Ran out of gas last night with my 6 year old. Not even gone an hour and my truck was gone. Picked up by triple j ‘s . This was last night , today this business triple j’s wants me to pay $590.00 to get my truck. Hasn’t even been 24 hrs and they want $590.00 from me . They have legally stolen my truck, these are crooks and they need to shut down or put into check , it’s impossible to get anywhere when companies like this are able to rob us.
We had a truck and trailer towed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was extremely responsive and arrived quickly, which was a huge relief. Everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special mention to the receptionist—she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you ever need towing services!

Quick and easy. In and out. Everyone was friendly. They gave me sound advice on how to quickly remedy my situation. I think the thing that stands out here is that they didn't have to. They could have chosen to make more money. But instead they provided me great customer service.

My daughters were rear-ended which forced them into the car in front and totaled the car. Triple J’s came and towed the car for us. My husband was out of town, so Jim worked with us on storage until he was home the next day. He was very kind as well, helping remove the last stubborn bolt of the license plate for us. I highly recommend them if you ever need them.
I've always had issues every time I've used Triple J. This last time was no different, but it was through picknpull too. Claimed pictures were same ones from initial contact and refused pickup since they said it had not been moved. It wouldn't have been a problem if they had called me instead of claiming they called. If you absolutely must use triple J, MAKE SURE you send pictures and call them immediately to verify they have them. They will not call you and make you waste a whole day or two.
ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they, eventually, got it figured out and the driver was good at what he does.
A huge Thank you to Jose! I didn't see it until it happened but I hit a huge pothole on I-5 South. I was able to make to a gas station and called Triple J, after another towing company couldn't help me. The dispatcher on the phone was so nice and quickly sent Jose to my rescue within 30 minutes. He was AMAZING! He was so kind, professional and quickly put on my spare so I could get home. He reminded me to be careful and drive no more than 50 mph. This was a scary event for me and Jose put me at ease. He was so easy to talk so and I appreciated his help so much. To the owners of Triple J. you have a wonderful employee in Jose! Please take good care of him!!!
Great group of people! Jim and Loretta were helpful beyond words, the towtruck driver (forget his name, but we talked about RWBY, he knows who he is!) gave me a very chill ride back to the lot after I got rear-ended one morning, and Jericho is always a treat to see!
They also have pretty cool paintball gun stuff, so if you're into that, look into these guys!
My tow was easy and hassle free. JOHN was awesome! Helped me push the car, that doesn't run into a covered area. Great employees. Reception to Drivers are all first class. THANK YOU!
Larry from Triple J got me and my truck picked up in the evening and towed back to my house. They said it would take twenty minutes for him to get there and it took exactly that. After he arrived, he let me sit in the comfort of the truck and make a business call while he worked diligently to get the truck loaded. The cost was more than fair. Larry and Triple J made a bad Night not so bad. I would highly recommend this towing company.
The woman who works in the front office is a horrible human being. We were involved in an accident a few days ago through no fault of our own, and had no choice but to have our car towed by this disgusting excuse for a tow company. We did not chose them to tow our car, the police department did. Guess how much our bill was for storing the car for ONE DAY and the local tow... $250!!! We don't have that money to spare at the moment, and the car is totaled. Even though we signed the title over to the tow company, we were told we would be charged $65/day every day until we pay that $250. Disgusting attitude from that horrid woman. How do people like her sleep at night?
I called to see where my friends car was getting towed and the lady that answered said she "wasn't around a computer so she couldn't tell me" then said "it's not my fault you're car got towed" but her entire career and paycheck is to work for this towing company. I then asked if I could tow a car myself right now she would have to help me which means she has access to where cars are she finally agreed and told me they had my friends car. I asked her how much money it would be and I'd be glad to pay it. She said "cash only and you need to give me a certain time because nobody was working at the shop" I showed up 30 minutes early from my 7:30 "appointment and there was somebody working the entire time. I also asked another group of people if their car got towed by the same place we were parked and if they had to make an appointment, their car got towed from the exact same spot but they never had to make an "appointment". Lastly the
Lady on the phone said that they did "cash only" when we showed up the guy working said they were able to accept card payments and didn't know about the "appointment". The woman on the phones name was Katy Cobblestone. They way she treats people while at work and working at a tow company and in customer service is a horrible way to represent your company. She was one of the most disrespectful customer service agents I have talked to (I manage a cell phone store) and have worked customer service for 8 years. I would never let one of my representatives treat any customer like that. Especially if they were just trying to get information from me. The gentleman working at the office was amazing and super helpful and I don't want to leave unsaid. He deserves a raise and some praise!
Excellent service. Straight forward. They found us easily on the highway while a different tow company canceled the service because they "couldn't find us". They were professional and quick and delivered the car safely to the lot we told them too. Will definitely call them again if we ever need a tow around Vancouver.
Recently had to get my Yamaha r6 towed due to a sprocket nut coming off. They were quick getting to me and price for the tow was good. Most importantly there was no damage done by the tow truck and highly recommend tripple j. Thanks again
Triple J is pretty damn awesome. They worked with drug court to help financially ease my burdens so that I won't lose my license and I could continue to grow in my recovery. Lisa and Drew, in particular, are really cool people and will go the distance if you're stranded!
Spoke with receptionist on total for getting vehicle out of impound, verified a check could be used as well as a credit card, was told both are acceptable, I went with a check as the credit card has a 5% fee attached. Went to pick up vehicle and was told it was cash only as the owner had new rules. Asked if since the receptionist made an error if they would accept the check, was told no. Very unprofessional and outright criminal for not accepting other forms of payment.
This is the best tow company that I have experienced. They were very prompt very caring and their tow guy, jake, was just so nice and worked with us without any problems. I would definitely recommend triple j towing. Ask for Jake he's great!
I called around on a Saturday needing a tow and nobody could do it quickly so my last call was to triple J...they should have been my first and will be next time. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and the driver was on time, friendly and took good care of my vehicle. Great job guys and gals
As unfortunate as a vehicle impounding is, these guys, and the office staff, were extremely friendly and professional. I immediately felt at ease once i stepped foot in their office. There wasn't a single fiber of negative energy felt, nor did I witness any rude/impatient antics by anyone in the office. Minus one star due to price quotes changing.
I am so pleased with Triple J's towing. I have been looking for help with an old RV for years. No one seemed to have any answers until I called Triple J's towing. Lisa let me know all the in's an outs of what needed to be done and who to send the RV to. Plus, she was able to beat the prices of other towing companies. Jake came out and did everything necessary to make the RV safe to haul. Thank you Lisa and Jake!
Lisa is so awesome! She got my daughter's car towed from a very dangerous spot on 26west to our house in Vancouver. When Drew arrived, he was so great. I'm so glad they were there for us. They were also beyond reasonable on the price. Complete and total life saver!
I needed my van towed from hazedell to Portland and I had no idea who to call and dreaded the whole situation. To my surprise triple j was very friendly and quick on the phone and when the driver (Drew) showed up he was very friendly and before I knew it everything was done paperwork filled out and van loaded. The other part I liked was that before he left he made sure I had everything and that I didn't need any of the keys that were on my key ring. Thanks Drew and thanks triple j
Friendly, courteous. Too bad the circumstances weren't different... Uninsured 19 year old trashed our Ford F-150, our utility trailer and the 2007 Lexus ES 350 he had just bought. Cell phones & iPad's should not enter a car with the driver.
We had two big box trucks towed from our shop to our mechanic, and these guys were just fantastic. Fast response time and reasonably priced. They will be our only tow company going forward. They earned our business with great service.
Brother's car was impounded. Made an appointment to pick it up. Called when nobody was at the office for the appointment, time someone was on their way. 45 minutes later, on a hot day, still waiting. Having just had surgery, had I known they weren't actually going to be here when they gave me the appointment, I'd have stayed home rather than sitting here in massive pain and discomfort waiting for them to take my money and give my cat back.
I waited for 2 hours for my insurance company to send a tow truck, called them and they sent a truck in exactly 20 minutes! The driver was very gentle with my car and very friendly. Their prices are very fair as well, if I ever need a tow again, they will be the first ones I call!
The office was nice but the lock out service was horrible! We had a phone number mix up and by the time we realized what happened the driver said your vehicle is 2 minutes away from being impounded. First words out of his mouth, after he had been at my car for less than 10 minutes. Definitely could improve that attitude.
