Hoesly Automotive has the nicest Automotive Repairmen in the city of Vancouver. They are attentive to you the customer and also treat your car the same way. All the guys that work there are kind, considerate, thoughtful and do a great job on your car. They might be a little expensive but I think they are worth it. I know the parts they put in my car are the best and they guarantee their work. They will go above and beyond to help you get your car to them and will bring you home and come and get you when you car is ready. Which other place does that? They do what needs to be done and they never do anything that you didn't say they could do! They have my business always!!!! I trust them. Check 'em out and I think you will trust them too!
Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles.
I had been shopping around for tires but hadn’t made a final decision. When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, they noticed how worn my tires were and asked if I wanted to replace them. I figured it would take a few days, but they sourced exactly what I wanted and had them installed the same day. No upselling, just genuine care and fast, reliable service.

These guys took good care of me and my Seqouia!! I was having issues with my ac and just wanted them to look at it and they needed up fixing it for me no extra cost. All I was wanting was an inspection and they took it upon themselves to fix some things that were easy for them but a headache for me.
Very happy with the work that was done to my truck. Alittle bit on the expensive end but im Very satisfied with the way my truck is driving now. Feels like a brand new car. I had a great experience at Hoesley, in every way. They diagnosed and fixed an AC issue quickly that the dealership didn't/couldn't find. Hoesley staff were courteous and professional from the very first phone call, through the completed repair only 2 days later. They provided a loaner vehicle and a very friendly and prompt shuttle driver to get us to and from the shop when we dropped off and picked up the vehicle during the diagnostic. Will definitely go to them again.
Friendly staff. Thats about it. They wanted 1700 dollars to change the spark plugs and coils on a toyota Prius that has 4 cylinders, and they wanted 900 dollars just for the 4 spark plug replacement. OEM denso spark plugs are 50-60 dollars for 4, and replacing them should take a mechanic no more than 45-60 minutes. Where are they getting this 900 dollar estimate from? OEM coils are 300-400 dollars for 4, and they wanted an extra 800 to replace them as well? You’re already pulling the coils out to replace the plugs!! RIPOFF!
I have been a Hoesly customer for over 10 years and have consistently experienced top notch service and excellent customer care. They are honest and have reduced their charges when planned work was not needed. They even fixed my blinker bulb gratis when I came in! I highly recommend them.

Trust them at your own peril. The $200 "diagnostic fee" is a simple predatory practice. That's it. Filed a complaint with the BBB (albeit a hopeless attempt to recoup the price of labor and the diagnostic fee which is absolutely only an attempt to squeeze more money out of you because they sure as hell didn't use that time of "quality inspection" to diagnose the entire freaking reason i brought the vehicle to their shop in the first place). After paying that they fixed something other than why I brought my vehicle in and charged me $1600. Did they attempt to make it right after they fixed the wrong thing? No. They hid behind their "diagnostic list" and the guy in the office straight lied to my face about what he said on the phone (that what they were fixing was causing the noise and thump that his own technician identified in two feet of riding in my vehicle as something other than what they fixed when i brought it back) and basically told me it was my fault for agreeing to their diagnosis of the issue i was having with my vehicle. Took no ownership of the mistake and lied about our conversations. I'm a working class dude. This was significant money to me. Which they brought up that i told them I didn't have the $5000 they said they needed to fix everything they wanted to. So, classy! But, Hoesly has no problem making their customers pay the price for their incompetence, apparently. Btw, the mechanical service I needed to fix the issue i was having was listed at around $180 (currently having a different mechanic in town do that). They wanted $5000. Charged me $1600. Needed $180. Predatory, incompetent and passive aggressive. Absolutely disgusting service and the worst experience I've ever had with a business (let alone a mechanic). Atrocious. Avoid at all costs.
I am so happy I found Hoesly! I was told by another shop that I was going to need to drop $3,000 to fix a leaking oil sieve so I arrived at Hoesly prepared for the worst but because of their due diligence and hard work they were able to determine that the leak was just dirt (they also didn’t say anything poorly on behalf of the other shop which I found super classy)! They took excellent care of me and my noble steed and did so in a very kind and empathetic way while I’m good on getting another car heart attack I’m really grateful that I was able to find my new go to place! Thank you all so much and Blake thank you for your amazing customer service also LOVE that I can book online!

This shop is AMAZING! They have decent prices and thorough inspection. They also contact you with any findings before moving forward so you can determine if it is something you can afford right away. They also provide images of the findings. I certainly will be keeping them in mind when I need any future car maintenance.
Great local mechanic! I needed a new clutch on a ‘98 Ford and they gave it a thorough evaluation. After inspection they also recommended new brakes, but once the got in there, realized it was more of a rust issue. They ended up not replacing them and saved me about a grand off the original estimate. Highly recommend; fair, honest, friendly, reasonably priced, and got the work done quickly. Clutch runs like a champ now. I will be going back when I need to.
Hoesly took great care of me and my Subaru! They got my car in quickly and kept me informed every step of the way! Danny initially took my phone call and even though I don’t speak cars very well he helped me understand the process and made me feel like I was leaving my car in good hands! Blake called me after they had completed the inspection of my car and helped me navigate what was wrong with it and prioritize what should be fixed now in my budget versus what we could fix later on! Cannot rave about the staff here enough. Getting your car worked on can be so stressful, but the friendly folks here at Hoesly make it easy. They do quick and quality work.. and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my vehicle. (Plus they are amazing at communicating in regards to what my car needs, both by phone calls and texts. They make it super comprehensive and downright easy to keep up with maintenance.)
Everyone at Hoesly was awesome. They took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car in a way that made sense to me; it felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I brought my car in on a Wednesday to be inspected, they ordered some needed parts for me overnight, and it was fixed the following day. They provided me rides to & from my house which was hugely appreciated. It also seems like the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs, which is important to me too. I will definitely be coming back with any future car issues.

There were a lot of troubles in the way to getting my truck back in working order, but Blake, Danny and the technicians were super patient, polite and professional throughout my entire experience with them.
