Keep in mind I know nothing about cars. I came in one morning and asked what would be a good coolent for my car. Gave my make/model and year. Older lady at counter hands me the universal coolent. It was the wrong one to say the least. I should of bought the one for asian cars. My car is being flushed out as I type this. Never going to O'Reilly's again.

Called for an altinator got a bunch of additude, like I'm ruining there day because they're open and I need a part. They didn't have it in stock, told me she didn't have enough staff to do a simple altinator test. Called AutoZone they had no additude, had the part in stock, offered to do an altinator test, told me about the core charge (which I forgot) takes $40 off on a part that was already $40 cheaper than O'Reilly's making the price $80 dollars cheaper than what O'Reilly's quoted me. What a joke!

Went in looking for some parts for my pontiac 350 and the older lady behind the counter told me she couldn't find anything without a year make and model. The oreilly system wouldn't let her. The parts I needed were literally hanging on the wall behind the counter. I saw them! A tall skinny guy cut in and said, "I got you." And without hesitation, found my parts without needing a year make and model. He gets five stars. The one star is for the lack of training the lady who first helped me had.

I walked in with a dying remote battery. I asked for help. The clerk went and got the battery, opened my remote, and replaced the battery. I highly recommend Oak Harbor Washington O'Reilly!

Didn't care for how I was treated.. I'm a commercial account, and they acted like I was there to try to steal some money or something because I was returning something that was broke.. there's much better O'Reilly's

O’Reillys is most definitely the BEST auto parts store in town! I can say that, because MY OPINION IS based off MY OWN, PERSONAL experiences 100%! I’ve been to both NAPA & AutoZone IMO (in my opinion), they don’t have the friendliness, low prices, QUALITY products (in all honesty, NAPA DOES have quality products) & other things that just “don’t rub me right” or in other words…. I don’t like their atmosphere or vibe….BASICALLY the COMPLETE OPPOSITE FROM O’REILLYS! I mean, don’t get me wrong, it could just be me…. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I can understand a worker asking me questions about what I’m looking for, in order to help me find what I’m in need of but I’m the kind of person that likes to go up and down each aisle to check out what else they have. Mainly in hopes to come across something else that I might’ve forgotten about from another project…… car or not. Idk (I don’t know) WHY some employees take “my need to be left alone so I can be an independent customer” into the following scenario……: (S.A.=SalesAssoc) •S.A.: “Welcome, how may I help you??” • My RESPONSE: “No, I’m just going to browse, but if I need ya” • They hear: “I’m here to steal things, PLEASE follow me around and if it’s not too much to ask, stare at me from a hidden position & maybe even come over to where I’m at and pretend to restock shelves but make it SUPER obvious cuz I will catch you watching me ….. not to mention, not only does that item NOT BELONG THERE, BUT YOU’VE BEEN IN THAT SAME SPOT, RESTOCKING THAT ONE & ONLY ITEM FOR A LONG TIME NOW…… BUT you’re SOO OBLIVIOUS, it’s really painful to watch” ******YES, this scenario has happened several times everywhere else****** •***NOW OFFENDED*** Me: “Ok, I’ve decided to spend my money elsewhere, hopefully you’ll be able to get some better manners & possibly better stealth technology, have a good day… thanks for the entertainment!” •S.A.: “Excuse me sir. Please take the items that you stole!” •ME: **LIFTS SHIRT & JACKET….. DROPS PANTS & DOES A 360, STRAIGHT [{(**LOOKING LIKE THE CHARACTER, BUTTERS FROM “SOUTH PARK” WHEN HE GOES PEE, EVEN IN THE PUBLIC BATHROOM…. DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT?? I purchased 2 gallons of rainx windshield fluid that coated my wash tank sensor with something that caused the sensor to read empty even when full, so I brought back an unused gallon to trade it for another brand & the clerk (inexperienced) refused to allow me to exchange. I left the full gallon on the counter & will never return.

I actually walked in today for a headlight bulb. Was not sure how I was going to be treated due to my culture, but Rob was professional, client-centric, and super helpful. He actually replaced the light bulb quickly and gracefully. Thank you Rob, you truly ROCK!

Let me tell you about the customer service here: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I've shopped here before and many times the reps go above and beyond, helping me install a new battery, teaching me tips and tricks and helping me get discounts. But this last time I went my car battery was dead, no hope of jump starting, I was on the opposite side of town and walked a long ways with my heavy car battery to make it here. I finally arrived and after determining my old battery was infact ruined, they suggested a dolly to help bring my battery back, but right before check out Matthew the store rep helping me, said "don't worry about walking all that way back, I'll drive you back to your car!" WOW! in 80 degree weather walking with a heavy battery was a nightmare and I did not want to walk back, so having a ride all the way across town was the biggest life saver I could have ask for! Huge thank you to Matthew and the team at O'Reillys!

The customer service rep Joshua was very helpful when I purchased my wiper blades for my car. Very courteous Pleasant and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase as well as putting my wiper blades on my car. awesome customer service. He should get a raise. Thank you Joshua. Because of you I will make it home safely and be able to see when I'm driving. High five to you sweetheart.

Have been getting my parts from this store for many years, but over $35.00 worth of defective seat covers, I will never be back!! Purchased some Dickies seat covers, and when they came apart at the seam after just a few days, I was told by Angela at Orielly, to bring them back and she would warranty them, “no problem”. When I did bring them in, I asked for her, and that is all I got was a problem, and a whole bunch of attitude, as if I did something wrong. I did inform her I, also, needed wheel bearings and seals for a trailer, when the seat covers transaction was done. She told me if I wanted them, I had to go behind the counter and get them myself. I finally found the bearings, but unable to locate the seals, as she refused to help me with looking up the number, or pointing out that they were in a bubble pack. With three counter people, and four patrons, including myself, they were not very busy at this time. I asked for help with the seals, Angela threw up her hands and told me I had to wait 10-15 minutes while she walked away to another customer, that she was done with helping/not helping me. I asked if this was how she regularly conducts business, and replied, it is today. I called orielly head quarters and explained my experience. I was informed this was very unsatisfactory, and would be dealt with. I requested feedback, to base if I would ever go back, and received none. I attempted, several times to contact the district manager, Jeff, with no reply. I assume that this kind of behavior is okay by their standards, but I personally will not be back, and warn anyone that if you go to this store, make sure you know what you need and where it’s at! Or, can just go to one of the many other parts stores in town. Poor customer service, and no follow threw. Just sad!!

I get up only one star because the loans are very long and the staff are very slow. All I needed is to have them see why my check engine light is on. The customer service guy gets upset with me and tells me to never ask a parts department like his to check your service lights because they will all lie just to make more money. and then refuse to go check my car.. so I left went across the street to AutoZone the guy smiled came outside checked my car gave me the part I needed car works fine. I thought it was O'Reilly sucks

CAROLINE 5 stars. She helped me with a new car I bought from a friend. She took the time and spent 15 minutes going over possible issues of why my blinkers weren't working and even narrowed down what fuse what causing my issue! I went to 3 other auto parts store and got little to no help nobody would even come look at my car. Someone give this woman a raise!

Amy one of the managers had the audacity to tell me they never have ever warranty out a car battery, corporate said they can but the managers try to make it seem like that's not a possibility. Anyways store would be a positive experience without there assistant manager Amy there.

We got into the store and found everything with ease. I didn't catch the guy's name that helped us but he was older and heavy set. He let us open packages to try out seat covers before we bought them. Laid back and helpful.

I try to go to this specific O'Reilly Parts store all the time, hands down the best O'reilly store in Skagit County. I've spent over 200$ within 2 months because of the great customer service and curbside pickup is nice and easy when I need it. They really try to help me look for what I need and are always on top of it. Thanks a lot, I'll spend more money soon!

I had almost blew a gasket going to oak harbor, from Burlington, and I had no idea. I needed to flush my coolent through and the mechanics in the store helped me emennsly. They gave great advice, and told me what I needed to do. One of the men working there even came out later, to check in. They know what's up. All the stars for you!

I had a extremely helpful young man help me with my headlights today. I thought I had a bad fuse but turned out to be the bulb. Which I had changed last night. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring people who know what there doing.

I have been there MANY times over the last few months, with different interactions from different employees. Every employee that has helped me so far has been helpful, knowledgeable, and has been able to find parts for me when other local parts retailers have been unable to locate hard to find parts. Will return there for many more projects in the futue.

This store has undergone a massive customer service overhaul of some sort. Everyone is super friendly now, HELPFUL, and they actually know about cars! Wayne, their manager, has done a great job making changes that needed to be made; there is tons of competition in town.. but for now, they've got me stopping here FIRST when I'm looking for parts.

On Monday I was in getting oil and an oil filter, it took more then 25 minutes for the associate to look up the correct part and oil. While I was waiting, I had to endure listing to the employees complain about there shirt, as well as having to be at work on there day off. I feel as a costumer I should not have to hear employees personal complaints. I will not be returning to this store. Horrible customer service!

Got a new battery for my Z06 here that sits a lot, but starts up just fine even after a month. My 3 yr old Optima would fail after about 10 days of non use. They take my used oil/filter. Thanks for that. Friendly staff too.

Short version: There's an Auto Zone across the street. Go there. Long version: Free battery testing sign on the window. I go inside and there's 2 cashiers each helping a customer. Once the one cashier was done with their customer, I asked if I could get my battery tested. Noticing that there was one customer that walked up behind me in line, and the other cashier was still with their customer, he asked if he could check them out. I agreed. While checking them out, roughly 3-4 more people got in line. The other cashier was still helping their customer, so when the cashier finished helping the guy I let in front of me he motions for the next person to come up. I asked him when he was going to check my battery. He told me that the customers in he line would have to come first, even though I was standing there the entire time. Across the street is an Auto Zone. I went there and got my battery tested with regard to my spot in line like any other store. I'll never shop at O'Reilly again.

Yes! I love O'Reilly's! They're always so willing to take time out of thier days to help you with anything. While Walmart may some some lower prices O'Reily's has quality, and knowledgeable staff.

5 star manager went above and beyond when helping me buy wiper blades. Showed me all my options and never tried to give me something I didn't need. He even gave me a 8 dollar coupon he remembered in mail towards my wiper blade purchase. They also give a military discount. Would definitely recommend this place rather than the AutoZone across the street.

Very poor manager. I was told by a lady over the phone that they would price match if I had an advertisement. I came in and manager said it had to be a part. Then he said something about it had to have a lifetime warranty and I couldn't prove the warranty on the item. Then he said a customer's satisfaction didn't mean anything to him. He just wanted to keep his job! I recommend Auto Zone!!!!!!
