Fantastic tow company! Competitors quoted ETAs of over 1.5 hrs. Redking driver, Roman, was on site in less than 20 min and had us dropped off about 20 min later. I got a flat tire in the snow on my way to pick my husband up from work so he couldn't put our chains on. We had just had our tires rotated so the lug nuts were super tight not to mention frozen and no one could get the lug nuts to loosen. I'd called for roadside assistance through my car insurance and was given an ETA of 65-85 mins. We waited 60 mins and got a text that the tow truck driver that had been dispatched to help us has just been canceled. It took another 30 mins to find another tow truck to be dispatched and this time the ETA was 95-125 mins. I called RedKing Towing and they told us 15-20 mins. We were so grateful when he showed up in under 15 mins and towed us to Les Schwab. Thank you RedKing Towing!

Redking Towing is great! My Promaster was stuck in Vancouver and I needed it towed to Portland to a transmission shop. They came within 30 minutes—super friendly service with a newer flatbed tow truck. I am thrilled and now saved to my phone. :)
I'm embarrassed to say what I did to require the service, however, the tow truck arrived in exactly the amount of time they said they would. The driver expertly maneuvered my car to safety without causing any additional damage. Very impressive considering the situation. He was gracious and friendly, and though I hope I never need to call them again, I would recommend this company to a friend if needed.

Man!!!! When you call this company don't leave!! They said 10 min, were there in 6!!! Said hand me the keys and I will see you at the location for drop off and collect payment then. Start to finish...this took 15 min. Fastest tow in town. THANK YOU!!!
Five stars is not enough for Redking towing. Absolutely 10 out if 10! I was stranded in a very stressful situation and very scared. I called Redking towing and they were there within 25 minutes. I know every situation is different and having your car break down anywhere is never easy. What I loved about this company is that they were in constant contact with me. He called me twice to let me know exactly how far away he was, which eased my anxiety. He loaded my truck on to his tow truck bed, in minutes. It was amazing. He texted me a picture of my truck when it arrived at at my requested destination. Hands down best tow company in this area. I can not say enough. Thank you, Roman...you are my hero of the day!
I had to use Redking Towing due to slashed tires. Not only were they quick to respond, professional and efficient, the driver even loaded my bike in the back to my truck for me. I will recommend their services in the future.

Never used RedKing before, I normally just use AAA. Had a situation AAA doesn't cover, called RedKing because they were close and good reviews. Absolutely head and shoulders better than anywhere I've used before.
I had Roman as well, he apologized for needing an hour to get to me, I was thinking an hour is the MINIMUM I've waited for other companies. So that's good. Then he quotes me a great price for a pain-in-the-rear car (Mercedes with deflated air suspension).
He took special care, additional ramps to ease the car on, put it where I needed it at home, stayed at his quote even after I mentioned it seemed too little for the hassle.
Long story short it was the first time I ever felt like I _wanted_ to tip a tow company. So I did. Thanks!

Redking towing helped me get my car home this morning. They were super nice and quick! And was very impressed with how they got my car down my long narrow driveway. And it helped there pricing was better then anyone else I called! Will definitely be recommending them.
Friendly, and prompt. Roman was great! Excellent communication, on time for a scheduled pick up and towing. Fair pricing and the actual cost ended up being less than the original quote. He even sent me a photo of my car once it was delivered to the repair location. Update: Ronan was equally print and fair a week later when i5 had to have my car towed back home. If there was higher than a 5 star review I'd give it to him.
