Replaced my battery today. Took 10 mins and service was great. Pricing was way better then other local places. Definitely will go back when future problems arise.
I went to this location yesterday for a alternator for my Cadillac SUV. I must say Cameron, the manager and mechanic REALLY impressed me. I was quoted a price based on 4hrs worth of work.
Because of the vehicle, the work was way beyond what we expected. They had to loose the mounting brackets to install the new alternator. And replacing the belt was very complicated. Cameron stayed way beyond the posted hours, and only charged me what he quoted. It's unusual that you find that type of work ethic and honesty in this industry. I would HIGHLY recommend this location, and will be back.
Strange experience here. Asked about testing my battery and didn’t really get a straight answer if it should be replaced or not. They had no interest in trying to sell me a battery, just kind of walked away.
Update: Got a new battery at Costco and it solved all the issues I was experiencing. Morale of the story, don't visit these guys within the last hour of their work day.
Bought 2 batteries from here within this year due to when my cars had died wasn't able to exchange battery at the time. Super happy with the customer service both times. But was told I could bring in later. Brought in today and was told can't exchange battery without the recipet. Was not told this when I bought the batteries guess they just get to keep my $40 when they dispose of the batteries.

After getting our oil changed at the dealership, they flagged the charging system as having an unspecified problem. Took the car over to Battery X-Change to have them diagnose. Chandler came right out and ran a slew of tests on the battery and alternator. He found that everything was running perfectly in spec. Instead of bad mouthing the dealer, he explained they may have gotten a bad reading and to come back if anything should come up. With this kind of customer service, you better believe I will!
Came here when my car battery was going out. After calling and visiting a few other places, I found this was the least expensive. Jeff was very personable and offers a plethora of options. He was able to direct us to the best price for what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and upfront. I was able to sit in my truck while he replaced my battery, it took less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend coming here for anyone that needs a new battery/terminals.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I have weird imported cars with a non-standard batteries but they found a solution! Chandler was especially helpful. I will be back again soon when another one of my cars needs a battery!

I had to jump start my car to get it there, once I made it there I was going to buy a new battery. This nice man checked out my battery, he asked me to leave it overnight so he could recharge it, he also let me use one of his. I went back the next day he told me my battery has another 5 years of life left in it, and how to take care of it. He didn't charge me anything. Good, Honest and friendly, Wow.
I dread taking my car for anything. I've had too many experiences where they see my purse instead of my face, or where I'm treated like a witless child, or both. But I won't hesitate to go back to Battery X-Change in Hazel Dell. I was greeted promptly, assisted competently, treated respectfully, and dealt with honestly. I did need to buy a battery, and the type that my car uses is not inexpensive. But my options were explained to me, I was given space to think about it, I was quoted a price that I knew was competitive (I had already researched it) and I was not up-sold something I didn't need. I have a business that is the only place I will ever go for tires. And now I have a place that is the only place I will ever go for a car battery.

After calling many competitors we chose Battery X-Change to replace my wife's 2015 Kia Optima battery in fact they were the most cost effective and even $100.00 less than Les Swab and included an 84 month warranty to boot .

I got my old battery checked then a new one installed and paid for in less than 20 mins, and for $30 cheaper than a nearby store I'd considered. Very impressed with the service.
Was on my way to Autozone to have them test my battery and purchase a new one if needed (2000 Expedition was turning over very slow on colder days) and noticed this place as we drove by. Decided to try them out. Even with another customer there they were out and checking my battery within a minute of my getting out of my vehicle. Battery was toast. He quoted me price for a new one and had it installed before I was done paying for it. Its made by Johnson Controls (who makes a 3rd of all US car batteries) with an 84 month warranty for the same price as auto part store's 24-36 month battery.

I knew my battery was on it's last leg, so I researched battery options. When it did die, I was pleasantly surprised that they were spot on with the online pricing, super quick, and also while up on the rack, fixed a small booboo I got when I clipped a boulder. Definately recommend this location.
Great service. Good prices. They swapped my battery and cleaned the terminals, for cheaper than some places charge for just the battery. And the didn't lose my radio presets. Highly recommended!
Best service and price for my Alternator to be replaced. They got me right in done in 3 hours $50 under estimate. 15 years ago they did the same job for me on my 91 Cabriolet. So refurbished is my only choice.
My jeep had been cranking more slowly lately and after one particularly touch and go event my check engine light came on. I needed a new battery. My size and type of battery (H7 AGM) was not carried by the first shop I checked but my drive home took me past Battery X-Change so I stopped by. The manager Michael was very friendly and told me that they did not have that particular battery in stock either but could have one by the next day. I compared the price he quoted me with others on the web and it was very competitive. I brought my jeep in this morning and the new battery was quickly installed. A nice touch was that they used a "memory saver" that kept my radio settings intact while the battery was disconnected. Michael also did a code scan that confirmed my check engine light was due to the old battery, and he then cleared the code. I am very satisfied with the product and service I received here.
I went in not knowing what was available for the money I wanted to spend. To my surprise they offered a battery with 2 more years warranty and $100.00 less expensive than I knew was available with a big name brand. I won't say the name of that brand but they're big in Nascar and a lot of green. I was in and out in ten minutes and that included system check, new battery clamp, post protectors and of course the new battery. Great going fellas! You've earned my future business.
Upsold me without notification, after CONFIRMING price on
an oil change (after a LONG wait, mind you), they just couldn't
help adding another quart (6 total) , adding another $8.00 to
the charge. No, never again, gave them a chance to be honest....
Went in there just before closing to get my battery and alternator checked, Jeff and Cole were very friendly and helpful they found the issue with my battery right away. I first thought I had issues with my alternator but it just turned out to be a loose battery connection that they fixed by replacing a new one for an affordable price. Will go there again for any battery problems. The store is in a convenient location. Gets stuff done. Thank you gentlemen!
These guys are amazing! I had to have the starter replaced on my newer model nissan. They gave me a quote that was cheap, had the part ordered in the same day. Unbeknownst to me and the mechanics my car has a special engine with a digital turbo charger which took quite a bit longer to replace then the manual stated my model should take. These guys stuck to their quote, and were extremely helpful.
I will be coming back to them for anything I can.
We went there to get a charging system diagnosed and were going to have the alternator replaced. The guys here said it was done and then rechecked and found the real problem which was the alternator connector plug this in turn caused them to check the alternator we had and discovered it was working fine but the plug was bad. they then charged me nothing after putting my old alternator back on.
