We took our 2019 Mercedes E300 to this shop after getting a quote for work from a local dealership. The original quote was over $5k of work, they failed the state inspection for reasons we did not feel were correct, and work that we did not feel was necessary. After reviewing their quote and doing their own assessment, it was determined that none of the extensive work was necessary and we only needed to do some minor maintenance. They saved us thousands of dollars, passed the state inspection, and gained new customers. Our service representative was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend using this shop.
I have a Land Rover Defender and took the vehicle in for a headlamp replacement and service. This is a top notch, professional business. All work and estimates were thoroughly explained and they were able to assist with submitting part of the work through my extended warranty. I appreciated they were able to take care of several items for me and get me back on the road in a reasonably amount of time. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any future services.
The side mirror on a Subaru was broken and we received great service in taking extra care in looking at options for repair vs new parts. Taylor is top notch in customer service, communication and both times I’ve worked with him he has gone over and above in his efforts which I really appreciate! Definitely will use for future repairs and service!!
I took them a real problem child - and asked them to look over the car and tell me if I'm wasting my money fixing it. Rather than talk me into spending $$$, they gave me an honest perspective of what was wrong and talked about the realities of the vehicle going forward. Their service was thorough. Never gotten work done here, but ive also never had an Auto shop willing to call me back and talk to me about my problem car for no reason. I had a great experience working with this garage. Our VW TDI had issues with the DPF filter and after spending way too much money at other garages we brought it here. The mechanics kept us continually updated with the process and didn’t charge us for anything unnecessary. This is now my go to spot for our VW in Hampton Roads.
Came in cause there was a rattling noise on my car, Taylor (the mechanic) & their team inspected the vehicle, found I need a rear tire replacement. They were able to swiftly fix the issue, get the parts needed, and get my car up and running within 2 days. Great communication, great work, quick, they are a little pricey but definitely worth the money. Will be returning for any future issues. Thanks again

They were amazing, got my car in same day and within 3 days I had her back and everything was fixed. They were also very reasonably priced. They also had to deal with a warranty company that was not user friendly.
They have proved themselves to be an honest auto repair shop. I brought my car to them for a second opinion and they saved me over $1000.00. Taylor is very thorough and a great communicator. I will continue to bring my mini here in the future.

Scheduled an appointment for a couple minor things. Dropped it off at 8am, 4pm they didn't even touch it. Went through a lot of trouble to get rides to and from work, inconvenienced not only me but 2 other individuals for absolutely nothing. Their entire property is completely filled with vehicles, I am not joking when I say they couldn't fit another vehicle on the property. I don't understand why they would schedule someone for a particular time and date if they can't even get to your car. Lost out on about $500 worth of work that would have only taken a couple hours. That is not how you earn repeat business.
Very satisfied with the service on my VW Jetta. Above and beyond with correcting minor issues while resolving the main problem. Would bring my car here again. Taylor and the techs did a great job
I have a 2015 Audi A8. Gave them a call after I took my car to Firestone to get a diagnostic for my suspension. Once I found out that they couldn’t check it, I gave European Autowerks a call. I asked how much for them to check and he told me that they would have to take a look at it before they could give me a price. By the time I dropped it off and went to the grocery store, I got a text letting me know that it would be $423.00 just diagnose the problem. They told me it would be a few days before they could get to it but in 30 minutes, they already had an invoice. I call them that that was more than Audi would charge which is $210.00. I feel like they will do anything to get your vehicle in. If they would have told me the price in the beginning, we could have not wasted each other’s time.
I am driving my third Range Rover and was promised during my last purchase that Checkered Flag worked out my concerns regarding service; more loaners and less wait time. This statement can't be further from the truth. My RR required new back brakes. The quote from RR was insane. I was also told due to special parts, sensors, and tools, no one but RR could change the brakes. The appointment was 6 weeks out. A friend told me to call Taylor at European Auto Works. I did, and I had a quote within 24 hours. Forty Eight later I had new brakes and saved hundreds of dollars. If you are unsure about your repair quote, call Taylor. M. Boles
Took my car here to get a coolant leak checked out, they figured out the problem and fixed it within 2 days! They also provided videos to show me where the leak was coming from which i liked! they were very helpful and quick i would recommend coming here!

From the start of calling the shop to the time I picked up my car, the process was seamless with PROFESSIONAL and courteous folks. I have a GLS550, and absolutely love my car. I’m weary of shops and have had poor experiences in the past. HOWEVER, these guys were fantastic. I greatly appreciate how easy the process was and the quick turnaround on getting my car fixed. Smart Car fixed! Had a turbo replaced. It was not cheap. Works great though! Customer service was quick, generous and thoughtful. Ramel was considerate and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. It took extra time for parts delivery, so they were extra nice and gave me a very helpful loaner vehicle. They've earned the business! Super happy with the work European Autowerks does on my Mercedes. I have had them work on my Mercedes CLS63s AMG in the past and I just had me G-Wagon serviced with a few repairs like the alternator replaced, brake service, scheduled service etc. I have always been a "take it to the dealer" guy but I get better service from this locally owned business for a much better price. The thing is, when you walk in you feel like you are at a dealer service center or better to be honest. I drive from Chesapeake to have them to my work but it would not matter where I live. I would drive across Hampton Roads to have service experience I can trust but is still affordable.
A great experience. They are very personable and professional! They were prompt in answering my questions, sent me a quote via text message for the work I needed done, and made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. Most importantly, they let me know what services were needed and what services are optional at the time due to the condition of my car. I appreciate not being nickeled and dimed! I will definitely be coming back when I need more work done.
