The price is good and the job is good quality but you have to have patience for them. It took them a month to get an estimate, 2 weeks to order parts, another 2 weeks to get in and then 5 days past the estimated finish date. Again the job they do is good and the price is fair
Wife ran over a curb and broke off a couple mounts on panel beneath passenger door. They were very friendly, fast and extremely affordable. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed doing business with this company. USAA recommended this shop, and I can see why. They did the estimate and repaired my car within a timely manner. They offered to accommodate me, as I was giving birth some time in the middle of the process. They made it seem like this was not a problem and remained courteous the entire time. The staff was the cherry on top. They were professional and cordial. I would recommend this place 1,000 times over.
Friendly people and great customer service. My vehicle got a good size dent and paint scratches due to another vehicle's door hitting my passenger side door during a wind storm and it looks brand new after they fixed it. They did a great job with their work.
Great communication and service. They did an excellent job with repairs on our new Ram Limited that had some body damage. Their estimates were right on. They also were spot on with the time they estimated it would take to repair.
G.O.A.T. This place does such a GREAT job with all body work and have the best staff. I've had 3 cars repaired here (because you Washington drivers don't know how to drive lol) and this place delivered each and every time. Every time something happens with one of my cars I always have Main Street at the top of my mind. Then sometimes have to remember that this is an auto body repair shop, not an oil change (simple maintenance) shop. I would literally come here for all my car's maintenance if I could. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for any body work done on your car. Especially for the reasonable pricing with great quality work.
We brought our car to the Oak Harbor location after an accident about a year ago and they did an amazing job then. Just this past month, as we are getting the car ready for a big move, we noticed some water was collecting in the back of the car. Since the rear of the car is what was damaged in the accident, we called them to see if they would consider taking a look at it. Being a year later, we assumed that we would have been long forgotten and on our own with the repairs! But Main St Collision was amazing. They asked us to drop the car off the following morning and then called us later that day saying it was all taken care of. What we thought would be a huge disaster and maybe push our move out turned out to be an easy, one day fix. They were so helpful and so professional; we cannot thank you enough for making this hiccup in planning a breeze for us! Highly recommend this place for any and all body work needs!
I've gone there for 2 cars and they have done great work. Unfortunately for my Nissan there was trouble. Insurance paid for after market headlight. And it had to be replaced 3 times. First 2 had condensation build up and I was fed up and asked if I could get a factory headlight. 3rd time was the charm. It wasn't their fault but they worked with me and got it replaced. Lesson learned, new cars always ask for factory replacements. Never aftermarket!
I arrived early for what they said was supposed to be a 20 minute evaluation only to find out that it was going to take "at least an hour." I object, quoting the 20 minute timeline I was told over the phone, but rather than reschedule I let them take my vehicle anyway to try and speed things along. After an hour walk I come back, the guy spits out a quick list of what's broken and when asked about an item, he rudely tells me he's refusing the job. I took the time, letting them have the time they needed, but apparently the $7k+ that I've spent there in the past means nothing. These people aren't loyal to their customers, find another body shop.
Dave and the team did an awesome and quick job on a trunk I needed ordered and painted. Its hard to find a good shop now a days that can color match and provide quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend coming here.
These guys are great! They have fixed 2 of our vehicles, we've had no problems with them on anything, scheduling, quality of work, timeliness. Every time we have picked up our vehicle it looks like it had never been in an accident. Great work guys, thank you!
After begin assigned this shop by my insurance company I was no satisfied with the repair!! Not only was the repair not like factory it was missing hardware and seemed to not go through a post repair inspection. The person I spoke with was argumentative and once we had a conference call with the insurance it was like a complete different person on the phone then how he was in person. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend the shop to anyone
They did a really great job fixing the door that was destroyed on my wife's car. You can't even tell that it had ever been damaged. Staff was quick to get me in and out.
These guys were awesome! My front and rear bumpers had been badly damaged in an accident. My car looks brand new now. They were very nice and professional. They sent me email updates every few days to give me a status update on the car, and they finished the job when they said they would.
I had small dent in the passenger side door. They took the estimate and the guy was just a grump about it the whole time. He was trying to tell me how it happened when it wasn’t at all true. They wanted $5,700 for that small dent. That’s not including deductible. Also they hate when you get an estimate without making an appointment. I decided to get another estimate. I went to the Main Street Collision in coupville and they were super nice and only wanted $3,200. That’s including the deductible. Same company, completely different prices. My advice, if you go the MSC 2, makes sure to get an estimate somewhere else too.
This place doesn't care about you, your car or the work that they do. I just picked up my car after they kept it for 3 weeks and spent over $5,000 of my insurance company's money + my deductible. There are ugly chips on two areas of the car that they repainted and clear coated. They also left buffing compound all over my headlight. When my partner and I pointed these flaws out to the manager, he was full of excuses. Very disappointing. They clearly just wanted my money and do not take pride in the projects that they send out the door.
This place is great! My Kia Soul had a bunch of damage from a deer collision and Main Street II fixed it up good as new. Very friendly, knowledgable staff!
The people here are awesome. My van was broken and even though they weren't able to do the full repair, they went above and beyond. They put my van door back on the track, taped everything off, and made my car driveable again. Amazingly, they did this all for free, the day after I had gotten it towed there after hours! Couldn't thank them enough for their customer service.
