I needed a tire replaced and all I told them was to put it on the rim and I will put it back on my car. They completely ignored me and tacked on the instalation fee without my husband and I looking over the paperwork and signing it! They also almost took my personal valve cap and did a tire rotation when I didn't ask or need it!

The tire service center refused to give my wife prices because they couldn't figure out what tires are on a very specific make model. They only carry 1 sooo... they then "forgot" to notify me they were ready because the employee was mad. Next time shut up and give me my tires, you are not someone we take advice from period

Ordered tires and when I arrived the tire person said he could not get lugnuts off. I got home was able get them off by hand wrench. Don't take your vehicle to this place

Got my oil changed, the sticker they put on my car telling me when it needed done again was for only 1900 miles after service when normally it’s due every 3k-5k miles. Noticed my car was leaking oil after it popped a low oil alert. Put it up on jack stands to take a look. They didn’t put back in the bolts on my under tray, and the drain plug that is intended to be replaced every time I get an oil change was not replaced. Because of the drain plug not being replaced and tightened, my car leaked all the oil down to basically empty. I’m lucky I noticed or their mistake would have burnt up my engine. 0/10 don’t recommend for oil changes.

Just get your tires done somewhere else! Horrible mechanics that can’t finish a job or keep their integrity. We had our old dodge get the tires changed and they broke something and just left it inside the cab. We paid and got into the car and there it was. They didn’t say anything until confronted. Manager said he didn’t know about it and would “talk to whoever did it.” Not good enough for me, just pay more and go else where to get your tires done. Our mistake… we should’ve known since it was Walmart.

TLDR; ordered tire online, online service is a different "company" than Walmart and it is incorrect. In store associate seemed unwilling to be helpful and was told we are pretty much out of luck. Bought a tire online that is listed as in stock. Arrive to see if it can be installed or schedule an install for the next day. Before the associate even looked up the order or even checked if the tire was in stock goes into a shpeel about how the online service is incorrect and lists items in stock when they aren't. That the load speed of the tire has to match and tread as well, etc. I assured them that the load speed matched and that I had paid attention to this when we purchased the tire. It seemed to me that these extra details were presented as more of an excuse that if those were wrong they wouldn't do the work. Proceeds to look up order and the tire is not in stock. No alternatives available and that we would have to drive an hour to Mt Vernon and check their store. Couldn't give us a refund. Honestly, I understand things can be incorrect with online ordering and etc. I just felt that from the get go there was an unwillingness to help, or to work for that matter. It was my fault for trying to save some money on a tire. Went to Les Schwab down the road. Paid a little more and got a tire installed and out the door in less than an hour. It was a much better experience for the $70 more I had to pay. I asked about the load speed index, they asked what vehicle needed the tire and they honeslty laughed and said no in this case. I won't be going back to Walmart for tire needs.

Went in to have a tire changed we informed then multiple times it was the passenger side tire that needed replacing today due to a hole they kept saying drivers side when talking about it and I kept repeating no passenger side... low and behold they replaced the wrong tire.

Do not go here! I took my car for a simple oil change. Waited about 10 min (no biggie) but they didn’t have my filter in stock, so they suggested I go buy one and bring it back. Of course I wasn’t going to go through all that . . . So I went to Jiffy Lube instead. The technician discovered my oil cap had not been put back on, so oil was all over my engine. Thank goodness I only drove 1/2 mile to Jiffy.

Always get an oil change here. I also like the tire center. Good deal, good service. About time for me to get new wheels so I will go back again.

Bought 1000 dollars worth of tires two weeks ago... They said their balancer broke.....AGAIN....no followup, no calls, nothing. Just radio silence... not cool after spending so much on premium tires. Installation and balancing better be free! They can't send the tires to another store! I just have to wait and be without my primary vehicle. They are going to have one chance to make this up, and I'm sure they won't.

Got new tires, didn't balance them had a death wobble after they "installed tires." Walmart refused liability, took it to Les Schwab in Anacortes, they re balanced for $17 a tire and did a full check up for free! Will not go back to Walmart!

Went to their website to get myself new tires, typed in the info for my vehicle into their website and trusted that the options they gave me would actually fit my wheels. The tires did in fact not fit my vehicle. Ultimately the site, and management of this facility is lacking, if your unsuited to do the job you have, step back, and reevaluate your life buddy

Great on price, product and convenience. I also appreciate how they let you know if it's a long or short wait. I personally like to pick my own oil and filter. All possible here.

Went in to inquire on if they do servicing on brakes and the gentleman behind the counter laughed at me while a mechanic (also laughing and rolling his eyes) rudely said “we’re not THAT kind of mechanic!” A simple “no” would have sufficed and I would have been okay with that. Learn better customer service skills

They had my tires when I placed the appointment, they said they would hold my tires but did not. They tried charging me more for other tires and would make me wait a week. I went to Les Schwab the same day and they got me in and out.

Takes way too long!! Tire rotation and oil change took over two hours. Only two cars ahead of me. Makes me think the techs don't know what they are doing.

They dropped an oil filter O-ring in my engine bay and just left it there. Wasn't even hard to get, I just reached down and picked it up and it looked pretty new, hopefully it's from the old filter but we'll see (if it leaks due to improper seal I'll know why). They also left my steering wheel greasy and oily. Pretty unprofessional, never gonna let clowns touch my car again. 10jun22 Surprise, my car has been leaking oil since the oil change. Took it in to get it fixed, they just topped it off. Still leaking on their own parking lot, they told me I need a new "sealant" which is made up. My car is brand new. They still tried to charge me again for service. I'm coming back tomorrow again to talk to the "technician." Don't bring your car here.

I went in for an oil change where I was greeted by Carlos and James. They were both very friendly and also helped me out with diagnosing issues for my car in full detail to avoid any further issues. This is a good team with knowledgeable staff!

I ended up providing the oil and filter for my oil change because they didn’t have what they needed for my car. They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait to get to my car. They asked for my phone number so I assumed I was going to get a call when my car was ready to be picked up. I heard nothing then almost 3 hours pass so I called to get an update but got no answer. I go to see what the status of my car was and it was already sitting in the back done. I asked if I was supposed to receive a call and they said no, and I could have gotten text updates but I was never that option.

Oil change Saturday from 1pm to past 3, with the hood open and no one present most of that time. There were only two cars ahead of me when I arrived.

They do good work here. Honest wait times and great management. Will continue to come here for my oil changes.

First time going there for an oil change. Very reasonable price; little wait but needed to shop anyway! Thorough inspection and explanation. Impressed with service tech. And dept. Yep, will go there again.

The technician Dave gave me some useful information while balancing my tires and found the front passenger side to be a bit bent. Instead of just telling me, he took me outside to show me what was going on. After the job, my car rode perfectly and I was happy I brought my vehicle here! 5 Stars.

Fantastic service and affordable. Attendant heard a strange sound after checking tires and went back and took tires back off and checked car again until he figured out what it was.

When another local business couldn’t mount or balance my new tires and another popular tire place was going to charge $225, these guys stepped up to the challenge of the 35x12.50R18 mud terrains for only $19/tire! The manager Jomer A. was very polite, determined to help and kept me informed of their progress. Very rare to experience customer service like this nowadays. Thank You!

They were super helpful. Not only was my spare flat but the rest of my tires needed to be replaced. I brought one in but paid for all four so I could get the sale that was going on, then drove the car in so they changed the rest. Later day I sent my son in for a battery on a different vehicle and again customer service was very good.

I attempted to order tires here because the price was right, but when I came in to get them put on, the staff had ordered the wrong tires, they didn't have anything in stock they could put on my car, and wouldn't offer a price adjustment for their errors. It took them over half an hour to figure out they ordered the wrong tires and what kind of car they went on. So, I went to Les Schwab instead and have had no regrets.
