Of course it’s a tow yard so there shouldn’t really be any sort of expectation but the staff tries their best to answer questions, sometimes not accurately but, again, it’s a tow yard.
I had an excellent experience with ABT Towing! From the moment I reached out, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. They arrived right on time and handled my vehicle with great care and attention. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. So the city had my van impounded without warning. It wasn't running but i had just got it brought to might house and couldn't get it into my garage. these guy (after taking my left arm as payment) actually went out of their way to help me get it into my garage although this whole situation was complete unessisare and I'm mad at the city they did a great job.
Why are these other people saying price was reasonable??? Someone stole my car and because they close at 5pm, I had to leave it overnight. $600 for under 24 hours!!!! They charge over a hundred dollars PER HOUR just to store your car in their lot. The fact they close at 5 is convenient for them. Also because the police have a contract with them, they can charge whatever they want. If I knew these things before I would have paid for an Uber from Seattle to Auburn ASAP!!! ( Also Convenient that it’s so far away, like they don’t have tow companies in Seattle?? ).
DO NOT USE ABT TOWING. If they show to the scene of ur accident. We were in a car accident and they showed up on the scene to tow my car. They charged $740 for less than 12 hours.
The front desk people are very disrespectful and do not look like they want to have a calm conversation, another thing is they don’t care about customers at all they just want to take as much money as possible from you.
We scheduled our tow the day before. They arrived almost an hour late, and only after we called/texted them repeatedly. The tow driver was constantly texting while driving us too, very unsafe driving. On top of that the garage they towed us to would have charged half the price for the tow
I was called to help unload a vehicle that was in an accident 2 dayou go and he said that they couldn't drive our vehicle down. There to get the other vehicle cleaned out. I instructed the young lady to call her insurance company she was Using crutches to get around the lady at the window said it's policy not to let another car drive down there. So when the young lady I was helping called her insurance company, they called The toe company and then we got to drive our vehicle down there. And they had to pull a car away from the Is wrecked car, And all this could be averted if the lady in the window would have just let us drive down there.
