Usually a good place. But i ordered a sandwich and the man behind the counter continued to serve the people behind me in line before making my sandwich. Then after they got their food he handed me a paper and said bring this to the counter to pay. Not sure what first come first serve means. ? im also working on the clock.

Non ethanol pump barely works, needs repair, go to the Washougal Mercantile instead

I have been going to Fern Prairie Market for 15 years as we live right down the street. The last two times I’ve been in the staff have been so rude. All the regular staff that have been their for years are gone. Today I forgot to wear my mask and the girl with the teal hair was so extremely rude to me (Which was completely uncalled for as I would have just gone to the car and gotten my mask.) After her complete unprofessional rudeness I got so upset I just left my ice cream on the counter and was leaving saying “never mind.” Then the guy behind the counter with her as rude and condescending as possible said “have a nice day. “ ? Because of their rude unprofessional behavior I will no longer go the Fern Prairie Market and will tell everyone I know how a place I loved for years has gotten so bad. I hope the owners read these reviews and give a serious talk with their employees. All the staff in the past were so awesome and knew us by name. You will lose loyal customers if things don’t change. If I could give no stars above I would.

I had bought some food and I picked up the bag and it ripped and the food ended up on the floor and they didn't even offer to replace the food that fell because of the bad ripping.

This store is good and this is a big store you can buy everything and compare to other store gas prices also cheapest I like this store

So they sell chicken in this joint with biscuits and let me tell you something about them biscuits omg those biscuits are like a little taste of heaven they are absolutely the best thing I've ever put in my mouth when it comes to biscuits I'm telling you if you like biscuits Wait no if you don't even like this kids try these biscuits at this place because I'm telling you right now bomb as hell You cannot top this place when it comes to them no joke they put everywhere else to shame I'm serious the only thing that I wish that they would improve it is their ranch instead of having the little containers of ranch I wish that they had the restaurant style ranch instead it would really complement the chicken a lot better than the little containers of ranch that they have that are two twangy if you ask me but those biscuits don't miss those biscuits I would come all the way from Portland to here just to get one of them biscuits in camas wow guys great job I wish I knew that recipe I'd eat those for breakfast lunch and dinner

Been going here for years, it's gone down hill prices are triple Safeway $11 for some coffee creamer. What once served the community in Fern Prarie now price gouges us. Employees are good people though.

Long time customer. Since the 70s. What is going on with the breakfast sandwiches? They went from a nice big piece of sausage to a pepperoni size. Also the bun is smaller. And they refuse to make the bacon version. Going down hill. I won't be buying them anymore.

Ordered two sandwiches, after filling out their little slip. Both were completely wrong (meats, cheese's and breads) very skimpy on all ingredients. Won't be back! ?

We just left there and I brought my kids in. My youngest daughter grabbed a candy at the counter and asked if she could get it and we told her no and told her to please not touch stuff. My other daughter and two boys stood next to me and my husband. The lady behind the register literally leaned across the counter and SWATTED her hand at my daughter and told her “and you too! Don’t touch anything. Keep your hands off the lighters”… a 9 year old little girl who stood quiet with her hands in her pockets not touching anything and this lady tries to assault her. I am absolutely disgusted! She is lucky she didn’t put her hands on any of my children. Funny too how she only made a comment to my two biracial children and not my white kids. Then after my card ran she just stood there. I had to ask her if we were okay or if I needed to rerun my card and she just shook her head. She should NOT be working with the public. I shop here all the time and know several of the other workers personally and this lady is just absolutely unprofessional. I will never shop here again if she is working.

I always loved going to this store, all though it was the only store for 20 miles or more. Everything back then was 30 or more miles in all directions for a store. Even though I was a little kid, it was a great store to visit. Great memories of this place.

Have always loved the market and its super friendly and happy workers. Noticed this time, though, that they have definitely been affected by the economy. Prices have increased dramatically. I get it. Gotta roll with the times to stay open. Thanks for having super employees and being open!

Best market hands down! This local market is locally owned and has everything you could ever need. Amazing deli sandwiches, chicken and corn dogs. Meat selection is amazing their cured bacon is a must purchase. Fabulous steaks! Excellent beer, wine and hard liquor selection. Rent movies, grab snacks, full-service market. They also have gas pumps and sell propane. Support local!!

The store is not enforcing its mask requirement clearly posted on the entrance doors. If the store is not going to enforce their policy, they shouldn't post it. The customers i saw enter the store today were all maskless. Wearing a mask is protecting everyone. This is not an infringement of individual liberties. It is consideration for others than ourselves. I will no longer frequent this store.

I have always had great service regardless of the age of the person behind the counter. A friend of mine grabbed a bag of these when we were passing by in the summertime. I come back frequently to purchase whatever they have in stock. I have not found them at any other grocery, big box or a little store.

Two male staff members not wearing masks appropriately on Sunday September 26 at 5:50 pm - one under his nose: the younger (teen)? Under his chin. I live with grandchildren too young for vaccines so this isn’t cool!

This place is no longer the "secret gem" that it once was. They have a large selection since the remodel. The meat selection continues to be way better than one might expect but for me, I come for the sandwiches. They are excellent and great value for money. I've been a customer for decades.

Great little "general store" and market with a wide selection of goods. More than a convenience store, more like a smail grocery store. While I'm not really one for fast food - especially of the convenience variety - I can recommend their fried chicken and jojos.

Raising their prices left and right no value here anymore just so they can fatten their profit margins. Propane exchange is $4 more per tank then anywhere else in town fuel is also higher then anywhere else. Over two dollars for mac and cheese and you get 2 bites, wraps used to be full now it's all tortilla half the guts. Salads are small and half full yet same price. Deli manager stoped ordering sauces for chicken skewers yet other markets with same suppliers still have it.. and the list goes on over priced no value whatsoever will not be back lost a customer in the name of greed maybe to pay for the new facelift of the building but not worth it for what you get anymore. Staff is always friendly it's a shame they work for greedy owners. Hot food isn't even ready half the time for lunch leaving you with half the menu If that...

I don’t come in here often, but when I do the staff is always super friendly and attentive. Whether it’s at the counter where you can get amazing fried chicken on a stick or when you are checking out. Ps. Probably the best honey mustard dipping sauce I’ve ever had, I don’t know how much they have to do with this since it’s prepackaged. However, they choose to carry it, and that makes me happy. : )

Beer fridge is on point and has the best pepper bacon period! Great that this place is less than 5 min from home!

I love this store and the convenience it provides for people who live in fern prairie. I have been coming here since I was a teenager... I find most of the staff to be super respectful and helpful. However, I was extremely disappointed with my visit today on my way home from work... Katie in the deli was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful due to me asking if I could have a ranch for my jojos... if you have to charge $0.50... fine... no need to hassle me about it... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

This is the best rural market you will ever come across. They have everything you could need. Employees are always very nice and really love their job. My great uncle use to own this establishment a very long time ago, and it makes me happy that today after all these years they are thriving. Thanks for everything you provide to us!

If you need it, they have it. Best deli sandwiches, great chicken, and incredible meat counter. Do you need pectin for last minute jamming? They have it! Run out of pellets for the traeger? No problem. Do you want non-ethanol gas? Of course! I can’t say enough great things about this market. Oh yeah, walk in beer cooler full of every kind of beer you might enjoy at great prices. ❤️

Great little market! Great meat and produce! Found this place a few years ago when we were out for a drive. Love to grab tasty food from the deli for a picnic at Lacamas Lake nearby.

Small country market with terrific hot deli. Quality meat counter. Small but fresh produce dept with produce from local farms during summer. Friendly workers who will remember your name.

Fantastic country store with great customer service, good grocery selection, killer beer selection with a beer cave (they sell my favorite Hamm's!) Propane Chevron fuels firewood and they sell clear premium 92 octane ethanol free gas a must-have for Yoda's,dirt bikes and anything else that you care about that takes gasoline...keep up the great work owners and employees!:-)
