I stopped in to get a new blinker bulb. I had bought a set at AdvancedAuto but could not get the new bulb to fit. I walked in to a hearty “Welcome! Can I help you?” I explained that I couldn’t get the new bulb to fit and that I hadn’t bought it there but figured I got the wrong one. Matt was so helpful! He asked if he could try the one I had bought at a different store. I said yes of course please. He took one minute and popped that bulb right in! No charge!! O’Reilly is the best place for auto parts! This lady will be a return shopper!! Thanks fellas!!! You’re awesome!

Just another chain parts store. Thay did have the tool I needed as no one else did

I used to go here for parts for both me and my customers but considering switching to other dealers & even Amazon. If you get Steve, Colton, Danger, Mark, & a few others I don’t know their names your good, the others, well you should probably just walk out the door. My breaking point, went to get brakes for a Jeep, stood in line for a while, not a big deal until I saw one customer finally got tired of waiting and looked up his parts and told the counter guy, that he found it to which the counter looked at me and started to get to me and I told him I just watched than man get bypassed several customers ago so help him first, then it was my turn 🤦‍♂️, he looked up the parts trying to sell me the cheapest ones first rather than ask what I prefer, then looked a for a few minutes and said he couldn’t find the back brakes in inventory yet the computer said they were there but he said he didn’t know and pushed to sell me a cheaper set rather than look and make sure he didn’t miss them. I got aggravated and just left my stuff on the counter and said I’d go to the Staunton location which was an amazing experience as they looked up and had all my parts ready for pickup. Moral of the story, some people need to get fired and they need to get people in there who actually are there to work, not look on their phones and act like you interrupted their precious screen time even though they have been on their phones since they clocked in. Unless the people who I know and trust are working when I go, I’ll be walking out the door. Those people deserve a raise for the service they provide especially compared to these other guys. Hopefully things will change soon or I may go elsewhere period. Not trying to seem rude or harsh but if you don’t want to do your job than go work somewhere else.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Checked my battery and offered advice. Definitely the best auto parts store in Wboro

Always a good experience. Most recently, last week, went in for a headlight bulb & wiper blades. The assistant manager was extra helpful, offered to install the bulb & the blades and did so successfully 👏 thanks Danger & O'REILLYs

I visited multiple times and present store badges for points(?) but never experience to using points for discount or sales. Then why asked if I had membership account??

I was going through the area running a vehicle from West Virginia down to Florida. I was having cooling issues, determined it to be the water pump. Ron helped me on the system and found they had the pump I needed for my truck. The transaction had to be turned over to Kevin because Ron had to go on a delivery. Both interactions were extremely pleasant. After I completed my repair, I was on my way. Well, I thought I was. I ended up back on the side of the road and in trying to bleed potential air out of the system, I lost 2 gallons of coolant. I call the store, got to the shift leader, Hunter, and was able to work out a deal for getting me delivered the 2 gallons of coolant. Mr. Ron shows up and said hey there friend, long time no see. hands me my the coolant and stays around for a few moments to make sure everything is good. Then gives me a contact and says, If you get stuck here, let me know. Great guys at this location, Thank you guys for the outstanding assistance.

Thanks to a kind employee named Steven who helped me get home safely, tonight! My van happened to overheat on the road right in front of O’Reilly’s and I pulled in their parking lot and he took care of my van and I was able to get home. I’m so grateful for what he did and O’Reilly will have my business anytime I need something for my vehicle. Thank you!

Mr. Steve provided great support in finding parts after road side break down. Lent us tools to make repairs and get us back on the road.

I came to replace a coil pack part which was purchased at the same location and never updated my phone # , hunter Mr adittude typed my # in and swung the computer monitor around and asked if I see anything rude I apologize and tried another which he aggressively punched in ... This kid is 130 soak and wet but with the death of my close friend earlier I just left ....he needs a new just bc appearenly he doesn't appreciate his current employment...I will never go back with the service I received.........

So far they've been really good to me and helping me get my truck fixed I just wish they had more help as far as when I asked them questions about what this could be or that could be you would think when you go to a parts store they would be experienced enough to know those things

Excellent Service Here. Staff was extremely helpful in figuring out the right part needed which had proved to be difficult to find. Had went to other places, but it was Hunter at this O'Reilly that was able to get it figured out.

I was in the parking lot waiting for them to open but the store management unlocked the door and motioned me in. I quickly got what I needed and was on my way.

Online parts order was exactly what I ordered ready when they said. Needed a few more parts that were in stock. No problems. Exhaust sounds sweet now.

Only place other than deal that had my engine temperature sensor for my truck and good plugs

Great people, very helpful and kind. I've stopped going to other part stores because when they don't have my parts I know O'Reillys has it or can get it!

They are always there for me especially as an elderly. They check oils and wipes even though I go in for other simple things. The manager has a big heart for all his customers no matter what day it is! ! Keep up the great work guys for all our needs.

Update: Went in this evening and a manager was actually there and a much nicer person to deal with and knew what parts I was looking for. 8/15/19 Called to ask about parts for a car recently purchased, got hung up on on my first call. Second call resulted in a woman who was nasty from the start because I had little information on the vechile as it was a recent purchase. Trying to find the parts she again was rude because I did not know about the vehicle, hence calling an auto parts shop. She told me that the parts that I was looking for were for a transmission that was unservicable. Then told me I was getting rude when I started asking question. They seem like they dont want to try and help anyone and make a sale...

Staff was friendly enough. They couldn't find what I was looking for. Said, they could order for the nxt day. However, I was going out of town nxt morning. I ask them did they have a tool to help reach what was wedged between radiator and alternator.

I went in and the guy behind the counter was really nice and kind. I went in and was gone within 15-20 minutes and that included him putting the new battery in for me. The service there was amazing and I'll definitely be going back for car parts in the future when I need them.

Went in to get some coolent and a new rear view mirror and everyone was helpful. We were walking up to the register when a guy started screaming and yelling about how "no one ever helps him..." Blah blah blah and proceeded to called the associatrs names... They handled it well and professional. They took care of our purchase and we left. I'll definitely go back.

The guy who helped me install my windshield wiper blades was very nice! It was a struggle to put them on but we did it and it was good service.

Very helpful people. Matched Advance's advertised sale price on a 5 quart bottle of Mobile One for my oil change. Saved me the drive across town. Thanks Guys

I love this place. The staff is very friendly. Prices are great. Large selection. It's the next best thing to ordering online. They have a nice clearance section online also.
