Over six years ago my mom parked her late husbands 02 Honda Civic in a detached 1 car garage which is part of the residence that I rent. She unexpectedly passed away shortly there after. I am now relocating next week so I needed this car gone asap but I couldn't locate the title or even the most recent registration. (2019) Luckily I came across a marketplace llisting for Pacific Towing that detailed cash for unwanted cars pending a title aswell as removing abandoned cars left on a property. However, with no title they wouldn't offer cash. I messaged them expaining the circumstances of the situation and my desperation to have the car removed. They responded right away inquiring about more specifics around the car and my location. Understandably removing an abandoned car off of a property located over an hour away is not a high priority tow, but they made it a priority. The next day they had another tow just north of my location. Due to super efficient dispatching my car was picked up and gone less than 24 hours of my initial contact. All of their correspondence was prompt, clear and concise. They were able to give me a time that the driver would be in my area. I requested that he gave me a heads up call when he was ten minutes away, and sure enough he did. The driver was a super nice guy who was easy to talk with aswell as very respectful and professional. From the time he pulled up to the time he had the car loaded couldn't of been more than 5 minutes. It wasn't a super routine tow because he had to block part of the street in order to roll the bed out into the driveway which sloped down into the garage where he winched the car through a very narrow door. He worked fast and efficiently, and was on point. Even though I figured my situation wasn't high priority, I was certianly treated and dealt with as though it was. The customer service was top notch. I highly recommend using these guys if your needing a quality professional tow service. I will certianly give them my future business. Thanks again for your service, I appreciate you guys!
Very highly recommended! Great price and arrived quickly after we called to get our car towed that was in an accident. Tow truck driver was able to use a special tool to put the car into neutral and load it correctly! Just over all great experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would these guys tagged my car and said it was gonna get towed because of expired tabs and my car has good tabs and so I asked them to come get that sticker off of my car and the owner said he would send someone out and of coarse no one showed up to do it they had right to even touch my car they must not be able to read and in such a hurry to tag people's cars so they can get money or something I am gonna blast it all over social media not to deal with these guys cause they are jerks so thanks for tagging my car guys learned to read
there is no need to contact you guys now the damage is done and over you never showed up to take the damn sticker off my car i had to scrap it off so there is no need to contact you cause there is no issue to resolve now

One of the truck drivers driving down spanaway loop today cut us off with 2 vehicles on the tow truck and then also switched lanes again with no blinker. Hopefully the service is better than their drivers.

I had a great experience, david was an awesome guy, got to the vehicle on time and gave updates on his eta. He even pushed the car out of the yard. He went above and beyond the last tow company I used. Less than half the cost of other companies I got quotes from that day, and they were at my vehicle 3 hours sooner than most other places said. Will definitely use them again if I need a tow in the future.
