Team Eddie’s does tight professional work. I recently went last month to service my car for brakes, rotors, and an oil change. I wanted an inspection too but I figured I didn’t need it for another year but, I will be going back to them for that. Anyways, I called the phone number listed expecting to get in contact with a random worker but, in fact it was Eddie himself. He walked me through the entire process of pricing for my vehicle and quoted me. While reassuring me of his workers and process. If you’re looking for good work at a GREAT price look no further.

This is a very professional and friendly auto shop. They were able to fix my car for me same day and it was a reasonable amount for the repairs. Walked into the shop frantic. Car broke down on the highway. Owner was able to get me a tow n get the car to the shop. Within 3 hours my car was up and running. The owner and mechanic explained everything to me and gave me a warranty. Outstanding customer service, outstanding work. I have them on speed dial.

This was my first time using Eddie’s Auto Shop, and I’m so glad I did! Originally, my car was supposed to be towed to a different shop, but my towing driver highly recommended Eddie’s instead, praising their professionalism and reasonable pricing. I decided to trust his judgment—and I’m glad I did!
Eddie and his team went above and beyond. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle before handing it back to me and explained everything clearly. I ended up needing a new fuel pump, new spark plugs, and new fuel injectors—all because someone had poured sugar into my gas tank. Thankfully, Eddie was able to completely flush out the system and get my car running smoothly again.

Had an oil leak coming from somewhere, which I suspected was the valve cover gasket. I called ahead to drop my vehicle off the next morning around 10 a.m., and they had it back to me by 2pm. Of the mechanics I've been to over the years, Team Eddie's is my favorite! They are honest and hard working. They show you the broken parts, let you get a glimpse of their troubleshooting, and everything. They saved me money both times I went. For example the second time, they were my second opinion after I was told to replace both front struts by another mechanic. They said that it looked at a glance like the possible fix, too, but after listening to the frame (with essentially a stethoscope) and doing some experiments with the movement of the parts, they discovered the real problem was elsewhere. 100% IMO.
Team Eddie's got my car in and fixed same day, when every other shop I called couldn't see me for a week. Pricing was fair and they delivered on all commitments.
Very friendly and helpful. Family owned businesses seem to have the intention to put your needs first and not looking to scam and make a profit. I haven’t been here that long so needed to find a good auto repair shop and took a chance with this one and will be recommending them to anyone who needs their car worked on or just a simple oil change! Found it easy to schedule an appointment try them out they know what they’re doing.
Im a woman who admittedly does not know as much as I should about my car and the people at this auto shop literally make me feel like my car is being fixed by a Dad or older brother. They are very knowledgeable and I have been very pleased with their services so far. Oil change, ac fixed, beake lights...Prices have been very fair (I google searched the quotes and compared). Very pleasant people that answer all my questions and are never condescending. Think I found my car's new mechanic home.
Team Eddie Auto shop is amazing. A few weeks ago my tire rod snapped and Team Eddie came and towed my car in short notice. My car was ready and fixed in a quick and timely manner. Everyone there was super friendly and very informative. 10/10 will go back again and recommend to everyone!
Came in to the shop on short notice. Not accounting for a short wait for parts, the guys had my car done in no time. They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The great work they did aside, just the way they genuinely care about the customer is enough for me to recommend this business to anybody!
Thought this was gonna be a cool trustworthy shop, they got the work done that needed to be done, what they probably didn’t expect was me to look it over and finding multiple missing bolts, 1 or 2 is fine but 8+ more that’s just ridiculous for the price I paid. (Transmission filter unattached, lower control arm with a bolt inserted WITHOUT the nut which could’ve been bad if it slipped out of place, missing bolt on the front engine mount, missing my skid plate and a few more) I called them about the issue twice, they claimed everything was put back or “we’ll take a look around” and nothing. I don’t usually do this and I would’ve been ok if they would’ve at least tried to look it over again but overall they don’t care, they rushed putting everything back together.

Team Eddies was a blessing to find! Real genuine people who care about finding and fixing your problem. My own dealership couldn't find the leak but Team Eddies found it in less than an hour with the right tools. I drove from York Town to visit this shop based on the reviews and they definitely live up too it! Go here for any problems with your car you won't regret it!
Wow, this has to be the diamond in the rough of Hampton Roads! Don’t let the outside fool you, this is a premier professional business. I’ll put Team Eddie’s Auto up against any franchise luxury vehicle repair shop or dealership. I was given 3 estimates for the rattling noise under my wheel well. I was told shocks, struts, and upper mounts. My estimates were anywhere from $1,700 - $5020. I took my foreign luxury car to Eddie’s and it turned out it was a simple part and only in the front! Wow, how did everyone else get it wrong? Not only did Justin fix my car but he even made special arrangements to accommodate my work schedule. Now that is honest first class service. The dealership will see me only after Justin says so! Team Eddie’s Auto is my official luxury car mechanic. The ridiculous estimates I was given was solved for under $500! My car is as good as new for a fraction of the quotes. Justin even showed me the parts they replaced, now that’s honesty! Team Eddie’s Auto; you have my vote!
Eddie helped me out with replacing my bumper on my car from an accident I had a while ago. He’s super friendly and a really good mechanic. The best part about it was that his services is really cheap! I really appreciated the work he’s done on my car and I definitely would go back to him if any other problems happen to my car. Not only did he go above and beyond with making sure my vehicle got the parts it needed installed, but made sure nothing else needed any additional attention by doing a complete checkup. Work done: replaced all 4 rotors, brake pads, and sway bar links. Inspected for any leaks within my turbo and oil lines.
Got stuck working on my F350 and not only did Eddie take care of my pesky Turbo he took care of the rest of the upgrades I was doing. Great Guy!! If i have another problem I will be Calling him again!!
