Honestly did a great job on our vehicle. We thought it was a different issue, but they found the problem and let us know. It was on our 2015 Range Rover Evoque, it was to do with the telescoping wiper assembly for the headlights.They communicated very well to let us know the process and estimate. Very happy with Hoesly Automotive. Our regular guy retired and we looked up reviews online. We searched Hoesly and found great reviews and went with them. Great experience and friendly people. I had my blinker system repaired and the shop was very professional from start to finish. Their communication throughout the process was very prompt and thorough. I like their inspection report that provided detailed info on the repair, inspections, and overall vehicle health based on technician findings. Their electronic system is well developed relative to other shops I’ve frequented.
I brought my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to Hoesly for a second opinion after a dealership visit left me with more questions than answers and recommendations for expensive, non-diagnostic work.

Outrageous price for what you get. Their justification for the price? Pathetic. Synthetic oil, with a visual inspection, and a report with photos emailed to you. So what. Most places do that. For much cheaper. $113 for an oil change? No tire rotation? No top off of fluids? Just a simple oil change. No wonder they don't list transparent pricing on the website. Wish I had asked before the service. On top of that it took them 2.5 hours to do it. 30 min past their closing time, kept me standing there waiting. Won't be back.
Did a great job with the brake replacement and replacing the broken sway bar link. Everyone was professional, informative and provided an accurate quote for the work that needed to be done with photos/videos of what needed to be repaired or replaced.

Their team quickly diagnosed a severe engine issue in my 25 year old truck and suggested that the money that would be needed to repair the engine was better spent on a new (to me) car.
A couple days later, I found a new (to me) car at the dealership that I was interested in. They were able to perform an extensive pre-purchase inspection in just a few hours that gave me both confidence in the car but also revealed a couple minor issues that I was able to use to negotiate a much better deal for the car.
Will be trusting them with my new car for the forseeable future.

Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles.

These guys took good care of me and my Seqouia!! I was having issues with my ac and just wanted them to look at it and they needed up fixing it for me no extra cost. All I was wanting was an inspection and they took it upon themselves to fix some things that were easy for them but a headache for me.
I had a great experience at Hoesley, in every way. They diagnosed and fixed an AC issue quickly that the dealership didn't/couldn't find. Hoesley staff were courteous and professional from the very first phone call, through the completed repair only 2 days later. They provided a loaner vehicle and a very friendly and prompt shuttle driver to get us to and from the shop when we dropped off and picked up the vehicle during the diagnostic. Will definitely go to them again.
I have been a Hoesly customer for over 10 years and have consistently experienced top notch service and excellent customer care. They are honest and have reduced their charges when planned work was not needed. They even fixed my blinker bulb gratis when I came in! I highly recommend them.

Trust them at your own peril. The $200 "diagnostic fee" is a simple predatory practice. That's it. Filed a complaint with the BBB (albeit a hopeless attempt to recoup the price of labor and the diagnostic fee which is absolutely only an attempt to squeeze more money out of you because they sure as hell didn't use that time of "quality inspection" to diagnose the entire freaking reason i brought the vehicle to their shop in the first place). After paying that they fixed something other than why I brought my vehicle in and charged me $1600. Did they attempt to make it right after they fixed the wrong thing? No. They hid behind their "diagnostic list" and the guy in the office straight lied to my face about what he said on the phone (that what they were fixing was causing the noise and thump that his own technician identified in two feet of riding in my vehicle as something other than what they fixed when i brought it back) and basically told me it was my fault for agreeing to their diagnosis of the issue i was having with my vehicle. Took no ownership of the mistake and lied about our conversations. I'm a working class dude. This was significant money to me. Which they brought up that i told them I didn't have the $5000 they said they needed to fix everything they wanted to. So, classy! But, Hoesly has no problem making their customers pay the price for their incompetence, apparently. Btw, the mechanical service I needed to fix the issue i was having was listed at around $180 (currently having a different mechanic in town do that). They wanted $5000. Charged me $1600. Needed $180. Predatory, incompetent and passive aggressive. Absolutely disgusting service and the worst experience I've ever had with a business (let alone a mechanic). Atrocious. Avoid at all costs.
I am so happy I found Hoesly! I was told by another shop that I was going to need to drop $3,000 to fix a leaking oil sieve so I arrived at Hoesly prepared for the worst but because of their due diligence and hard work they were able to determine that the leak was just dirt (they also didn’t say anything poorly on behalf of the other shop which I found super classy)! They took excellent care of me and my noble steed and did so in a very kind and empathetic way while I’m good on getting another car heart attack I’m really grateful that I was able to find my new go to place! Great local mechanic! I needed a new clutch on a ‘98 Ford and they gave it a thorough evaluation. After inspection they also recommended new brakes, but once the got in there, realized it was more of a rust issue. They ended up not replacing them and saved me about a grand off the original estimate. Highly recommend; fair, honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and got the work done quickly. Clutch runs like a champ now. I will be going back when I need to.
Cannot rave about the staff here enough. Getting your car worked on can be so stressful, but the friendly folks here at Hoesly make it easy. They do quick and quality work.. and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my vehicle. (Plus they are amazing at communicating in regards to what my car needs, both by phone calls and texts. They make it super comprehensive and downright easy to keep up with maintenance.)
Everyone at Hoesly was awesome. They took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car in a way that made sense to me; it felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I brought my car in on a Wednesday to be inspected, they ordered some needed parts for me overnight, and it was fixed the following day. They provided me rides to & from my house which was hugely appreciated. It also seems like the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs, which is important to me too. I will definitely be coming back with any future car issues.
