While traveling from North Carolina to Ohio on February 15th, I experienced a tire blowout and managed to exit to the Love's travel center in Bastian around 8 PM. Despite contacting my insurance (Progressive) and BMW for help, I was unable to secure a tow. After waiting several hours, at 4am I reached out to the Bland County Sheriff's office who assisted as well as the VA State Police to connect me with Complete Towing. James from complete showed up and got me taken care of right away and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He waited at the Walmart to make sure I was going to be taken care of as well. Being 5 hours from home and helpless, I really appreciated his kindness and dedication to his job.

My tow guy (Roger) came from 90 miles away to me on 64 East because my tractor and trailer brakes were smoking on Sand Stone Mountain and engine brake wasn’t working and I wasn’t even half way down @ a 7% grade that went from 2 to 1 lane due to construction..well I’m just saying if your near the area and you need a tow this is the place to call…fast, friendly, and courteous!!!

Zach and his crew went to work immediately upon arrival. Within 1 hour I was ready to hit the highway. I highly recommend Complete Towing and Recovery. I will request Zach if I ever need this company's services again. Thank you, Zach and crew.

Customer service was excellent!! We broke a serpentine belt on our pickup with attached trailer on I-71 . They responded promptly late at night and took great care of us, our pickup and trailer. Thank you!

This company will grab your vehicle and then extort you for as much money as they can. They charged $1700 to tow sprinter 4 miles. Then wouldnt let us grab 1 pallet which we did not need help with unless we paid them an additional $550. Do not let this company tow your equipment.

Basically, they offer tow & repair work for BIG equipment. Occasionally, a broke down semi or tractor, too.

Fastest towing service I ever had and Cleanest tow truck I ever rode in. The driver was very nice.

Yall need to teach your drivers how to drive. One of your tricks drivers nearly hit us as we were exiting the ramp.

They help me with my truck when it broke down in the fuel Island but that's not my trailer that's tipped over in this picture I definitely recommend these people if you have problems having your vehicle towed

I highly recommend Complete Towing to anyone that has had a breakdown in the area. They took care of me and put me down for a good lot fee that didn’t break the bank until I was able to get the car shipped home by another company. Very responsive and easy to work with! Staff is extremely friendly.

Had a blow out on highway 81 in our rv. After waiting for 6 hours for another tow company they were called and arrived in 30 minutes. Replaced our inside back tire and got us on our way.

Your RV breaking down on the highway is never good but we were impressed with Tony and Zack - they had a great attitude, the right equipment and the knowledge on how to best apply it to our situation.Thanks guys for helping us out in our hour of need!

John was the technician for my drive tire replacement, plus, he reattached fuel lines to reefer unit, and purged the air from the system, getting my reefer unit up and running, before my load was affected by over temperature. I would have had to go to Carrier in Knoxville over 2 1/2 hours away, and hope they were still open. If I breakdown in area again, I'd call them in a heartbeat, and ask for John.

Absolutely worst towing company in history. The whole crew is racist. If you are in need of business in the area please don’t choose these Guys. These guys talk to you like they are the only towing company in the world. I had a truck fire and they are talking to my wife and I like we are kids. They are very disrespectful. I will never call them guys again. They did not want to take us to hotel or truck stop. They just had made about 35,000 dollars from my insurance company

Towing service was first rate, but mechanics were incompetent and very shoddy and shady. Had to get 3 more repairs done after the one they attempted, poorly. My advice, have to guy take you to a better shop.
