Had a flat tire on a Sunday, called and had a fixed tire in about 15 minutes. Can't thank them enough, they did great work and the tire seal still held after driving 100+ miles.

These guys helped me very fast ! I had a check coolant light on for a rental car and they fixed it very quickly :) highly recommended.

An amazing team! Our car broke some parts in Forks as we were road tripping and the team was able to look our suv over immediately and let us know what needed done. We came from Indiana and they weren't able to get the parts in for a same day repair, but they helped guide us to another shop that was able to help us out! My two sons, parents and I were touring the Olympic Peninsula in a rented minivan from Seatac Airport. We drove to Neah Bay/Makah Reservation to hike the Cape Flattery Trail, which is extremely remote. When we returned from our hike, we discovered we had a flat tire. The rental had no spare tire or tire repair kit. We had no cell service at the trailhead, so after some kind strangers drove us down the hill, I was able to connect with David Dent at Eagle Towing in Forks. It was a Saturday, mid-afternoon, and Mr. Dent drove 1.5 hours to come rescue us. The tire was not fixable, so David towed us to Forks where we had an Airbnb for the next two nights reserved. We were concerned that our trip would be majorly disrupted since the next day was Sunday, and there wasn't a source for a new tire available, besides possibly Port Angeles. We had plans to visit the Hoh Rainforest, and Ruby Beach the day after that, for which having a car is imperative. Mr. Dent was kind enough to let us borrow his shop's car so that we would definitely be able to keep our plans to see the Rainforest! I was shocked at his kindness. The story gets even better, because Mr. Dent called me a few hours later (on a Saturday evening!) to tell me he'd located a tire that fit our van in his shop and had put it on for us. He dropped it back off at our Airbnb a bit later. What could have been a major disaster in so many ways turned out the best way it possibly could have. Thank you again, David, for your kindness and help! My sons enjoyed the drive back Forks with you and were able to share some interesting facts about the area they learned. We visited the Hoh Rainforest (beautiful!) and enjoyed our stay in Forks. We highly recommend Eagle Towing if you're ever in the Olympic Peninsula!!

We were stuck on the side of the 101 South 40 minutes south of Forks and completely stranded on July 3rd and 4th. A tire had blown, and somewhere along the trip our spare had been stolen. We couldn't find a single tow truck in the area willing to come get us. After an overnight on the side of the road, the police were able to contact the owner of Eagle, on the 4th of July, and he was with his family out of 4th of July parade. After the parade, he had us bring our tire out to his location. So between the kind policeman and the owner of Eagle (super nice guy!) we got a tire and were able to get to Aberdeen which was the nearest tire shop. Thank you so much Eagle! Appreciate you! You saved the day!

They were able to quickly put my van on a lift and identify the problem as a few loose bolts. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours. Very kind and helpful staff and Colton was the best

We are traveling through Washington and had fuel pump failure. We removed the truck camper and were able to store it and the car trailer there at the yard, no charge. David and his crew had a diagnostics and parts ordered the same day. These guys truly care about the traveler. YOU GUYS TOTALLY ROCK!

The entire team (towing, repair and service) at Eagle Auto went way above and beyond the level of care that I expected in the time that we needed them most. They went out of their way to work with us to come up with a solution to our issue and were open and honest throughout the entire process. They took care of my family in our time of need, and I give them the highest of recommendations. If you are in need of towing and/or auto service, make them your first call.

We are traveling quite a distance and had engine issues. They were able to get us in and begin diagnostics within minutes. Everyone was very knowledgeable and got us back on the road. Could not have ended up at a better place. Erin at the front desk kept us informed the whole time and everyone was just great to talk with. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

Friendly, professional, and very speedy! I had a blowout after business hours, and David came quickly to help out. I went around the vehicle to take care of a call, and when I looked in the side mirror, he'd already taken off the tire so swiftly I hadn't even noticed, and had already mounted the spare and was tightening up the lug nuts. Thank you David, you're a lifesaver!

David was amazing!!! Picked us up in forks when we got a flat tire and drove us back to Port Angeles! He let us in on anything and everything about olympic national park and just made the whole situation less stressful!

I was on a trip to Clallam Bay and one of the wheel bearings on my truck started making a loud noise. 180 miles from home. I called Eagle auto in Forks and they were able to get me in right away and back on the road. Even gave my wife and I a ride to the Main Street in Forks so we could kill some time looking around until it was done and then came back and picked us up. Only took about an hour and a half. Very good service.

Every time.ive needed help, these guys have always been there. From needing a tow, to fixing flat tire, to misc repairs, these guys have always been the most helpful, honest, dependable out west. And their prices are good too. They deserve more then 5 stars.. THANK YOU FELLAS!!

Good people. I called Eagle at 6pm after putting my F450 and camper in a ditch. When David and Julian arrived that night they discussed a few scenarios which told me they knew what there were doing. They had my truck back on the road within an hour and didn't damage anything.

We got stuck in the snow while visiting Forks, WA in early Feb. The team was incredibly quick, professional, and kind—especially in such snowy conditions! They got us back on the road safely in no time. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need. Thanks again!

As someone coming from Florida, I have NEVER experienced the kindness, care, and genuine compassion from both Davids! We needed a 3.5 hour tow and were stuck in a parking lot and David stopped by in his car to ensure we were okay before sending the OTHER David? in the tow truck. Their positive vibes changed our outlook on our situation and made our day a lot better. Could not recommend this company enough. Thank you guys so much!

No pictures, but David was an excellent help when our camper van broke down in the Mora Campground in Olympic National Park. Not only was he was nice enough to take it all the way to Port Angeles to drop at the Dodge dealer, but he took my wife and dogs up the road to our cabin for the night and then took me over to enterprise after dropping the van off. Not to mention the fact that he was an excellent tour guide to the area on the 1.5 hour ride to drop the van off we talked about wildlife, where to fish, and logging practices in the area. Would absolutely recommend Eagle Auto Repair and Tow for any towing needs and I can only say I would expect upstanding service for auto repair based on our interactions.

David absolutely came to the rescue! We got a flat tire on a Saturday evening while visiting Forks from northern WA. We called David first thing Sunday morning, he showed up within 20 minutes and was able to tow us to Tacoma to a tire shop that is open on Sundays. David was incredibly friendly, very professional with incredible customer service and care. Very glad he was our first call, and would highly recommend!

If you've made it this far to be looking at reviews of Eagle Repair and Tow on Google, just go to them, seriously. These are some of the nicest people I've ever met while on a trip. They went above and beyond to help my family out as we were making our way around the Olympic Peninsula and unfortunately joined the club that a lot of other people seem to be in already where the rental car ends up breaking down right at that point in the trip. My car's battery died overnight two nights in a row while I was nearby in La Push and both days, they were so nice to diagnose the problem and key me in on what was going on. On the first day, I opted to have them put a new battery in, and an employee of the shop was already in the car headed to get a new battery before I knew it. It took them 5 minutes and I was back on my way, with my trip literally saved and back on track. As a crazy cherry on top, they gave me a spare pair of jumper cables to keep for the rest of my trip just in case anything else happened and I needed to be jumped off. For the gracious staff of Eagle Repair, not sure if y'all will remember me and my family as you probably see a lot of people every day, but I'll attach some pictures to illustrate where the rest of my trip went. After making it back to Olympia, I was finally close enough to get to SeaTac and swap my Chrysler Pacifica. They gave me another Chrysler Pacifica that had battery issues, then a Ford Expedition that had no oil, but we finally settled on a nice big Chevy Suburban that did us well until the end of the trip. Wasn't expecting to swap my way up from a van to a Suburban, but I wasn't complaining! Next time I'm in I'll bring the kiddo back for some candy. See y'all at Disney!

David and David are both amazing! Drove down from Vancouver BC on a fishing trip and my car decided to lose coolant! David drove us all the way into Tacoma and got our car safely to the service shop! 10/10 recommend them!

David was amazing! He went out of his way to help us get our vehicle to a secure location after we hit a deer on Hwy 101. I can’t thank him enough for the help and for the locals guide on what to see in the area.

My partner and I got stuck in thee wilderness with a flat while camping, and Julian came through to save the day!!! He and his boss were both incredibly helpful and kind over the phone, making sure we knew they wouldn’t leave us stuck there even if they couldn’t fix our tire. However Julian, who btw showed up w/i an hour of us calling AAA when they quoted us four hours, he was incredibly knowledgeable, giving us a few insights for the future if disaster were to strike again, he was quick with the tire, patient with us, and just all around lovely. WE LOVED JULIAN! We loved Eagle auto repair & towing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. Amazing service! Thanks again guys!

David was a godsend. He helped us tow the car from the middle of nowhere (we had two flat tires) and then took us to our destination at midnight. We couldn’t get it fixed right away so he even drove us 15+ miles (no questions and charges asked) to our hotel for the night. Absolute gem of a person and the ride with him was pretty fun too. I would give them more stars if I could. It’s helpful people like him which help me believe in small businesses more than ever.

i cannot say enough kind words about these guys. my boyfriend and i are on a cross country road trip and ended up with a flat outside of forks on our way into town. david was so kind, helpful, caring and accommodating and did literally anything he could to help us out. he towed us to town, gave us some local insider tips along the way and even dealt with finding a deal on a used tire at the junkyard for us as a replacement. they are the only guys in the area that are AAA which also really saved us!!!! everyone else at eagle was equally as nice and helpful. services were extremely fairly priced, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible and even drove us into town to save us some walking. i cannot recommend this business and their services enough. support small business and family-owned places just like this one because it’ll be the best choice you make!!!! love eagle auto!
