They inspected my BMW and fixed a coolant link and registered my battery, I do have to bring it back for other issues found but for the work they completed they did great!
Mr Felton was very understanding and knowledgeable as he explained what was needed to be done to my newly purchased used Mercedes MLK 350. He and the technician gave the car a thorough pre purchase inspection and final test drive. All of my concerns and questions were promptly noted and answered. My car is now road ready. I’m extremely satisfied with the work and increased dependability of my vehicle. Great work!
My 2016 S550 will never go here again. I took my car there for a blower and resistor job. I never asked for a diagnostic because I already had it done at Mercedes. These guys took it upon themselves to perform a diagnostic when I never asked for one and proceeded to try and charge me 500 plus when the Mercedes dealership only charges 235. I will never go there again.

A great experience. They are very personable and professional! They were prompt in answering my questions, sent me a quote via text message for the work I needed done, and made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. Most importantly, they let me know what services were needed and what services are optional at the time due to the condition of my car. I appreciate not being nickeled and dimed! I will definitely be coming back when I need more work done.
Update: I went back again for more services, and the services was still top notch! Taylor took great care of me, proactively stayed in contact with me, and informed me of my car’s status step by step. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

I wasn't happy about the cost, but the diagnostics gave a good explanation of the initial problem as well as some other things that might need to be done soon. At the end of the day, I went ahead and authorized the original repairs, as well as the suggested repairs and I'm happy I did. The car is back to being great!
Great service at European Autowerks. I recommend and will return. I bought in for service my 2003 Mercedes that needs a lot of work. The main issue fixed in a days' time. Didn't have to wait for the parts it literally took a day, and they so kindly washed the car as well! While here visiting family Autowerks was recommended by my father. Ramel and the staff/technicians at European Autowerks are definitely deserving of a 5 star review! My vehicle went through high water during some flash flooding at the end of July, & my insurance company (Geico) declined to cover my engine! Ramel took time to explain the tests the insurance company was requesting, and even though I ultimately had to come out of pocket for further diagnosis of my engine, they were able to find the evidence I needed to have GEICO accept liability for my engine! It has been an extremely stressful 4 months dealing with Geico, but I have to take my hat off to the folks at European Autowerks for being both knowledgeable and professional. In hindsight, it really seems like the insurance carrier was trying to get me to stop moving forward and at one point I was even told “there is no other place to look for evidence of water.” Well, the folks at Europe Autowerks proved that statement to be false, and I’m glad I chose to take my car here! I would definitely recommend European Autowerks to anyone that needs assistance with their vehicle with no hesitation! Great staff! Great service! And they know their stuff!
I recently brought my 2018 E400 to European Autowerks after too many negative experiences with the dealership in Hampton, where we typically have purchased our Mercedes vehicles. Taylor arranged an appointment to bring the vehicle in quickly and, after having the techs do a quick inspection, provided a quote for the transmission and brake fluid services I requested. The team worked efficiently and had my vehicle back to me the very next morning as I was not able to pick it up before closing time. Very much pleased with the service and professionalism all around. The team pointed out some other small issues that will need to be addressed, but didn't try to upsell a load of bogus work, as many shops tend to do. I will certainly be returning for any further maintenance/repairs that I need.

I recently was given a 20-year-old BMW Z4 and needed extensive service, and I’m incredibly glad I chose a BMW specialist instead of going through a dealership. Even though the car has low mileage, age had definitely caught up with it, and I knew there would be a fair amount of work involved. 2017 Audi Q7, these guys did fantastic work and were easy to work with. They did right by my wife and I the entire time. Rommel was able to provide us with a loaner vehicle while they continued to troubleshoot. Chris the shop manager was very understanding and extremely understanding. Couldn’t say better things about the whole team.

Brought my 2012 Jetta in because it was stalling intermittently, they gave the car back to me twice in the exact same condition that I brought it in after keeping the car for over a month and after paying 4000 dollars in repairs. The first time they gave the keys back it didn’t make it a mile down the street, returned it , picked it up and 30 minutes later the same stalling happens.
Asked for a refund and Taylor passed on the message that the shop was only going to give me back $200

European Autowerks is a great place to get your car serviced. They are professional and communicative. They were able to get my water pump and timing belt replaced by the end of the next day in order for me to go out of town. I drove about 600 miles round trip and the car is still running great after. We took our 2019 Mercedes E300 to this shop after getting a quote for work from a local dealership. The original quote was over $5k of work, they failed the state inspection for reasons we did not feel were correct, and work that we did not feel was necessary. After reviewing their quote and doing their own assessment, it was determined that none of the extensive work was necessary and we only needed to do some minor maintenance. They saved us thousands of dollars, passed the state inspection, and gained new customers. Our service representative was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend using this shop.
I have a Land Rover Defender and took the vehicle in for a headlamp replacement and service. This is a top notch, professional business. All work and estimates were thoroughly explained and they were able to assist with submitting part of the work through my extended warranty. I appreciated they were able to take care of several items for me and get me back on the road in a reasonably amount of time. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any future services.
The side mirror on a Subaru was broken and we received great service in taking extra care in looking at options for repair vs new parts. Taylor is top notch in customer service, communication and both times I’ve worked with him he has gone over and above in his efforts which I really appreciate! Came in cause there was a rattling noise on my car, Taylor (the mechanic) & their team inspected the vehicle, found I need a rear tire replacement. They were able to swiftly fix the issue, get the parts needed, and get my car up and running within 2 days. From the start of calling the shop to the time I picked up my car, the process was seamless with PROFESSIONAL and courteous folks. I have a GLS550, and absolutely love my car. I’m weary of shops and have had poor experiences in the past. HOWEVER, these guys were fantastic. I greatly appreciate how easy the process was and the quick turnaround on getting my car fixed. Super happy with the work European Autowerks does on my Mercedes. I have had them work on my Mercedes CLS63s AMG in the past and I just had me G-Wagon serviced with a few repairs like the alternator replaced, brake service, scheduled service etc. I have always been a "take it to the dealer" guy but I get better service from this locally owned business for a much better price. The thing is, when you walk in you feel like you are at a dealer service center or better to be honest. I drive from Chesapeake to have them to my work but it would not matter where I live. I would drive across Hampton Roads to have service experience I can trust but is still affordable.
I'm going to start off by saying that I will be bringing my VW here for work/maintenance from now on! The gentleman at the front desk is very professional and assists you through the process of check in and is extremely honest on what to expect when it comes to possible time frames that they may be able to work on your car.
You first notice the sleek, modern design of the interior once you step in to the business. The only thing they are missing is some deep, melodic house music playing in the background. You check in your vehicle on a tablet. You are able to choose the make/model of your vehicle and can elaborate on what is the issue with your vehicle.
The bathroom is very clean. There is a wait area with seating that also offers a variety of keurig coffees and teas. There is also a small refrigerator with water.
Luckily, they were able to work on my car quicker than expected. I received a text from the business with a link. I tapped on the link and was taken to a personalized report with what they found wrong on my car and what they recommend servicing. They also provide pictures and videos! After viewing the report and pics/vids, I called the business and gave them to green light to fix my immediate problem.
Honesty, complete transparency, and quality mechanical work is what makes this place stand out from the rest.
