He didn’t want to type it but they’re Awesome and their prices are horrible. I mean they’re great. Blake and Jake are awesome but if the cops are there, it’s not them. Well... Google won't let me do another review just yet but that's okay ... I just wanted to say every time I go these guys are just great to work with excellent customer service I don't have to wait for anything they help when needed and I get paid very helpful thanks guys!

First time here. Easy in, forklift driver was informative and respectful. I asked what / where / how two or three times because that's how my brain works, he answered each time with professionalism. Window staff wasn't immediately there, but showed up with little delay. Had cordial conversation. Overall good experience.

I have been coming here for years and years and today was the worst experience ever. The guy with the beard that runs the forklifts wife must have been cheating because he said he wasn’t going to pay us for any drip of oil. Which it’s impossible to not have one drip. And I’ve brought the same Condition loads here for years straight. He didn’t pay. Hopefully his wife stops cheating

They have immaculate customer service. They are very respectful and have manners. The employees are the most friendliest but professional i've ever seen And they make sure that your vehicle is safe. Area is well cleaned and kept. Overall, I think this is a very respectful and responsible business. And I would recommend it to anybody who would need the services that EH Metals provides😃

Got there at 3:25pm and they said I didn't have enough time to unload my truck when I could have got it done in 10 mins. There was plenty of time. On top of that a person came in 5 mins after me with about the same amount and they brought them 2 big buckets right away. Wasted my time and gas. I don't recommend coming here.

Guy working the window on Monday is a total jerk w attitude. Didn't like the paperwork for a car scrapped on Saturday and yells at me about it. Told me if I don't like his answers too bad. It wasn't his answer I didn't like it was his attitude. They also bribe people for positive Google with extra 5$ on your scrap.

This place is great to bring your scrap metals. They’re fair on pricing help you with your separating of materials and there are a bunch of funny characters there. They are one of the few that are consistent with their pricing and they don’t try to downplay the materials that you have. very trustworthy. Highly recommend doing business with them.

i often scrap at Eh recycling.As A female ,it's somewhat uncomfortable to scrap sometimes .I just moved to get area .The staff made things very easy .One thing is they always acknowledge you when they are in a busy mode..That is very important.I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years.It is key to let your customers know at all time that they know they are present..The staff makes things a little more less desirable. .I definitely reccomend a simple place with a simple process.Its not so dreadful to go to the scrapyard. Last Saturday I left metal here. a worker with a broken arm deceived me very cruelly, he spoke rudely and not beautifully. my dirty weight was 1647 pounds. as a result, they gave me $ 11 for 700 pounds and said that the rest of the punts are his containers. at the request to put his container on the weight he sent me ... to anyone and never recommend this place

Great experience coming here! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Didn't have to wait forever like I do at most recycling places. The price was fair for aluminum, especially for the convenience of not having to go all the way into Oregon to the yards there. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning from now on in the future for all my recycling needs! Great place

Today I took in over 20 lbs of cans and was given four dollars. Last month I had less cans and received eight dollars. I asked the attendant for the price for aluminum cans and he said 15 cents a pound, you have to be kidding me. I understand the pay out rates change but this is rediculous. You have lost my confidence and I will tell everyone I know.

Dropping off was easy. Nice to get enough money for a couple sandwiches for things I otherwise thought was garage. Easy access right off the 503 and close to the transfer station for other drop off needs.

I don't take my cans anywhere else because I don't get anywhere near the same values that I get here. Not only do they give me good value for what I bring in but it's always super simple to get in and out. I've never gotten my recycling done so quickly as I do here because they're attentive and are there to help you get the job done.
