DONT GO TO HOESLY. SCAM YOU WHILE SMILING I'm aware that my car needs repairs. Not sure what it need besides parts of front suspension. I wanted a good and informative DIAGNOSTIC. $250 dollars is very high price for a diagnosis. They took pictures of my car and texted them. "WE RECOMMEND NOT FIXING IT, JUST SELL IT MECHANICS SPECIAL" THEY STILL CHARGED ME $250 FOR PICTURES OF A CAR THATS NOT WORTH REPAIRING. I asked about the "loose parts" that's when he said it's not worth it.
Everyone at Hoesly was awesome. They took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car in a way that made sense to me; it felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I brought my car in on a Wednesday to be inspected, they ordered some needed parts for me overnight, and it was fixed the following day. They provided me rides to & from my house which was hugely appreciated. It also seems like the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs, which is important to me too. I will definitely be coming back with any future car issues.
