I've trusted Al's with my personal vehicle, as well as my fleet at work. They are true professionals and experts at handling vehicles carefully, even when it's an awkward 1964 Divco milk truck. Delivering great service is a priority from dispatch to dropping off. I highly recommend them.

I don't really write a lot of reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this experience that I had at Al's towing.... The tow truck driver that picked up my truck after a really bad accident was very nice and very fast at getting to my car. when I had to do the paperwork the customer service was perfect and everyone was so nice and polite and it really meant a lot to me and I appreciated it. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed towing

I want to give a huge shout out to Bobbi Jo, she will be the only smile I had today. Efficiency mixed with kindness is something you rarely find and I’m thankful I was blessed enough to have that in a moment when life is tough.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Al’s Towing Company, thanks to Bobbie Joe. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind during a very stressful situation. She helped me resolve an issue with a car I had traded into a dealership in Oregon back in 2018 that somehow came back abandoned in Federal Way, with me still listed as the registered owner. Bobbie Joe went above and beyond to help guide me get the correct documents to prove that I was no longer the owner after all these years. She handled everything with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. Her friendly attitude made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. It was terrible the guy that brought our vehicle to our place was not capable of place it in the parking spot .. several times me and my husband had to yell at him asking him to stop as he was hitting the pole in our parking spot ... our ven ended up with multiple scratches and the guy told us that if we had any complaints to call the office and handed us a business card... we pay over $170.00 to tow my vehicle that was three blocks away from our place... this is so unfair!!! He damaged our car and he didn't even wanted to acknowledge what he did...

Good person assist me

My car was rear ended and totaled by an uninsured driver. Al’s towed. My insurance didn’t cover tow fees. Al’s mitigated the pain of the process that would have been stressful on top of all other carless life difficulties. They referred me to two scrappers in the area and I was able to privately scrap the car and get $275 from the scrapping company (Sutter Metals). I appreciate Al’s transparency.

I had such an emergency and he came through as a life saver, hooked up my car in minutes and we were off, also had awesome conversation on the drive! Thank you so much

Al's was great. I emailed them on a whim because I needed my 1971 jeep moved from the street into my driveway. They were able to come right out and take care of it for me. I will definitely use them for future towing needs.
