The absolute kindest folks work at the Camas O’Reilly. They helped me change a head lamp bulb on my car and seriously improved the last few hundred miles of this drive.
Mickey is awesome to help me get the parts that I need for my car. He does an amazing job when asked for parts to be ordered cause he doesn't have it there at the store, I ask for a phone call when they come in and he does it. But when he's not working and Julie is and my parts do come in and there a message stating about parts to call me she doesn't do it. Julie gives parts to my brother but don't bother of looking at the receipts posted on the clipboard that has hand written consent on it. When asked about calling she is very rude, inconsiderate and not very compassionate towards customers. When she was answering phone calls and talking to me very very rude and said she didn't see the not cause she wasn't going to the clipboard to look for messages or note , and she says rudely she was sorry. Julie don't care on how she treats customers with disrespect. I personally asked why didn't I get a call on my parts and she ignored me when I asked and I asked again she finally answered and very rude. In my perspective I will deal with Mickey over her any day of the week. I recently called in to talk to Mickey and Julie said he wasn't in and that she was the only one in store. She didn't know what i was talking about on parts I needed again. I know that there is more than 1 person in store at this time of morning. She needs to get over whatever it and do a betterment job with customer service then what she's doing otherwise Oriellys is going to lose customers real fast.
My elderly dad and I went here to find an AC part for his van. The gentleman with long gray hair and beard to match was extraordinary! He said the part is no longer available, but he went out of his way to figure out how to make one! He also kept up with other tasks and answering phones. Super friendly. He made our visit top-notch! Thank you!
This location is fantastic. Ive been in multiple times, and each time have had fantastic customer service. Most recently, they happily replaced my battery with me without complaint, even though it was 95⁰ out.
This store and the staff here have always been incredibly helpful everytime I've come in and always oblige all the questions I have. Most recently Josh helped me figure out a solution to buff off some residue on my car paint, he made some recommendations and I got all the products I needed to get the job done. My husband ordered parts a week ago. Was told on friday, pick up Saturday. Went to get them . Parts came but they couldnt find them. Got a refund, but not for the shipping. Now instead of driving his car to work with good gas mileage, truck that sucks up gas. Must not be very well organized. We spend alot of money there. Will find a more reluable place for sure😡
I was clueless on how to replace my LED headlight bulb and remove the engine part that was over it. The gentlemen that helped me explained the different bulbs styles and helped me replace it 🤗
I went to go return an item. And I told the man I did no longer had my card. He put it on the card anyway and it was a closed account which I told him. He just assumed that when I said I didn't have my card that I still had my account. I asked the man I said do I get cash and he goes I put it on your card. Then he said he just assumed I still had an account open which I did not they lost a customer for
They helped me with windshield wipers and fuses. They explained how to fix the issues and installed the wipers. They rock. Won't go anywhere else from now on.
Anything for your Auto you can get there we've went there for years. They'll put your windshield wipers on for you and change your bulbs in your car or truck. Any questions about your Auto, they'll tell you. They are nice
Thank you to oreillys for the best customer service!! We called right before closing because someone decided to steal our lug nuts when we were trying to get home from vacation. They stayed open and waited for us. So helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make it home.

O'Reilly will match online prices for identical parts. Just print off the page showing the item including shipping and bring it in to the store with you. They have military and student discounts also.
Autoparts stores for me are all pretty much the same for the most part! I have nothing against O’Reilly’s at all. Their staff has allowed me to go back behind their counter to look at their different size fan belts where I was able to find one that would work for the application I needed it for! I appreciate that extra bit of trust, otherwise I may of never got the fan belt I needed!
Very knowledgeable, super nice, I got the right parts, and they even offered to return the wrong light, that another auto parts store sold me, without the receipt. A++
Helped out a friend of mine with Passenger mirror issues, and even offered a good temporary solution that worked until he got home in Seattle. Definitely a place to check out for car issues, the staff was super patient and helpful.

I tried to call to see about how long it would be to get a certain part in, the person on the other end could not find it and they had said that I need to bring it in so they can find it, so I proceeded to tear apart my Dash to get one of the lights from it, I brought it in and the person still could not find it on computer, luckily I already found it on there website so i printed it out and brought it in with me so they could find the proper part, after all of that I was told it would be over a week just to get the parts in, so needless to say my whole experience wasn't exactly the most helpful when I have my Dash torn apart just to replace some bulbs.
