reilly auto parts by the name of Brian Brabham (Kenmore location). He goes on a Napa review to recruit... and with his rating basically bad mouth the store. Not a winner in my book Mr Brabham.

They don't accept used motor oil for recycling. They do sell oil. They didn't wear masks, and with the cases 25% higher than one year ago, I don't give my money to people who don't respect me. My mask protects you, your mask protects me. O'Reilly's and Firestone accept used oil and batteries, and they wear masks. I will never go back to NAPA.

I've been coming to this store for years and the manager Arthur is AMAZING! He is always super friendly and always handles my parts with care. This store has gotten 100x better since he has been there! Thanks so much Arthur!

The staff is knowledgeable and there to help. Love NAPA. Never been disappointed. The few times a mistake has been made they make it right no questions. Don't forget AAA discounts. They are big sometimes!

Great service, especially when big brand stores don't carry your specific model's parts. Helpful, more knowledgeable, and able to figure things out with you.

Not going to lie I'm bummed out. Been shopping there for nearly a decade. I called in last week as I was driving into town from long distance. 5 hours one way. Wanted to make sure they had the oil I was looking for. Had them set it aside, said I would be into pick it up the evening of Friday the 24th. Fasr forward to Friday. I'm on the road, I call ahead verifying they still have it only to be told it was put back in the shelf because no one picked it up. Uhhhhh, I told you the date and time I would be coming in to get it. Fine. Verify they have it and come in. I typically wait to change my oil for when the Mobil 1 is on sale. But I'm told at the register that it isn't. So I pull it up on my phone and point that it is on sale. The gentleman at the register tells me it's a different part number and that it's a higher grade. Okay... So then why is it the same oil listed under 2 part numbers and you're opting to charge me the higher price rather than honoring your sale? I ask for Jon (my go to guy) only to be told he won't be able to do anything. I walked out. It's been a great 9 years. But between lesser and lesser parts availability, non competitive prices - which even in spite of I still pay to support local business, and my experience yesterday, it seems I have to fight to give you my business any more. I don't think I'll be returning back

Unbelievable experience just now at Napa of Kirkland. My handicapped husband went in and asked the guy John behind the counter if he could get us some wiper blades and put them on our vehicle for us as we had one just snap off and it's raining. He says, no I can't do that for you, we ask, why not? He said, because I have no way to get up to put them on your truck, we have a normal sized Dodge pickup. It's not lifted or anything. It's just a standard size pickup, so I said, do you have a step stool? He said No, we don't have a step stool around here. I asked him how he gets things off the top shelves then and he said I'm not getting into that with you. Refused to give his name and the manager Kurt was just as useless. So here we are driving off in the pouring rain, going to be late to his pre surgery appointment to hopefully find another auto parts store that will help my handicapped husband put on some windshield wipers before we have an accident. Thanks Napa

Love this place. For sending reason my wiper blades die faster than the average car (especially the driver's side one) so long as I save the receipt instant exchange! They even help me put them on (I have arthritis in my hands)!

Went in here wanting to refill my AC. It's a good thing I got another opinion from O'Reilly's because the 2 cluless employees at this Napa had no clue what they were talking about. Tried to tell me my car took some old style liquid and I had to pay all this money for this conversion kit they sell. Turns out the old style stuff was used like 15 years before my car... I only gave 2 stars because the were nice to me.

They are amazing in there. I only needed one socket and he opened up a complete set to give me the one out of it that I needed cause they didn't have the single one in stock.

14 months ago I bought a 60 month battery from this store. They were great when I purchased it. However, when the battery didn't have enough juice to start the car after leaving the lights on for a minute or so on 4 separate occasions, I took the battery in for replacement. At 14 months, that replacement should have been free. But, they found the battery to be 'good' . They weren't interested in allowing me to replicate the conditions under which the battery failed to start the car. And, I had already taken my car into my mechanic to have the electrical system checked. He found that the battery was the faulty part. So, I spent $146 for the battery when new, $100 for a jump, $135 for a jump starter until I could find four hours for their testing procedure, lost wages, and the cost of the replacement battery I'm going to buy at Costco when I'm done with this review. That's a lot of bucks for a 14 month battery! The snotty young blonde man working behind the counter condescendingly told me that he would buy the replacement battery again from napa. If you are a woman, stay away from here. You will get condescending service (compared to the level of service they gave the men in the shop.) If you are on a budget, buy your battery where they will honor the warranty.

If you get car and trucks mechanics. This is the place to go. Same day on most things, if you get going in the morning. Actual help. Good parts. Lots of great options.

I will probably never go in this store again. I felt awkward throughout the entire transaction. Not to mention, I was already feeling awkward for doing a return.

Mostly older guys, with a few young men and women. They all know their stuff and are quite helpful. Whether you need to rent a puller to remove a steering wheel hub, or source random parts for your 2jz swapped Fiat, chances are there is someone there who can point you in the right direction and throw a few tips your way as well. Wait times are occasionally a bit long—a few minutes—but that's because the crew at the front counter will happily chat with you all day about whatever it is you're working on. Store is clean, parking is ample, and there's a good spot behind the building for you to do any big auto jobs without being seen by too many people!
