I’m not big on writing reviews but this warrants one. Brayden was absolutely top tier A1 on helping me get my truck to the shop. He didn’t bat an eye to do what needed to happen to get me where I needed. Not too often you run into people who have the best attitude and help get you out of a jam.
I hit a deer in a 15-passenger van late at night and called AAA to get the van towed. They dispatched 24 Hour Towing and Recovery to the scene. Brayden was the driver. He was communicative and quick, arriving in about 45 minutes. He got the car loaded up and dropped off at the requested location with no problems. Super quick and professional. Highly recommend.
Tyler came and bailed out my truck sitting on the side of US-12. I have AAA and 24 Hour is one of their preferred town companies. If I had the ability to give 10 stars, I would. From the minute I was assigned a tow company to the time they arrived, it was less than an hour that they had my rig at my mechanics. It's a highly stressful situation to be in and he communicated and was kind. I was also impressed by the level of care he took in training his right hand man for the day. No wonder you are AAA approved! I have your card and you will be who I refer if asked OR if any of my other rigs decides to die in the most inconvenient times :o) Thank you!!!!!!
Never a good sign when you need a towing company! The staff was very friendly professional, and easy to work with. They arrived right on time, handled everything quickly and efficiently and were done. Always appreciate a clean, friendly, professional service at a stressful time. Service and price was spot on.
Will never or recommend this company to anyone. Had my sons car towed due to a fire recently and could not get hold of anyone during the weekend to pick up the vehicle, but quick to get your 500.00 dollars to get your vehicle back the next business day.
I enjoyed meeting Jacob. He was prompt and very hospitable. The only reason I am not giving this five stars is because I had to break down in the first place. Haha!
Such a great and very professional tow company! They Arrived within 15 to 20 minutes of being called took great care of our vehicle upon loading it on their tow truck, during the drive and unloading it. They have great communication very respectful and professional and experienced I would highly recommend!
5 stars for sure. I called them on a Sunday and my driver Felix had my truck hooked up 15 minutes after I hung up with their dispatch.

My AAA Hero from 24 Hour Towing showed up and quickly got my truck jump started. But he went above and beyond and explained my battery readings and what to do....he also took the time to explain to me how my battery charger works so I could safely charge my battery. Thank you Rescue Guy!!
CJ did an awesome job picking up my 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass that broke down on me. He was very professional in his appearance and attire. He was very punctually and my wait time was less than 30 mins!! Again that you very much!! Yall Rock!! 😊😊

Truck was broke down in the sticks. It was an AAA tow and I paid the over miles portion online. I thought that was the end of it. I received a call an hour later letting me know there was a misunderstanding and no extra money was required and he would refund the charge. I had no clue, nice to see there are honest people still
The gentleman arrived when he said he would. He was vary courteous, precise and took our car exactly where we needed to park it.
My teenage grandson was with me and they chatted while he was hooking up the car. He have him some things for my grandson to think about.
It was crazy because he had prayed about some help in these areas of his life. It made for a long day yet I believe it was all meant to happen.

We had a very poor experience with 24 Hour Towing and Recovery yesterday. We had contacted AAA because we had a flat tire. We didn't have to wait long for him to arrive but when he did he had a very bad attitude and was rude. His torque wrench didn't work properly and when my husband questioned him about it, he was very rude and got into the truck and stepped on the gas and gravel and dust was thrown everywhere. He did not leave us a ticket and we have no idea what his name is. He is a very bad representation of your company. We are not pleased at all. Zero stars from us
Our driver happened to be in the area and got to us quicker than AAAjas said. Super nice guy told us to get into the air conditioned truck of his while he put our truck on his. It was a 100 degrees out and he couldn’t have been more awesome
Couldn't find a better towing company than this one. Very Good, timing and service offered!!! My driver was from Sunnyside and had a name of Scout on it. Love that guy, quick, courteous, and knew precise location of the destination!!!
Super fast and got my car jumped. Alan was incredibly pleasant, and even recommended if I don't drive for days at a time, I can get a battery tender to just kind of make sure the power has something coming into it instead of dash cam drain.
The technician arrived quickly. We were quoted 1.5 hours and he arrived in less than 15 minutes! He was efficient, courteous and capable. He made a bad day a little better.
Alan arrived quickly after AAA contacted him. He checked/tested the car’s battery using two different sets of equipment. He was very pleasant and polite, then helpful with suggesting a reliable, local auto repair shop.
Since the car didn’t start, a tow truck was dispatched. Driver Colt arrived, efficiently hooked up the car, and drove us to the shop. He was very thoughtful and considerate, asked if we had a ride home from the shop, even waited to make certain we were picked up. Top notch service!!
The driver never Introduced his self when he got out of the tow truck and did not say more than 5 words to us ! "Nope" was said twice! The drive loaded the car up, jumped back in his truck and there was supposed to have been an passenger to ride back with him. He never asked us anything. My bf had to find out if he was leaving and let him know someone was riding back to where the car was going to be dropped off. He was not concerned if he had the right address where the car was going. Just because AAA Gave you an address does not mean they took down the correct address because they also asked how many passengers would be riding in the tow truck. The driver of the tow truck could have at least been courtesy enough to talk to us. We know these things because my bf was a tow truck driver over 30 years. So I give that tow truck driver a big fat "one". F
