The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide range of parts and accessories. Whether you're looking for routine maintenance items or more specialized parts, they've got it all. Prices are very competitive too, and I appreciated the honest recommendations rather than trying to upsell.
They also offer fast, reliable service when it comes to ordering parts if they don't have what you need in stock. Definitely a great place to go if you want top-notch products and customer service. I came in a few minutes past 6pm, right past closing time and ended up being a few dollars short for the part I needed and they were still willing and happy to help me! Great people!! Really helped me out! Thanks again!
Great guys, and they have Interstate batteries! I didn't even know I had the wrong ones in my Diesel truck. They got me the right ones, now they fit and work better.
After holding for about 10 minutes, I proceeded to get the worst customer service I've ever gotten in my life and that's retail and fast food... I called searching for a car park at a auto parts store. The representative proceeded to tell me that hes not a junkyard and wouldn't carry the piece that I'm looking for. I'm pretty sure he had no idea what it was I was looking for and so he told me that they didn't have the part. He probably needs to stick to playing video games and not selling car parts this is real world stuff
I love AAW they always have good prices friendly service and usually always have Parts in stock great place I give it 6 Stars if I could but I guess five will have to do
I bought replacement rear wheel cylinders for my car in December 2016 from this company through eBay. Fast forward 2 years. I'd forgotten I'd bought these, and besides, there was probably no warranty, but they were leaking brake fluid pretty bad. After 2 years, I had to end up paying another mechanic to replace my wheel cylinders AGAIN, (This time, I got them at O'Reilley Auto Parts), and then had to buy new brake shoes too. They were like new, but covered in brake fluid. This should not be a problem after 2 years and low mileage. Without a doubt, I would not buy anything from these folks. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.
This parts store is the most reasonable price store of its kind in the tri cities and surrounding area. They are also very knowledgeable about any vehicle you need parts for. They have have evey part but on in stock that I needed. Thank you AAW auto parts
Nice prices, will review again when I get parts and see if they are quality as well. MUCH more reasonable prices than Auto Zone and O'Reilly quoted me. Will also reserve judgment until the mechanic says it's good. UPDATE: Part was right, didn't take long to come in and, customer service was great! 5 STARS FOR ME!
